I was there today with my friend to shade match and the worker there was so nice and took her time with us. Her name was Kelly and she shade matched us to perfection and helped us around so much. She was very lovely and joyful. Loved having her around helping us today❤️

I went into this location around Black Friday with my wife, we witnessed an employee being berated by who seemed to be a supervisor or manager. We will not be shopping at Ulta any longer and will be taking our business to Sephora since Ulta can’t treat their employees right, big corporation and no one’s addressed these issues. Ulta is a joke and I feel for their employees.

Kelly was awesome! Me and my friend went to get matched and she made sure we left with exactly what we needed, spent time helping us understand every part of what we were getting and definitely made me feel more confident about it. I cannot express my gratitude enough for her ❤️‍🩹

Amazing! I love the entire team. Last time I was helped by Skye Onesi, she is amazing!!! She went above and beyond and had to go to the back room to find my favorite lip gloss! She is special and I always happy to see her every time I come to shop there!

Want to give a big appreciation “review” to Jillian who did my signature cut today. I was feeling nervous going in and she quickly dissipated all the anxiety I was feeling by just being her self. She was calm and communicated everything she was doing and her ideas. I didn’t feel pressured to do something I wouldn’t like. She explained what she thought would be help my hair and explained products she was using and answered my question when I asked how one product worked. To put it simply, she was just awesome! So thankful she was able to help me today! I hope to see her again when I’m ready for my next cut!

Skye and Megan are two women that will go far in life. Skye is very skilled and enthusiastic at finding you the right makeup products that fit you. As a brown gal, it is hard to find shades that compliment my skin tone. She has a lot of energy and will persevere until you are happy walking out the door. She’s great at making recommendations. Megan is seriously the Clinique GURU! I never met someone that knowledgeable about skin care. She really took the time to explain different products that could help my skin look its best. We also had a really good convo about sunscreen 😁. I walked out skeptical but the skincare products she recommended have been stellar so far. Thank you girls!

The last 2 times I’ve been in this location I was asked by 5 different employees if they could help me. I felt uncomfortable to say the least. Not a good shopping experience and I will turn back to buying on Amazon for my products!

Carrie has done my brows for years and she is THE ONLY person I would trust with my precious brows . SarahMae is such a talented and personable stylist. I came to her in need of color correction from box dye and she worked her magic! I also have curly hair, and SarahMae is the only stylist I trust to cut and style my curls. Would recommend her over and over again!

They constantly pester you interrupting your train of thought, they won't let you just browse or look at things. It's really distracting and annoying when you're trying to decide what you might want and people keep coming up to you literally 5 people within a 3 minute time period asking me what I was looking for. I felt like they thought I was going to steal something so they were keeping a close eye on me. Made me very uncomfortable to be harassed like that.

Cancled my hair appointment day of 2 hours before. Also I had to walk in there to make it, I tried to call them several times no answer. Lastly, I made this appointment atleast a week or more ahead.

I made an impulse decision today to get a haircut. I booked randomly Samina and I am so glad I did! She was so sweet and kind, she also explained the hair extensions process to me and broke down the pricing. She also helped me find a new hair dryer/brush that was affordable and reliable. I don’t know when I’ll need a haircut again or if I am going to get the extensions, but I do know that I’ll be booking with her again!

This ulta customer service was horrible. They accused us of stealing and following us around the store talking on there headsets about us…I was with several friends and the workers were making us uncomfortable…the place was even dirty and disgusting. They walked out with us and said someone was on there way too! I just wouldn’t shop at this location anymore…horrible/disgusting experience😂

i never review places, but i swear this ulta location is like no other. every single time i come in the staff are genuinely the nicest, most helpful, and sincere people. every ulta i’ve ever been to could never live up to how amazing everyone/everything is at this location !! <3
