I went to have my blonde touched up and I guess no one could get the toner right but I was there 5 hours for something that should have only been 3 hrs tops. Then I left in tears, the manager said they would reach back out to me and to get me rescheduled with their “elite stylist” … Fast forward 2-3 months and I still haven’t heard from them. I left with my hair dry brittle and damaged and no one offered to make it right not even offering a deep conditioning or bonding treatment to repair my hair that they messed up. Even the stylist was crying with me. I will simply say I’m glad they haven’t contacted me because I would never trust Ulta for hair services again as this is the second bad interaction with a totally different Ulta mess up my hair both times .

Had such a great experience at this salon with kylie and Desiree! I went in just to get my daughter's their haircut but needed my hair to be fixed from a bad haircut from a different salon. LOVE the results and they were so nice, friendly and accommodating. Kylie squeezed me in last minute to fix my bad haircut and I AM SO GRATEFUL 🙏🏼 THANK YOU GUYS!!!!

Kimmy Cole is absolutely AMAZING!!!!! I went to Ulta to get new skin care products based off a skin care routine ChatGPT recommended. Shows how little I know about skincare, lol. I overheard Kimmy speaking to another customer and knew I wanted her advice. She helped me create a routine based on my skin needs and wants. She got me everything I came for and more. I am so grateful I asked for her help! She even wrote down my routine and labeled my boxes so I wouldn’t forget. I wish she got a commission because she truly deserved it. I rushed right home to try out all my new products and my skin feels great!!! Thank you Kimmy, best experience I’ve ever had at Ulta. :)

I went yesterday on July 8 24 and I asked a worker were the bronze drop were and she had an attitude with me I didn’t do anything wrong and so I left. Poor service!

Helpful like always! I wish I could remember the girls name. She's the best. Always so helpful. We've been in several times over the last few months and she's always helped us. I came in I gave my daughter a back to school budget. She helped her pick out everything she wanted/needed without over priced. I love when people don't pick one individual brand and tell you this is all you need. Definitely brought her around the store, asking and being just so helpful. Man I wish I could remember her name. Walked out with a very happy daughter who didn't break the bank. Much appreciated!

I needed a new moisturizer, so I visited my local Ulta store. As I entered, Ren greeted me warmly. A few minutes later, she approached me and was extremely polite and professional. She listened attentively to my concerns and addressed them with patience. Ren was very knowledgeable about the products I inquired about and provided clear and concise answers to all my questions. Overall, I am very impressed with the level of customer service Ren provided. Her commitment to customer satisfaction is evident, and I highly recommend that other Ulta customers speak to her when visiting the N Durango store.

the manager was nice but employees will give you nasty looks , definitely need a thick skin to deal with these rude ladies. Also NONE of their survey links work. I’d rather shop at another location than deal with their rude employees that refuse to help

All I have to say is go to Sephora next door inside Kohls instead. I've been coming here since this location opened but never again. I went in with my mom looking for something specific and then we browsed around. She was looking for something at No7 skincare because they have a promotion. One of the sales manager named IZZY approached my mom and asked if she needed help. My mom was holding 2 creams in her hands and asked the price and then if those creams had any promotion. IZZY tells my mom "well if you look right there you'll see that it's only the kits" so my mom grabs a kit and asks the price because each kit had a different price and the paper in front of the kit said $69.99-$79.99. IZZY says "if you take a look at the paper it says right there." She was talking to my mom like she was illiterate and stupid. My mom has an accent but that doesn't mean she can't comprehend English. If you're not in the mood for customer service then don't offer to help us because IZZY approached us first. Also it's 2024 - we shouldn't be discriminating against accents or ethnicity or race. This interaction left a terrible taste in my mouth and because I am very protective of my mom l asked to speak to the main manager named SAMANTHA. She apologized and said that shouldn't have happened. Ulta do better and teach your employees not to discriminate customers just because English isn't their first language. Thank you!

Too bad it doesn’t exist zero stars for this location. Yesterday, I was shopping there and I asked an employee named Ezzy, who had her name tag covered with her hair, what was the price of two creams I was holding. With a nasty way she replied back: they are not on sale! Full price is in front of you! Then I asked her about a kit to give me the price and she said: It’s in front of you by pointing with her finger the tag. She continued said: If you can read they are in front of you. She never replied back with any price she was asked. She was discriminating against me and my accent so badly, this had never happened to me. At her third nasty answer Ezzy heard my mouth ! Shame on her! So poor customer service!

I will never ever ever come to this ulta again. I got in line at checkout but I really went in looking for a Dyson airwrap and the MANAGER kept beating around the bush about not having it but wouldn’t let me ask questions. I asked if I applied for the credit card can I use the 20% off for opening it on the Dyson still gets rude with me. I said fine and she goes to help someone else checkout ignoring all the other stuff I was paying for. I literally had to ask her are you not going to ring me out and she said after she’s done with the other person who was in line behind me. I ended up calling other ultras and finding out you can indeed use the 20% off on a Dyson but no one had it which is fine, but I honestly went to Sephora and got it there and they offer 25% off your first purchase so it worked out better for me and they were 10000000 times nicer

Very irritating that they have their perfumes all locked up. No one wants to have to be babysat while they are testing perfumes. If anything should have testers out, it should be perfumes!! It really decreases the customer experience. I wanted to test some out while I was here so I know when I come next time what scent I'll get. I guess I'll go to lush for that instead. I understand they do it to deter theft but c'mon they can't have a mini version of it for the testers ? Otherwise, the store is alright. The employees are nice enough
