My daughter wanted a lot of stuff but it was too expensive so I couldn't afford it and all the stuff shouldn't be allowed in there for little kids like my daughter she is only 8 years old

I always have a great experience when I go to this location. If I leave unsatfisfied, it it because I don't ask for help (I'm a bit shy lol) and take the wrong product lol. I have trouble finding a good foundation and was assisted today near the Estee Lauder section and I am Thankful for that associate today! & for the Girly in the perfume section that asked if I needed help, Thank you too!!

I bought loose powder, was told the brush was inside box. There was no brush. It states brush included. Clinique salesperson said there was nothing she could do. Had to buy a brush.

My favorite Ulta! The most organized location I’ve been to, and the staff are always very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I would trust who ever manages this store with my life.

Horrible and uncomfortable. They followed me and my friend EVERYWHERE we went. I get it, they want to be cautious of their products, but this was way too much. Seriously considering purchasing my products elsewhere. Cashier and also one of the girls that followed us was Karla. Oct 11, 2024 7:30pm

It's nice that Hanford has a Ulta. I am thankful beauty services are offered in the cummunity. Staff can improve on ethics. Management can improve with professional team leadership skills.

Went in with my girls and sister. We've shopped here before and never had any problems until today. As soon as we split up to look at make up, they staff split up and had my girls followed. Luckily, I taught my girls that when shopping and profiled, hold what you're gonna buy up high where staff can see it so there's no misunderstandings but the whole thing was obvious. It set off my girls anxiety. Not to mention they called security to follow me and my sister around as we browsed at the front of the store. Ridiculous. I know where I'm not welcome and it's at that store. I understand shoplifting is a serious problem in stores but profiling cost them potential customers. I'm going to spend my money elsewhere where I'm treated and feel welcomed. I recommend everyone else does too.

I used the salon service for the first time. I got exactly the cut and style I wanted. The cosmetologist was great, and she provided many helpful tips. Thank you, Samantha! Everyone throughout the facility was helpful and friendly.

Limited supply of Paul Mitchell but overall decent selection. Due to limited stock would recommend online ordering or calling before heading into store. Disappointed that ulta doesn't carry a peel off mask meant for blackheads and the ones they do have are a disappointment; doesn't clean you face at all.
