Horrible service. Rude manager, Sarah. I booked a hair and makeup appointment 2 weeks in advance. They call to reschedule, which I agreed to. Show up to my appointment. They booked me at a salon 30 minutes away from my original appointment and didn't tell me, then refused to do any of it. Don't waste your money here. Sephora all the way

I received multiple Ulta Gift cards for Christmas but the type of Gift cards I received had to be redeemed electronically first. Skye went above and beyond helping me find my products and assisting me through the extensive checkout process due to my lack of knowledge of the e gift card process. Thank you Skye. You were a fresh of breath air during all the chaos holiday shopping brings. 😃

Visited Ulta today and needed help looking for a Mac mini lipstick. I asked an employee who was over in the Mac section and her attitude was very rude, unfriendly, and off putting. I don’t know her name but she had on a black outfit with blonde hair in an updo. She pointed me to another section of mac lipsticks and walked right off. She didn’t see if I needed help looking for it or anything. Not to mention that this Mac mini lipstick wasn’t even in the section she pointed me to. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because a nice employee in the Clinique section actually pointed me to the right section where the lipstick wasn’t even which was near the register. I don’t expect any employee to kiss my feet as a customer but at least ACT like you like your job. Nobody told you to work here. I’ve been an Ulta customer and member too long to be treated so unkindly. Just unacceptable.

We took our oldest Grand out shopping for her Christmas presents. Of course, this was a must stop for a 10 year old girl. They had what she wanted, and it was a quick in and out on a busy day after Christmas.

Morgan did an amazing job coloring my hair. I came in because I tried to lighten it myself and gave myself hot roots. Morgan went above and beyond to correct the color and make sure I was happy with my hair. I’ll post a before picture and after picture for reference! Kyla and Alexis were also really helpful. They have a great group of stylists at this Ulta and I’ll definitely be back to do my hair with Morgan again.

I booked my first ever brow appointment at an Ulta, today with Marisa. She was very friendly and made me feel so comfortable the entire time! I decided to try a brow tint with my wax, as I've never had a tint before. The whole process went very smoothly and the waxing didn't hurt at all. I have sensitive skin and usually I tense up quite a bit during the waxing. It was the fastest and most pleasant brow appointment I've ever had! I love the results and even asked for a product recommendation for when the tint fades. She recommended the Benefit Gimme Brow gel and helped pick the color for me. She suggested the mini size to try it out therefore not upselling me at all, and saving me money. I highly recommend you go see her!

Nice store. Wondering if they implemented a no-scan checkout software? They must have some great prices as I saw a lady fill her entire tote bag then leave in a hurry, probably to stop herself from shopping lol!

Sarah S. was my stylist at Ulta Salon in Lexington, SC and I can honestly say she gave me the best highlights I have ever had. She’s very thorough and pays close to attention not to damage your hair by overheating or over processing. She’s also very friendly and makes the time with her an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend Sarah S.!

Marissa is great! I moved here a few months back and have been trying to find my “places” I booked a brow appt with Ulta, having never been serviced at an ulta before, but going solely off reviews…& they were not wrong. Friendly staff and Marissa was so professional and truly great at what she does. Never tried to upsell me or make me feel like I needed this or that. She was honest and sincere and just very personable ! I will definitely be going back to see her again! If you need direction on what you need vs want and what will work best for YOU see Marissa. She definitely tailors her services to you as an individual!!! Thanks Marissa !

I came in for a haircut and worked with Sarah told her I didn’t want a lot cut off and I had a weird strand on the left of my face I wanted something done with for my curtain bangs and I really wanted layers. She did absolutely amazing she was so fun to talk to and recommended me a dry texture spray that she had used that day I didn’t buy bc I wanted to see how it held up and it did not disappoint! Will definitely be going back to buy it soon and will definitely be coming back for future haircuts coloring, and whatever else

Poor customer service, and the cashier kept pressing me about signing up to receive points after I told her no thank you literally 5 times it is really unorganized when it's time to check out...I don't think I will ever come back to this store again I think I will stick with sephora

The products everyone needs. Why are they so expensive they are going to always have people in and out of the store 7 days a week and 8 hours a day. It depends on what I need , then I might go back to this store.

The skin care service area is not operational there are not of stylists that are capable of doing multiple services stylists should be crossed trained to be able to accommodate customers. For exp. You have 10 stylists only 1 can perform brow tint or eyelashes. The stylist Marissa did a phenomenal job in working me in to her over crowded and over booked station she Did a great job and was the only stylist which was happy to help me where others seemed incompetent and were dismissive. I had a great experience with Clinique rep I think her name was Jennifer not sure however she did a great job she provided me with a great make up consult, find products,explained application and skin care I purchased Fenty makeup they do not have any Fenty Skin Care products! I got the Clinique skin care products. Those 2 ladies and my interactions with other customers made my time there enjoyable!
