The Employees here have always been very helpful and always know exactly what's needed and where to find it when asked. Definitely can't wait to see what I find when I go in to finally see what's best for Me n My skin 😃🤘🏻 Super chill atmosphere and no judgey feels whatsoever 🤷‍♀️Js, ik quite a few of Us may have had this happen n here it doesn't. Recommend for pretty much ALL Your product needs lol.. 🫶🏼

Me and my mom came into the store and worked with Brittney she was AMAZING🤩🤩🤩 she was very knowledgeable on the prosecutes she showed us how they affect your skin and everything we told her everything we were looking for and even though the store was busy she found us our correct shades and helped us find new products that we loved she also offered budget friendly options as well higher end options and anything they didn’t have in the store we were able to order online. All in all I recommend anyone coming here and looking for recommendations no matter skin tone, skin type she will be the biggest help go to Brittney

The customer service at this location is terrible. EVERYTIME I come to this location, I have a poor experience. I’ve tried ordering online and just coming for a pick-up, I get the message my order is ready for pick-up, I get to the store and have to wait almost 30 minutes to get my order. I go in today ofc it’s Black Friday so I almost expect nothing to be available in the store so I know I will probably have to have them place the order to ship, however it was some stuff I needed to get out of the store, first girl I’m working with had an attitude and didn’t want to help, so I just waited until I got to check out and asked the young girl up there about their Black Friday specials on perfume she looked at me like I had 2 heads and said idk. I’m over it. I am a platinum member with ULTA I spend a lot of money with this company, but I can assure you, I will travel 45 minutes away from my house to go to another location.

I was over welded with the amount of products they carry.I haven't been there in a while The employees were exceptionally helpful.They did not have what I went for ,but I ended up buying something solely based on their enthusiasm.

Well I’m glad I didn’t spend my money here. First of all I wasn’t greeted but the two ladies up front were clearly cashing out ok cool. Truth is being of brown skin someone is always watching….. well I be darn needed help nobody around. Asked for help and waited some more still no help. Told the lady Nevermind clearly didn’t give a ……… yeah. Only if your skin is brighter do you look like you need help or have money. Take by brown skin and green money elsewhere. Complete mess up in here. Would leave 0 stars if I could

Brittany is AMAZING!!! I’ve been Ulta stores quite a few times, and after my foundation was discontinued I struggled to find a new go to. I was directed to Brittany and after telling her of my previous experience she made it her goal to make sure I left better than I came in. She was very knowledgeable about products, ingredients and was able to match me perfectly, probably better than anyone has. I cannot say enough how amazing she was and I truly appreciate her kindness. She’s really what every Ulta and the beauty shopping experience should be!

Came in with my daughter, who was trying make up for the first time. When I tell you, we were greeted with open arms by Trinity . She made the experience so meaningful as our first time shopping for cosmetics. We will definitely be back. With service like what Trinity gave, we definitely don't mind splurging our money here.

I recently came to this location to have my hair dyed red and the dead ends trimmed. I had the most horrible experience and will not come back to the salon. I first booked a consultation on Friday, so that we could go over my hair history, discuss the plan, the time it would take and the pricing. I knew the ends of my hair had been lightened and dyed before and I made her aware of that. She said this wouldn’t be an issue and she could do it. We booked be for Sat at 9AM before the store opened. She met me there and we began. She initially said the whole process would take 3 hours, I thought that would be fine as I had to be home by 2pm. I ended up leaving at 2pm on the dot. The stylist had incredibly long fake nails that she used to rake through my hair and scalp, she barely used a brush, she was incredibly rough while doing this. My scalp is still tender and sore. And what I left with was a half dye job and a terrible haircut. There were still roots that were not lightened or colored, my ends were barely colored. When it was about 1:45pm I told her I would have to come back for the hair trim and she said, “give me 10 minutes” and she proceeded to rush cutting my hair. Before she could even ask me how I wanted my bangs, they were already in her hand and she was cutting them as she said, “do you want curtain bangs”, I immediately said no, because I wanted long blended face framing bangs, but she had already begun to cut while I was trying to explain. She even steam straightened it at the end to make it look better, which I didn’t ask for because my hair is wavy so I was unable to determine how short they would appear with my natural texture. My bangs came incredibly short and unblended, the ends of my hair were horribly uneven, and I was late getting home for an important appointment. I paid $200 and she asked me to come back on Sunday so she could fix the color. When I checked out, the manager could tell I was upset and after my appointment I called and discussed it with her. When I came in Sunday, I showed the manager my hair and she offered to refund me the whole service and I wouldn’t have to pay for her fixing it. The same stylist said again this shouldn’t take too long, it took about 5 hours, and again, she was using her nails to rake through my hair. She had tons of broken hair all over her hands by the end of it. While we were able to fix the color and even the ends, I am still upset with my bangs as you can’t do anything but wait for them to grow out. The manager Alyssa was incredibly helpful and supportive through this but the Stylist, Van, was constantly trying to convince me the bangs were my fault as she didn’t hear me say no. Hopefully my scalp recovers and my hair grows back out, but I can do a better job by myself at home.

I had a color correction scheduled with Elizabeth, and she did not disappoint. In fact, she exceeded my expectations! She did such a wonderful job. She truly took the time to listen to my requests and concerns. The health of my hair was one of her main priorities, even after bleach, it still feels soft and remained healthy. I cannot be more pleased! 10/10 highly recommend, will be back! 😊

4/13/2024 My first time having a hair cut and color at Ulta Beauty Salon. To be fully honest I was nervous, didn’t really know what to expect. But I went with an open mind, after all its hair. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I did my homework on the stylist before hand and Macy A. fit exactly who I was looking for. Let me tell you we have lived here for 2 years and I have struggled to find a stylist. Macy is truly a godsend!! Not many are willing to tackle a head of curly hair like mine but she was so confident in her craft. She is truly talented! She gave me one of the best curly cuts and a root touch up 💇🏽‍♀️🤗. Thank you MACY for making me feel brand new!! 💕 When all was said and done I was pleasantly surprised at my bill too. Great hair and service for an affordable price! 🥰 Thank you ULTA!!! 😘

Customer service here is TERRIBLE!!!!! No one wants to help you! I asked two people for help One didn’t even look up at me she just said “I’ll get someone” so i just continued to do my best and look on my own. She finally came and asked what i needed! I told her foundation for oily skin! She suggested a translucent powder and left! So i kept looking because i knew i needed foundation. Another girl asked me if i needed help 15 minutes later and she called someone to come color match me. The lady who did my color match changed my entire experience she was so sweet so down to earth and made me feel great. She suggested more products and even put lipgloss on my daughter. It hate the way this location treats people but that lady who did my color match was an amazing employee! She really changed the experience. I hate i can’t remember her name! She should train the rest of the staff there! Help the customers you would have a huge increase in sales!

I hadn’t gotten my brows done since July because finding someone who was an expert and did them well was hugely important to me. Victoria was just that! She did a phenomenal job, was so friendly, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back!
