Juliet was extremely helpful and a knowledgeable employee she was very kind and patient with me picking out a gift for my wife when i know nothing about makeup products, I was there today and she walked up to me with a friendly smile on her face, was ready to help me and also recommend products for men.

Sam is AMAZING! I visited the Ulta Beauty store in downtown Summerlin today, initially feeling hesitant because my past experiences there haven't been great. I've often felt ignored or even watched, which made me question if my appearance was the issue. While I usually prefer Sephora, I had to come to Ulta since they stopped carrying my Lancôme makeup. Now, onto my experience today: I walked in looking a bit lost when a friendly associate unexpectedly approached me. His warm demeanor instantly put me at ease, and he felt like an old friend. I shared my nerves about an upcoming event and mentioned that I had never used false eyelashes before. He guided me to the eyelash section and gave me a fantastic tutorial on how to apply them. Then, he introduced me to a new skincare line from Lancôme that he passionately recommended, and offered to help me with my makeup application. He taught me how to contour and shared so many helpful tips. What started as a simple visit for a powder and eyeliner turned into an incredible shopping spree where I left with about 10 items, spending nearly $400! I hugged him and expressed my gratitude for such a wonderful experience. It truly felt like a fun day out with a girlfriend. However, I'm disappointed to learn that this amazing associate, Sam, doesn’t work at this location regularly, so I might not have the chance to see him again.

Weird vibes when I visited this store , When I walked in only one person greeted me , She was even kind enough to ask me if i needed help finding anything. One yt lady kept walking by the aisles I was on as if I was stealing products , Which made me feel highly uncomfortable.. I walked out without purchasing anything.

Ciara (i hope im using the correct spelling) at downtown summerlin, is a literal angel! I came in today looking for help with finding products that will give my skin a break from the every day heavy foundation and that will nourish/protect my skin instead. Immediately when i walked in the store she asked if she could help me, she sat me down and took her time recommending and applying different products within the skincare line that she recommended to me, which was Clinique. She has a very kind and nurturing energy to her on top of incredible customer service. It’s not every day that you feel you connect with the person who is helping you out. It’s obvious Ciara has a passion for what she does. On top of all of this, i absolutely love the products i went home with today. Im happy i crossed paths with her today. Thank you Ciara!

I had an extremely uncomfortable and upsetting experience at this Ulta location. While shopping, I noticed an associate named Amy following me around the store, as if she suspected I was going to steal something. When I tried to engage with her and asked if I needed help with anything, she completely avoided me. Things escalated when, as she was walking away, she snickered and said something into her microphone. Shocked, I immediately asked to speak with a manager. The manager, Marne, came over, but instead of addressing my concerns, both Amy and Marne, were outright accusing me of theft, so I ended up leaving the store afterwards and I will never come back to an ulta again after this awful confrontation.... This experience was not only humiliating but also deeply hurtful. I expect a higher level of professionalism and respect, and I hope this review sheds light on the unacceptable behavior I encountered.

First id like to thank the young man that helped find my shade and answered all of the questions I had about a new foundation I was looking for. He took his time and really paid attention to my skin care goals and was very attentive. I don't remember his name but he hair braids and was very sweet. My issue: the staff seemed a little too eager to "help me out" while I was browsing. Probably wasn't their intention but it really made me feel uncomfortable. I used to work at a makeup store and I know the protocol when someone is suspected of trying to steal. Made me so uncomfortable I stopped my shopping and left with one item the young man helped me with. Didn't even get the skincare I was looking for. I'd rather shop elsewhere than be followed like that.

The most uncomfortable place to shop at. I went in looking for some essentials and I felt so bombarded by all the staff there asking me what i was looking for. I couldn’t even shop peacefully. I also work in retail and I’m sure they were just doing their job but i also felt like they were just following me around. Being followed around just makes you not want to shop or return to this store

Located in Downtown Summerlin right across from Red Robin. Visited twice this week to purchase and then to return a couple of items. In both occasions I encountered very friendly and helpful staff. They had great sense of humor and easy to interact with. The only thing is stock levels sellout fast.

Had nothing in stock that I came in to buy; mini flowerbomb perfume set, study break survival sampler kit, and a specific perfume I was looking for. So I was going to settle for a cute perfume bottle that was in the case, and also had a great sale on it. When I asked the lady if they had a sample to smell, she said they did not have a sample. I probably would have still bought the perfume until her response was , "I wouldn't buy that one in my opinion". I ended up just taking her word for it but I was more irritated that I couldn't even decide for myself by just allowing me to smell it! Her sales skills weren't great. She asked me my daughters age (I was shopping for my daughters bday present) and I told her she is 20 years old and likes warm , soft , vanilla scents - so the lady just starts blurting out a bunch of perfume names like I'm suppose to know the brand or where to sample them . I ended up so overwhelmed that I walked out of there with nothing that I had planned on buying as far as perfume! The lady just made me want to run. Next time I'll just shop online. It's one thing to be out of stock for an item or two , but all 3 things I was looking for ?! I won't be back to that location.

