I have been very happy with my salon services at Ulta Oakleaf for over 2 years. I found Tiffany and am very pleased with the very careful attention she gives my hair and her wonder expertise with color. My neck has had stabilization and a laminectomy, so I appreciate how she is very careful about this and ensures that I feel no discomfort. I appreciate the professional, yet friendly atmosphere of the Ultra salon. All of the staff are congenial to all of the clientele, yet focus fully on their customer. I was shocked and horrified to read a very unsettling report by a certain Scott Seiter. Mr. Seiter apparently was accompanying his wife to the salon when she had her hair done. He claims to have observed what he interprets as an atmosphere of racial hostility. I would like to inform Mr. Seiter that I strongly object to his opinion, as I have seen clients of all ages and races, including Asian, Hispanic, Caucasian, and Black being very graciously treated by the beauticians at this Ulta, who are both black and white. I, myself, am Caucasian and Native American, yet I feel more welcome here and that the service is more personalized than in any other salon. Mr. Seiter, I cannot possibly think of where you envisioned the preposterous scenario you depicted, but I do take issue with it versus the actual reality I have witnessed. I would encourage you to pray over your words as I shall pray for you to remember to “Love thy neighbor as thyself.”

I bought The Foria oil with CBD for $44 just to get all the home to find out its EXPIRED?! best by 01/2025 CBD goes bad after 2 years so this product was just sitting there forever extremely disappointed

I'm not to keen on makeup so when my fav lip gloss is sold out by Fenty and Mac, all I have to do is place my order at checkout and just like that... it's delivered for free at my front door.

Spouse of salon customer. Had time to sit and observe, eyes were opened "wide". I was shocked to witness a racially motivated atmosphere and and an atmosphere of"covert" bullying between black and white employees. In my "blindness" I thought we have matured past this but sadly I am wrong. The "young timid" stylist carried on and performed her duties admirably. I am sorry I witnessed this and I hope this post assists the management to review policies and possibly the cameras in the salon area for educational and retraining purposes.

First time being in the store experience was okay. Customer service could have used a little more fine-tuning but overall I would come back to the store for anything I may need when it comes to makeup. I was picking up stuff for a friend and I was surprised at how much makeup there actually was and that they carried. So all in all above average experience

It’s christmas eve today!! we all know how hectic that can be. Truly we can count on ulta to have our backs !! especially their employee Eugene, i’m not sure if i spelt his name right but yall, he is the sweetest soul ever & was so helpful. a sucessful & stress free shopping experience; all thanks to him 🤍

The lady who did my eyebrow tinting and waxing today did a awesome job five stars for her. The associate that was running the register to check me out was extremely slow and wasn't friendly.

A huge shout out to Lynzie and Bianca - these two fabulous ladies take such good care of me! Once a month, I have the pleasure of spending time with them while they focus on my hair and face. They are fantastic. Not only with their skills but their beautiful personalities. They really take their time with me. I always leave better than I came!!! Thank you two so very much! Ulta did a great job choosing you to represent their company!

I had my hair done at the salon by Taylor and I can’t stop looking at my hair, she did an amazing job and gave me the cutest highlights even though I used box dye a few months ago. Highly recommend

Expensive products, no customer service, and paint is peeling off the bottle cap after purchase... I went back to the store to return it a few days later, WITH the receipt, and they said I could not return it, since I did not sign up for the membership!!!

I like the ulta store, BUT i will never again use the Ulta beauty salon! An "Elite" stylist BUTCHERED my hair. She showed no care about my hair after paying 77$ I went in for a trim and I had to get a CUT CUT after going to ANOTHER SALON! Miss T. J NEVER AGAIN! The Manager at Ulta was so kind to give me a refund!

I usually order online and pick up so this was my first time in-store shipping and it was a good experience. I came in for a foundation match and a lovely lady in a white coat asked me if I was alright , which I answered I think so…anyways I told her I was looking for foundation as I have redness on my cheeks. Expressed I was interested in black owned and she directed me to Fenty. I got a full coverage and a skin tint from Wyn beauty. She explained how using a green primer would help reduce redness and proceeded to show me. Also helped my son find a sunscreen. We then browsed the store for other items and there is a lot of brands here. Will definitely be back when wanting to buy in person makeup.

Never again and they need more education on color. Im a recently retired hair stylist from NH and like to have my hair colored so I dont make a messat home. I tried to explain what my formula was I used ifferent brand of pro color. They said they could do it. So I told them what I used. I have used several different product lines and never had a problem. We had to redo my hair 2 times and my hair was so dry. She didnt use the correct product colors to mix it. She had to improvise as they were out some color. I didn't know this till later.So we tried it again and it was a little better but wasnt right I left upset. However the stylist and retail staff are very attentive. They are very nice and very kind. I will go back to the store but not the salon.

Stephanie, was a great help with finding everything I needed. The store was huge and there's a lot of variety so it would have definitely taken me forever to find everything on my own with her friendly and professional help! The cashier was also very nice and helpful too! Great staff in a clean store.

I did online shopping because 80% of what I wanted was not available in a store within 50 miles of me. I prefer to not have to shop online at Ulta since it’s just around the corner because it forces me to buy more than I need to get free shipping.
