11/2/24: First time going here and disappointed in the staff. I was walking around and I saw staff walking around asking other customers if they needed help, a couple of them were males they asked, but not one came by to check on me. One female staff was walking towards me in the main isle and I thought maybe she’ll ask but no she turned down an isle as if avoiding me. Nowadays, I will miss buying something and walk out of the store if the staff have unpleasant attitudes or ignore me. It’s a shame that we can go back into stores but the attitude of the staff is terrible.

Margaret in the salon was fantastic!! She was personable and listened to my needs. I enjoyed my experience with her. Will be going back to her for my hair cutting needs!

The ladies were nice when I visited to pick up an online order of a fragrance i purchased online recently , but I was disappointed seeing that all of their fragrances were locked up. As someone who sometimes likes to browse n come back another time to purchase it’s really inconvenient as the buyer to have to ask someone to unlock each perfume u want to smell. Most times when I visit I smell at least 7+ n honestly I don’t want.to interact most times I’m doing this. I’m sure there can be options to have testers available? Sephora has them locked to the counter but you’re still able to pull them up n smell them. I understand it’s for security but it will probably make me avoid coming here if possible.

I shop here all the time and use curbside pickup. I have lost count how many times I’ve waited and waited and no one came out to deliver products. I have to call them or go in. They need to pay attention to the curbside pickup customers.

5/5 EXCELLENT for the stellar customer service I received from the manager Sandy. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and was genuinely caring. Her smile and friendly attitude was contagious, she clearly has a passion for her job! Well done Ulta for employing such a remarkable staff member!

Absolutely horrible!! Don't even deserve this ONE star!! I asked so many questions about my hair and they insured me that it will work and could do it!! Well, that was a lie! My hair looks so bad and not what I wanted.. the manager was nice... But my hair is so screwed! I could keep going... Just don't pick this place. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! If you are trying to gray blend! I want to put her name in this, but I won't!

I love ulta, been a member for years. Came in looking to restock while I was in the area. Couldn't find the products i needed or a sales rep. Finally, gave up after 20 minutes of wondering around and left, only to find all the associates chatting at the register. Good thing there's plenty of location to choose from.

Courteous, talented sales reps who seem happy and enthusiastic about beauty products and helping patrons. I always feel welcome in the store and they are great trouble shooters on anything from complicated returns to online ordering to recommendations.

Had to restock on some of my favorite items yesterday and had the most wonderful help from the team! I cannot remember her name for sure but she was short, had long brown hair, and I think her name was Morgan. She was so quick and happy to help! She knew where everything I needed was AND recommended some great new product. Can’t wait to go back and get her help again. Thank you!

I don’t normally review large chain stores but this Ulta was awesome this week with helping my friend and I products we were looking for and they matched the Ulta online prices. Super sweet and helpful! Appreciate their service

Ran in today to grab some updated essentials, as I haven't shopped in person in over 3 years. Claire was so sweet and helpful! She quickly found exactly what I needed and clearly knew the products well. Her expertise was such a breath of fresh air for a mom like me with very little kid-free time to shop. She made me feel comfortable and cared for by trying the products she picked out on my face. Not everyone wants to wear a full face of makeup but she found tools to improve my eye routine that didn't look obvious with minimal effort (which was just what I wanted). There was no pressure to buy, but it's easy when I walk out with exactly what I know I'll start using regularly. I hope I run into her next time I'm shopping cause I'm sure I'll need more help. To any managers reading this - she is a gem and great representation of your store!!

The staff are very helpful and attentive. I am disappointed the perfume is now all locked up. I wanted to find a new scent but needed assistance from staff when just want to browse. Can testers not be left out?

This store literally is a girl's dream. Smells so good. Employees need to lay off your tail so e tho. Like they follow you around. It's weird.
