A truly awful experience, as usual. I come in every other week and they follow you through the store looking at every little thing you do. I like to swatch the colors and play with the testers before I spend $100-300 on cosmetics but these ppl treat you like you’re the scum of the earth trying to steal an eyeliner… it’s ridiculous. you’re better off driving 30 minutes to waterside and shopping at Sephora.

I am extremely appalled by the customer service at this Ulta Beauty salon. Kelly, my hair stylist, is amazing and kind and I 100% recommend her. However, Alison, the elite stylist, is the most rude and disrespectful stylist I have ever crossed paths with. With her not even being my stylist, I was talked down to, told that a "magic wand cannot just be waved" for me to "get my hair done whenever I want", that "not everyone should be blonde", and that I should "go home and handle my hair on my own". I left the salon in complete distress and my day is ruined. I have never been treated so horribly by an employee before, and I hope that something is truly done about the staff here, as it seems like there are many negative reviews about the employees and professionalism.

I have never in my life written a review online but because I am absolutely appalled by the unprofessional and rude behavior experienced at this salon I felt that I had to. The entire negative experience occurred at the hands of one of the stylists, Alison. She continuously spoke as if I were inconveniencing her, and her comments were completely out of line and hurtful. I came to this salon expecting professionalism and respect, but instead, I was met with condescension and unnecessary judgment. No paying client should ever be treated like this. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority here, and I won’t be returning. And again to emphasize, this is all due to the stylist ALISON, whose lack of professionalism and basic decency and respect shocked me to my core. I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting this place with their business.

I really dislike going to this location. The staff is unfriendly and you have to try to hunt down an employee to get them to open up the perfume as it’s under lockdown. Always an attitude which is not necessary and unwarranted. I feel discriminated against every time I go in this store at this location.

I recently started to going to this salon.I was very impressed with the talent and skill of stylist Kara Thorsen.I won't be going anywhere else as long as Kara remains here.Her talent with color is highly appreciated and the conversation is just as pleasing

I love this Ulta location. I was on vacation and I visited this location twice. The first time I just stopped in to get some fragrance samples. The manager checked on me to make sure I found what I came in for. It was a good experience so I called a couple days later to see if I could get in for a root touch up with the salon. They were able to accommodate a same day appointment. My stylist, Kelly made the experience perfect. She listened to my hair history and to what I wanted and made the best suggestions. I did not feel rushed and it was so lovely to get to know her. When I visit again I will go back to see her and I highly recommend her to all. My hair looks so pretty thanks to her!

Allison, master stylist, is the best. She brought my hair back from a chemical burn (from another place) to its original healthy state. She does exactly what you want and makes helpful suggestions. She is a wealth of knowledge an asset to Ulta!

I absolutely love Juliet!! I go to her for my haircuts and I have never gone anywhere where I show them a reference photo of what I want and actually get it. Juliet always delivers and I will never go anywhere else

I made appointment for my hair color and a trim. My color was good the cut by a master stylist was horrible. Never had such a bad trim in my life.

Just tried to return a lighted magnifying mirror that was not functioning as I was told it would. The suction cups were too small for the mirror, so it kept falling off my large mirror and damaging items on my bathroom counter top. When I tried to return it, the cashier stated I had to give them my phone number in order to get the amount credited back to my account. I asked for the manager who happened to be standing nearby. I told her that was wrong and she said, "I know" then smiled and said that was their store policy. I have had bad luck giving out my phone number, and told them that, but they did not care. So, I left the malfunctioning mirror and walked out of the store and obviously am not shopping there again. Because of that policy they are basically thieves and do not care about their customers.

Got my hair cut from a Spanish Lady, I had a Pixie and she took 2 hours to wash and hair dry and cut. She needs more experience I had to tell her what to do for 2 1/2 hours.

I love this store! I am constantly satisfied with my service. Tonight Lisa helped me tremendously by showing me how to use my diamond reward benefits to my advantage. I saved a good chunk of money! 10/10 recommend this store!

The staff is always helpful and kind. This store has the most selection in Naples. Even if there’s one closer to you, this one more likely will have what you want.
