Unfortunately couldn’t find my concealer here but Samira, (dont know if she’s a manger or not) went all out to try and help me find it and even tho she didn’t find it she helped me sm! Very kind and pretty woman! ☺️☺️

Me and my friend went here. Really nice store with a great selection of products!! The staff are also very good and went to the back to get a product my friend was looking for.

Cashier rang me up and was being smart behind my back because I told her the Fenty Box was torn. I only noticed it when she asked me if I needed a bag. She said it was ok to get another one. Little did she know I caught her mocking me. I’m sure if she was the customer she would have done the same thing. I prefer Columbia. Better customer service.

Doesn't open until 10 am, as I discovered at 9:10am. Waste of time and gas for me. Hey if you don't want my business, that's cool - I can get these products elsewhere.

This was my first visit to Ulta Beauty in Laurel, Md in hopes of finding a specific type of round brush for blow-drying my hair. When I entered the store I was immediately greeted by a courteous Ulta employee who asked me if I needed some help I was shown a multitude of styling brushes there and very quickly found exactly what I was seeking. I was very impressed with Ulta's selection of quality products throughout the entire store and the excellent level of knowledgeable, experienced sales personnel there. I would highly recommend this store to anyone needing quality beauty products.

We do quite a bit of ordering and picking app and it was very quick to go inside of all the beauty not have to stand in the line with 10 people in it and grab our online order right inside the door and the staff was friendly and helpful and quick

I was struggling to find products that would work for my skin. Gina took the initiative to ask if I needed help which I really appreciated because normally it is very hard to find someone to help me. She took her time and explained each product to me. The amount of knowledge she had pertaining the products was amazing and helpful. She was so kind, patient and informative. She helped me choose the right products for my skin. I walked out feeling really happy and excited. She is a great asset to the team.

The staff is always very welcoming and friendly. Of all the Ulta branches I've been to, this is the cleanest, most organized and well stocked locations. I can always find what I need and if I can't someone helps me.

I love Ulta! The store was clean, and as always, the selection of various products is formidable. I don't understand why they are understaffed🤔? I had to wait for the manager to check to see if the product was in the back stocking area. She was friendly and helpful, but not knowledgeable. I finished my shopping and left the store.

I have mixed feelings about my visit today. Usually it's pretty easy and i can look around without any issues. Things felt weird after an employee came over and talked over me after asking what I was looking for, only to say she could reccomend something 10x better than what i was looking at or i could "keep doing what im doing." I brushed her off with a "thanks i'm fine" since the product I wanted was out of stock. Her comment also rubbed me the wrong way because it was kind of snobby after she announced her specialties with skincare. The situation made me decide to not keep looking in the section and move on since the lady was still hovering. I went over to another shelf and out of a side glance I could see the lady staring at me closeby/kind of over my shoulder..it was so awkward! Luckily i just went further into an aisle and then heard her give her skincare speech to some other shopper. I'm sure my dermatologist will be 10x more knowledgable than that random lady.

Morgyn is amazing!!! I got a brow lamination, tint (dark brown) and wax and I am SO HAPPY with the work Morgyn did. I wanted to step my self care game up and treat myself for my birthday. I have always wanted fuller brows. This was my first time getting my brows laminated and tinted. Morgyn explained every step and gave me after care tips. I also wanted to start incorporating more make up and she helped me pick out a great highlighter, blush and eyebrow setter. Thank you again Morgyn, you truly made a difference in my day.
