Went into Ulta to shop with my elderly mother. My mother did not understand how certain coupons worked and which ones Ulta took and which ones they didn’t. The young girls at the register called a manager up for help, but this manager was completely rude and gave the most unhelpful and vague explanations. We decided to not get a few products as they did not take the coupons my mother thought. Instead of the manager taking over the transaction she walked away and left the young girls at the register to do it? The manager was white, middle aged and had shorter hair. Should not be a manager. We ended up still spending over $200 dollars and the only ones that were helpful, kind and understanding were the young girls at the register who couldn’t have more than a few years of customer service experience.

Poor customer service. The young girl working the counter was annoyed because I asked a question that interrupted her from being on her phone.

Maybe I misinterpreted the situation, but I was shopping one day when the manager came up to the employees and decided to scream at them because they had decided to sit down on one of the chairs. It’s really never that deep if anything you screaming at your employees makes it look worse than someone sitting down. I’ve been a shopper at Ulta for many years. I spend so much money in the store and it makes me really not want to go in there anymore to see that that’s how they treat their employees. do better.

Having lost my travel makeup on my last trip, I had to replace everything. Bree, the staff member who assisted me, was fantastic in getting me what I needed for my complexion and skin type. It was a really rewarding store experience.

I’m writing this review for my friend, I’m a licensed cosmetologist in Florida and she came to visit me and asked me to help her with her extensions. A stylist here did these extensions on her and I’ve never in my life seen something so horrendous. Her top row is missing about 5 inches of beading and the stitching was absolutely terrible. And on top of that he charged her $300 for this install, as someone in the industry we need to do better.

Darshni was excellent in assisting me with an online order return. I couldn’t process the order online due to a time crunch for a wedding, and the entire staff was very accommodating. It’s always worth the half hour drive from Uniontown.

I went into the Morgantown location today to look for my fiance something for Christmas and while the one lady was helpful in showing me where something was I felt very uncomfortable after she helped me. I brought in a shopping bag from the store next door because I had just bought a few things from there, but the whole time walking through Ulta I felt like I was just being stared down and then after I found what I was looking for I went up to the cash register to check out and one of the cashier's was on the phone with someone and saying " it's a five below bag" which is the store next door where I bought a few things before I came to Ulta . Then I checkout of Ulta after paying and I'm getting in my car and I see the same girl on the phone leaving out of the five below store . Made me feel extremely uncomfortable as if she thought I did something wrong. I definitely won't be going back there and won't recommend it to anyone. If you don't want people having bags in your store you should just tell them.

Lovely job ! Nice stylist ! Price gouge from hell !!! Root retouch (no foils)and trim on medium length hair . I have been a stylist for 30 years and never paid $226.00 for a root touch up and trim . I know the whole word is price gouging people but that doesn't make it right . Welcome to Biden's new America

Pretty slay. My boyfriend shops here occasionally and each time we've gone everyone has been quite kind (customers too), staff is helpful and friendly. Cashiers are wonderful. We've never had a bad experience here. I wish I could say more but I'm not into makeup and such like that, I will say my boyfriend has been able to find what he needs each time we shop.

The staff at this location are unbelievably rude. My daughter had a gift card to use from her birthday and was looking for a hi liter, among other things. No one would help us find anything, so we were left to look on our own. They had no problem yelling at us though when they thought we opened something to try that didn’t have a try me(which we did not do). We’ll stick with Sephora where they have no problem helping paying customers, and you’re treated with kindness instead of like a criminal for shopping in their store.

These ladies are always super helpful & nice whenever I come in, & they’re very knowledgeable & they don’t judge you whenever you ask a stupid question because I definitely have before. They also helped me find the perfect shade of foundation.

Went to ulta for my first (and last) time tonight because I got a gift card for Christmas. Nobody said a word to me, even though they were asking people right next to me if they needed help or were doing okay. I'm assuming they thought I was going to steal or something, because a worker came and pretended to straighten displays right next to me for several minutes. Guess the tired, pregnant mom look just gives them bad vibes. When I was waiting to check out, the manager and others were standing at the counter ignoring me. Literally an awful experience, and I left feeling horrible. I could have used help and did not feel comfortable asking because of how there were treating me. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

I went a few weekends ago while visiting my friend who goes to WVU. I left my foundation at home so I went to Ulta to pick up another one (I go through it fast enough!!). The assistant was so wonderful.. she not only helped my friend pick out the PERFECT shade for them, but also helped me find a new, better product than the foundation I was using. I absolutely love what she recommended me, and my makeup each day literally looks so much better while still being low effort. This recommendation is actively making my everyday better. I only wish I caught her name!!! It was the weekend right before the first of June...

I’ve been getting my brows done by Mariah for 2 & 1/2 years and have never been disappointed. She’s consistently great and the wax doesn’t hurt as bad as other places. <3

The staff are not helpful. I went in for make up and could not find a sales associate. Cashiers are not friendly and no associates are working on the floor. If you do find someone to help you they can’t answer questions about product and have no idea what shades are best. Very disappointing they used to have workers that were professional. Wanted yo try the salon but am a little frightened.

Went to Mariah for my eyebrows and told her I wanted to keep the shape and to just clean them up. When she was done they were so thin but I just tipped, and walked to my car, and might’ve cried on the way home lol.