I love the salon there. All the stylists there are so bubbly, positive, and gorgeous. I love how they support one another. So far I’ve seen Jordan and Alyssa. Both incredible stylist and so so sweet! I’m a vibrate pink hair girly! And they always nail my color. And give me tips for my hair. This is my go to Ulta Salon.

I went to this location last Sunday at 6 pm and a very rude employee close the door in my fave even when the hours on the sign said they close at 7 pm. I totally understand the mistake but the rudeness was off the charts. And that is why Sephora will always be better!

My daughter got a facial recommendation from Clinique and she was amazing explaining the necessary products for my 10 year old with acne! She was patient and thorough.

This review is for Arrol in the salon. I was ready to commit & cut off a lot of hair. She took her time & made sure it was exactly how I wanted. Her experience & knowledge made me feel really comfortable. She also recommended a great heat protectant. So glad I found her as I’m new to the area.

Devastated… I’ve been to Ulta salons in the past in both Florida and Georgia, and have had great experiences with my haircuts. Today I walked in and told the stylist (Arol C) that I was very particular about my length and that I wanted to keep my hair as long as possible—only trimming a little bit. She showed me the back of my hair with the mirror, and we agreed on 2 inches. Since returning home, I have measured it and she cut off 8 inches! I did not make a scene in the store, but instead went outside and sat for an hour in my car panicking and crying because I have just sent out head shots for modeling and acting jobs, and now I no longer look like my pictures. I feel unattractive, and moreover, I just don’t feel like myself. I look like a soccer Mom, which is the polar opposite of what I was going for. I simply wanted to cut off the dead ends and put in some long layers. My hair has gone from my waist to just below my shoulders, and the layers are short, not long. Additionally, my hair is naturally curly and she straightened it today, which means that when I wear it curly, it’s going to be at my ears!!! I am so upset about this that I am thinking about getting hair extensions. I really don’t know what to do and I can’t sleep because I’m so upset about this. I know that hair grows back, but it would take me 2 years to get my hair back at this point. If anyone knows how I can get extensions, please help! I have since reported this to corporate with a formal complaint, and I am still miserable and hate looking at myself in the mirror every day. This stylist had the nerve to text me and asked me if I wanted to get a haircut with her again. Are you freaking kidding me? This woman single-handedly ruined my life, and I have never felt uglier. I will continue taking this all the way up to the top of the corporate chain at Ulta because something needs to be done. Are you effing kidding me?! Look at the response below from Ulta (2 months later)! I have sent upwards of a dozen emails to their customer service department and I finally gave up because no one cared and there was never a resolution. Meanwhile, I've spent hundreds of dollars to restore my hair after this woman aka the devil completely ruined it. I've never been in a physical fight in my entire life, but if I ever see this demon again, I will destroy her for what she did to me.

I sat in the cologne and perfume section for over 20 minutes waiting to sample multiple colognes. Well I left without be approached once, outside of being walked by and went to another store in the mall and enjoyed buying over $400 of colognes… seem like nice people but not good at helping sell their items

Fast, convenient appointment for last minute hair style and makeup with the MAC artist. For makeup call ahead , purchase 3 MAC items and pay a tip is how they charge for makeup. A good last minute hair and makeup choice for an event I had to make.

The store, i.e. the brick and mortar seems nice, the customer “service” is a generous 1 ⭐️ This was my first “experience” here and am NOT impressed. At all. Firstly, I was having a VERY bad day in finding out that a relative had just been diagnosed with a brain tumor. Not for them to know, BUT I worked retail in a VERY nice department store during high school and ALWAYS helped anyone who looked a little bewildered and actually ASKED if I could help them. I was 17 and had better customer service skills than the girl who I DID ask for assistance and then she walked away leaving me bewildered. I was out doing a few errands and was not in my “Sunday Best”, I clean up really well though and do have disposable income that will NOT be spent at THIS location. The Channel counter at Nordstrom’s has never had an issue with how I look EVER and I LOVE spending $$$ there. Customer service is KEY for ANY company!! IF having repeat customers and referrals are important to them. I think not.

The customer service here is horrible!! This is exactly why I shop at Sephora and not Ulta, I will never come back to this location. I called at 7:55 and said I would be there exactly at 8 and I needed ONE product for my vacation tomorrow that I didn’t realize I was out of! The manager said “we lock our doors at 8 so if you’re not here by 8 I can’t help you” my boyfriend and I showed up at 7:59 and the doors were already locked and two workers were staring at me saying “sorry we’re closed” are you kidding me? Karma is real!!!!!!

Today I had one of the worst experiences inside an Ulta store. I went into the store and had in mind to buy a kit for gel nails and hair products from It's a brand. As soon as I entered, I saw a middle-aged lady, crouched down, storing products in a drawer. So I approached her, she told me she was leaving, it was around 7pm, and she was going to find someone to help me. She also asked what I was looking for and I explained. Anyway, she walked into a door and never came out. I waited about ten minutes, then I walked around the store twice and there were some young women doing makeup on customers and they didn't even ask me what I was looking for. I felt completely embarrassed, confused, disoriented and very, very insulted. Anyway, I left the store after about 15 minutes, looked for a store from another chain, where I was promptly served the way a customer should be. Btw, I’m used to the service at Ulta in Florida, which is excellent. The problem is in this unit, specifically
