First time to Ulta, it's been a decade+ since I've been into a salon and allowed anyone to work on my hair. Danielle, was so personable, informative when I asked best practices and made me feel beautiful. She is a 10 out of 10 in my book. I'll definitely be back🤩

I love this store in the Paddocks. Always helpful and friendly. My last stop was to pick-up an online order I just placed. I called to see if I could come early to pick-up. The employee told me he would get the item himself and have it ready. Excellent service!

I had a great experience at Ulta. Kat assisted me in finding the products that worked best for me. Although I was mainly looking for makeup, she also gave me helpful information on skin care products that would serve me well. She was very knowledgeable about the different products lines, some of which I had not heard of because I usually stick to the same name brands. I recently started using the App "YUKA" which makes recommendations for "clean" products that contain no harmful ingredients. She helped me locate the products and was great in helping me find the colors that work best for my complexion. She saved me alot of time because she knew these brands that i was unfamiliar with. I tried some of the products in the store and if they didn't "work", she found one that would. I was really surprised that Ulta has so many brands to choose from in all their products. If you go to the mall you have to visit a different person at each Makeup Counter who wants you to buy their brand without any comparison unless you go to another counter. Ulta takes the work out of that & it is a much easier process. They provide great service, and I appreciate that. Highly recommend.

Despite only visiting this Ulta Salon twice, I've already become a dedicated fan! Both times, I booked specifically with Sydney for her unparalleled talent in coloring hair. Her ability to understand my vision and translate it into stunning, vibrant hues is unmatched. Even with limited visits, Sydney has made me feel like a valued client, taking the time to listen and execute flawlessly. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. You can also tell she truly understands hair, as she takes the time to assess the health of my hair and suggests the best treatments and products to keep it looking its best. Did not have many hair dryers left on the shelf,nor were there many hair brushes, but I like to shop at Ulta for my birthday presents. Always find something else to get instead of what I originally wanted.

I went on a Monday. It was great. There were few sales people but there were about a half dozen ladies shopping. I love that because you can really try things on and explore without being targeted by sales. Don't get me wrong, when I have asked for help here, the ladies are knowledgeable! I asked for help with Bare Minerals concealer and the sales lady set me up well! But one of the reasons you may choose to shop here is that you can really explore on your own -- if you choose -- and there is lots of space you won't feel crowded (like at the mall).

I will never have my hair cut at Ulta again. I went in with a grown out bob that was past my shoulders and asked for a trim. I did say that I occasionally have thinning no shears light used. The hairdresser butchered my hair with horrible layers that I did not ask for and I can no longer pull anything into a ponytail. It will probably take a year to get these awful layers that won’t lay down out of my hair. Yes I called and complained to management. It’s been almost a month and I hate the cut every single day. I don’t want to even it up as they already cut several inches out of my hair.

Hair salon is in the back. They have talented stylist that can do any cut or color. Beauty selection of all different brands from inexpensive to lavish! Rewards program is wonderful and they have their own credit card as well! BUT the female security guard is rude and treats everyone like thieves. I don't appreciate being treated that way or my mother who is 83 years old when we spend quite a bit of money there quite often. Took off 2 stars because she was rude to my elderly mother.

I was not at the Ulta in Paducah, KY. I was in Louisville, KY. I couldn't get the warmth from this particular place at the time I was there. It is still one of my favorite places for my personal items. Paducah's Ulta is my favorite stores.

Recently, Ulta Beauty at the Paddock Shops held an event whereby certain styling tools were demonstrated. After the demonstration, your stylist coached you on achieving your sought after style. It was fantastic! My stylist was Sydney and I can not adequately describe how wonderful she is. She is very talented. I hope they do this again.
