I had to put this review in. I've tried and tried to give this place chance after chance. Every time I'm there all the girls seem to be on their time of the month. BAD ATTITUDES. ALL OF THEM. effective immediately I'm closing my Ulta credit card. I'll never ever be back, and if anyone (family/friend/etc) wants to go ill tell them WHY I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN ULTA ever again. I'll be at Sephora where their ATTITUDES are kind and welcoming. And NOT whiny and grumpy.

This store sadly never has product in. It is always out of product and employees seem to be unknowledgeable about what they actually can sale. The last three visit have been a waste of time and gas money. If I have to drive up to the ULTA on the north side of Indy (that always is in stock but further from my home) I will. Not only are they out of product but would refuse to give me my birthday gift. ULTA if you want to make it right feel free to call me. You have my account so you can find my phone number.

Avery @ Greenwood, IN Ulta is AMAZING! This young woman is kind, personable and ALWAYS goes above and beyond for the customer. I have had a few interactions with Avery, to the point she calls me by name and a "regular". She recently assisted me with a purchase made over 6 months ago and she was a total pro! I scheduled a last minute appointment with Bruce while I was visiting Indiana and he was phenomenal! He was very honest about what we could and couldn’t do with my hair color and worked with me to get exactly what I was looking for. He’s also an amazing conversationalist which made the whole experience more enjoyable! If I lived locally I would absolutely book with him again!

Went to your store to purchase make up got to register to pay for my purchase after 3 times telling the girl I did not have an account and did not want one I felt like I was being harassed she commented that I didn't have to be angry I told her I was not angry I was frustrated after telling her 3 times I did not want the account that was my frist time in the utla store and my last

I really struggle to find good help here. Staff are not very informative about products. I left to go shop the OTHER makeup store up the road at the mall where I was offered help.

I love ulta, but I wish that they would update this location. It would be a much nicer experience if they would remodel it to be made more glamorous since it is a Make-up and Beauty business.

I had an amazing experience with Atanah! She transformed my long hair with beautiful layers that gave it so much volume. I couldn’t be happier with the result! Not only is my hair looking and feeling fantastic, but Atanah was also incredibly sweet and professional throughout the whole process. She really took the time to understand what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. Highly recommend!

Ala helped me today by finding makeup that made me feel confident! She helped me to finally find shades that are a perfect fit to my skin tone of foundation, coverup, bronzer, blush, ... - you name it. Never thought about trying Landcome but I fell in love with the products as she explained it all to me. I truly love how I looked and felt so much more confident. So happy with all my purchases and so so grateful for her help. Never would have purchased it if it wasn’t for her!! Thank you Ala. Such a sweetie!!

Horrible customer service. The short girl with black, curly hair, up in the front has a really bad attitude. I was checking out and she was talking very rudely and rolled her eyes at me for no reason. If she does not like this job, I suggest she finds a another one that does not involve customer service. Same goes for an older lady, blonde hair with glasses. I’m not sure what their problem was. But it will greatly be appreciated if management would hire people who want to work and help customers out. Thank you. Really hope they find peace within themselves.

I am truly frustrated and disappointed at this point with this location. This is my second attempt to try this location after I had a bad experience the first time. Today around 6:25 ish I decided to run into ultra to grab some perfrume as I entered the store thier were 3/4 girl at the front area by the perfrume were we all made eye contact. They proceeded to disregard my presence and didn’t greet me or anything. They continue to laugh and go on with Thier conversation. I felt so out of place as a white American came out they door she was greeted with a good bye have a great day . It took them 6 mins maybe to give ask me if I needed help finding something after seeing me walk around circling weather to ask them for help or not. I truly just wanted to leave but I wanted my perfrume . It’s just heartbreaking and I feel it’s very important businesses to provide a welcoming environment for all customers, regardless of background.

In there for 2 minutes or less before being approached 4 times to see if I’m doing alright (check if I’m stealing) I hear them talking about it aswell as one on each end of the aisle. Felt very profiled , if I could leave zero stars I would. June 4th 3:20pm

My recent visit to Ulta on Hardegan in Indianapolis left me deeply hurt and disappointed. Despite my loyalty as a customer for over 20 years, I was met with rudeness and indifference from the staff, including the store manager, Megan. Megan's public accusation of being a repeat problem customer was humiliating, especially in front of my children and other customers. The lack of basic assistance with makeup left me feeling vulnerable and embarrassed, shaking my confidence in Ulta's customer service. I hope Ulta addresses this issue promptly to prevent others from experiencing similar hurtful treatment.
