They definitely jump to conclusions about appearance here, the manager was on top of me from the moment I walked in trying to get me to take of my glasses, asking to touch my earrings I assume to get a good look of my face, and following me around the store. It was inappropriate and overkill. I’m a makeup artist, I’ve worked in Ultas before, this is NOT the way you handle a potential LP issue; never mind that I definitely wasn’t one…I walked in with shopping bags full of items I’ve purchased from the neighboring stores in the shopping complex they’re in —I’m clearly paying for things. Also she insisted I leave my bags unattended by the door when I told her I wasn’t comfortable with that and would prefer they were put behind the register she just told me they’d be fine on the floor by the door that no one was gonna take them. I’ve never had such an uncomfortable shopping experience in a makeup store of any kind in my life. I didn’t see any other customer in the store get harassed like I did. Her behavior made me leave before I could find everything I intended to buy. Also there were no sanitary stations to provide tester wands/cotton rounds or makeup remover, just empty water bottles and alcohol spray.

I had booked hair and makeup over 2 months ago for my wedding. Flew in from Ohio. I was on my way to the appointment and the salon called to tell me they couldn’t do my hair or makeup at the scheduled time because the person was doing a highlight and got overbooked. They said they couldn’t take me 2 hours later, to which I informed them that wouldn’t work since my wedding was starting shortly after that. I was infuriated and the store simply said “sorry.” They could’ve cared less it was my WEDDING day and they did this to me at the last minute. They totally screwed me on what was supposed to be the happiest day of my life! If I could give them zero stars I would.

My blowout experience today was far from great. It isn’t a style at all. I got my hair washed and dried. I thought a blow out was a style with volume and a little round brush curl that last for days.

It was a very uncomfortable experience. Especially being surrounded in the front at check out. And being asked all these interrogative questions. I was fresh out of work cloths but to then my trench coat was suspicious looking because they had someone stand infront of me looking deeply into my coat. Which i took off because it was intimidating.

I went to this location since I am new in the area and the store was nice and convenient. I was nervous going in because I haven’t worn makeup in a long time. The Greeting at the door was warm. Also, one of the reps Cheyenne was so knowledgeable and friendly. She made my experience worth the trip!

Getting your hair done feels like the old days. It is the wonderful experience you hear about, but you don’t think you will really have, and I get to. The staff here are super friendly. They even helped me find my signature scent. If you haven’t gone here, you should. My only problem is my alcoholic sister somehow got into my account, and I’m having trouble getting her off. I tried calling the line they told me to. I dragged her in. Nothing worked, even when they said they got her off. Plus, the app isn’t blind accessible.

As someone who loves Ulta, I will never go to this location again. The women who work at the Eastern location are not helpful or friendly. I'll take my business to the Stephanie location from now on.

I've been coming to this location since it opened. They always have beautiful, helpful people working here. I love the remodeled look of the store, it's so bright & opened. I usually do pickup order's, they're always correct & the girls always open bag & check order.

Showed up right at 5:59 pm on a Sunday and they wouldn’t let me pick up my order. People still inside the store. Seriously? Every time I pick up an order it takes less than 30 seconds. I’ve been coming to this store for 15 years. Unreal.

There was a employee named Fernanda who was very nice and helpful and helped me choose a good foundation for my skin. You can tell she knows what shes doing and if I go another time I would immedietly go to her for help. Thank you Fernanda
