I visited this store the other day. This wasy first time in an Ulta and my first time looking at make up products. Cienna took excellent care of me throughout the store. She was SUPER patient and kind to me as I had a lot of questions. She was very knowledgeable about the products and how they would work with my skin. And she was able to find everything I needed. Matty the manager that helped us at the counter was also very kind and appreciative of our business. She was able to show us how to get the best deals and our check out experience was speedy too. The store was very clean and everyone that we spoke with were very helpful. I'll definitely be back to this location. It's across town from where I live but it's worth the drive just for the level of service I received.

This is by far the best Ulta in Knoxville!! Matty went above and beyond to make sure I found everything I needed to get my Christmas shopping done and made my shopping experience so pleasant! I’m a very happy customer!

We had the best experience at this Ulta location! The store is very clean and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. You'll be so lucky if Cienna is there to help you find what you need--she was brilliant at color matching, so patient and an overall joy. Matty took the time to help with an app issue while checking us out and made sure we didn't miss out on a coupon that saved us $20, all with a smile on her face. I usually go to the Turkey Creek location, but will head back to this store next time. Thank you, ladies!

I went the other day and i tried to use a coupon they sent me and my points the cashiers didnt know what they were doing were a little bit rude and dismissive.

this place is an absolute joke. cashiers don’t know how to use coupons. managers are rude & will argue with you. just make the drive out west or go to sephora.

Im happy to have a nice ulta location near by in north knoxville. The staff was friendly and helpful while I looked around the new store. I look forward to coming back.

Store managers are completely rude and disrespectful. Doors were unlocked so I went in the shop and looked around for about 10 minutes before one manager came up and said they weren’t open yet they were gonna have a store meeting but did not ask me to leave. Next store manager comes up and tells across the store stating for me to go back outside they weren’t open the door was unlocked to employees only…. But no sign stated that. One manager had red hair the other employee was dark headed. Heads up. Will not be back
