Cashier and manager were just disrespectful, I’m trying to find a fragrance that says in stock and they kind of laugh and say don’t have it and I ask if they are able to check other stores and they said they don’t have a phone, I’m not sure if I’ve ever seen employees so distraught to have to do their job that they chose to work at, it was so weird, turkey creek location is always terrible and messy, only good experience I have is the oak ridge location

Leslie helped me pick a shade and apply it to my face for a slight “imperfection” that I was dealing with lol. They didn’t charge me $30 like Sephora. They actually helped me pick out the tools that I needed to do it myself! I really appreciate it!!! Awesome job awesome people awesome products! I also just checked my bag and they gave me some free samples for moisturizer which I desperately needed to help with the product that I purchased! So thoughtful! Thank you to Olivia with the dark black hair and lipstick who checked me out as well for that!

I had a blowout and style done by Melissa- she was great! Will definitely use her again when needed. Also, shoutout to Vanessa who did makeup for me. She’s got a talent! Will definitely use Melissa and Vanessa again!

Shoutout for Vanessa. I came in just browsing around and she offered to help me out immediately. She provided me with wonderful customer service and I had so much fun trying on makeup that she selected for me. She was highly skilled and has a great eye. I felt like a kid having fun with makeup for the first time in so many years. I’m a working mom and usually don’t have time for this sort of thing—but let me tell you, I felt so pampered and I looked amazing with the makeup she helped me select and she had some awesome tips for how to apply. This girl knew her stuff! I will definitely go back and visit Vanessa in the future! Plus, she is full of personality and a lot of fun to chat with & put me at complete ease.

I had such a good experience today at the Turkey Creek Ulta Store! I went in for 1 item but left w/6!! Olivia could not have been more helpful in helping me begin a new skin care line, which I had been looking for. She answered my questions but was also excited that she could help me and see my excitement. I loved her knowledge of so many products, listened and paired me w/exactly what I needed. She’s obviously in the right job and her make- up and look today was fantastic! There was also a super young man (didn’t get his name) that first helped me w/a tanning product then had Olivia continue to help. Even the cashier!…. You have a great team there! Will be there again w/daughter too! A and K!!

Love your new store lay-out, it's well-organized, easy to find what you are looking for, it's bright, and airy. I had a very relaxing and enjoyable time shopping today. In the past, Ive always felt rushed, intimidated, and today I was just able to browse the products, try the testers that were available, and pick my products on my terms. Good on Ya, Ulta Beauty , for changing your store design: it's very inviting!!

My wife had a bad experience dye job but the staff at this store made it right. They were courtesy and professional. Rare things sometimes happen but know this store has your back. They will fix it. Amazing staff.

They were very helpful when I wanted to change my look and update my makeup routine. I felt a little judged when I asked for corsex snail mucin. The staff told me that people in Korea don’t even use it and that it’s just a TikTok trend. I’ve been using this product for 6 months and it has transformed my skin. Made me feel a little bad about my skin care choices and that shouldn’t have been a thing. It’s okay though, he helped me find the perfect contour!

This review gets a 3 only because all of the employees minus the manager were excellent in finding everything we needed. The manager how ever had a bad attitude and was not welcoming. I made a large purchase so my cc declined at first until I received my fraud alert text and confirmed it was me. The look on the manager’s face and attitude went from bad to worse. Change managers and I will shop at this store again

The manager Lauren is great! She jumped in there to match me wonderfully to a mineral makeup and was called to the front for a cashier question, plus checking people out. She is a definate plus for this store! I tried to leave her a tip but she wouldn't take it. So I wanted to thank her by leaving a review!

I needed some guidance through the massive array of foundations. The app was helpful in color selection but the particular brands and attributes were overwhelming. That where Miranda came in!, she was so informative and lead me to the right color choices for foundation and cheek as well as explaining the right choice of primer. I’m so appreciative of her skills and her kindness.

I went there two days ago. Great selection but I had questions and there was no one to ask. There were two women at the checkout so i waited until they were done and hoped they would come help but they didn't. I waited for over 20 minutes and they just stood at the register talking.

I would like to share my experience. I paid $47 to have my hair done. It’s good that I took the cap, because I didn’t get the best experience and the performances are all very beautiful in appearance and everyone is very kind, but this does not correspond to the result, I am very disappointed. The price doesn't match this place. 👎

I don’t normally do this but I’ve just got to say, there were two sales associates at the counter when I walked up. The one lady I asked was nice but she didn’t know the brand that I was looking for and said she didn’t think they sold it. I had time so I walked around for a bit and ended up finding the brand that I had asked for. When I got up to the counter to pay I went to the lady that I didn’t specifically talk to, but she was in on the conversation, and told her that I had found it. She was unamused and answered me with “oh ok, I wouldn’t have known anyways.” The other girl that I did talk to was sweet and apologetic, although there was nothing to apologize for. I guess what I’m saying is if you’re going to work in a place that requires interaction with customers then maybe try being nice and smiling and having a personality.

I’ve never had a great experience visiting this Ulta at the Pinnacle in Turkey Creek. Every employee acts like they hate their life. Rude employees. The manager isn’t pleasant either.

This store had a very bad vibe today. I'm not sure what is going on with the employees or magament. I was in the store for 30 min, and I was totally ignored. The cashier was nice when I checked out. I will drive to Oak Ridge location next time I want to go to an Ulta store.

Horrible customer service. I mistakenly didnt realize the store was closing soon. The parking lot had several cars, so I raced in to find 2 products. I was not greeted at the door when I came in, which is not unusual for this particular location. I would have gladly left if someone would have greetme and informed me that they were closing in 10 min, would not been a problem, frankly I would have returned a different day, no problem. So when I asked a question about a particular product at the mark of close, I was sharply told that the store was closed and they didnt carry that line. The tone that was spoken to me was tactless, simply put, 10 years ago, I would have used a sharp tongue to address the tone but today, with age, comes wisdom, grace and class. To be blunt, I will never shop in this store out of convenience by location, I will travel to the mall and shop at Sephora where I have always been treated with respect and given curtious answers and attention. Plus they have a huge selection that far supercedes this location.

I just left the store. The cashier was incredibly rude. After I paid, and the screen said approved, I grabbed the bag to leave and she ripped it out of my hands while loudly saying that it hadn’t been approved yet implying I was trying to steal?? Not to mention the entire time I was checking out she kept giving me nasty looks. I would give 0 stars if i could.

I'm giving one star only because I had to. This place has the worst customer service. The manager refused to honor an item that was clearly priced on the sticker and tired to charge me more money at the register. I will NEVER shop at Ultra again.

I’m not sure who the older white lady with the blonde hair that works there is maybe a manager or something but she is AWFUL does not know how to talk to people and I’m not sure why’d they’d hire someone who looks and talks like that in Ulta especially a customer service position. She scanned our products twice and when we mentioned it she looked shocked and almost as if she didnt believe us until we literally pointed it out on the screen, please get someone more competent working the register and maybe not an older person.
