I recently stopped in to purchase a perfume for my girlfriend. I truly have no idea when it comes to these make up stores. I walk in and it’s immediately sensory overload. I know I’m out of my league here. I went to go find perfumes and this angel of a woman appeared and took me on the most magical tour of perfumes and make up and eyeliner I have ever been on. She told me her name is Aubrey and she had the absolute BEST personality. Truly so funny and a radiant energy. She made this daunting experience that I was dreading, so easy. She can absolutely expect to see me every paycheck to shop for my girlfriend. This is easily the best customer service I’ve received in all of Georgia. Go see Aubrey! Ulta, give that girl a raise! You won’t regret it!

As I was searching through the aisles with no luck, Lucy approached me and asked if I needed any assistance. I informed her of the products I was looking for and explained I had no idea where to begin. Lucy was more than happy to assist me with finding each product and explaining why that brand was my best option. During this wonderful encounter, Felicia approached us and assisted Lucy with finding the perfect match for me. Both ladies were extremely pleasant and helpful. To top it all off, at checkout, Audrey was extremely patient while I navigated which account to use as I had accidentally created two profiles with Ulta. I don’t leave reviews often, but I have not experienced such sincere customer service in a while, and it was such a nice breath of fresh air.

I left all my makeup at my parents' in Florida and thank GOD this was on the way! I special thank you to the pretty lady (I wish I had gotten her name) who helped me for ~15 min pick out my perfect shade of Bare Minerals powder foundation Giving 4/5 stars bc almost everything I came for was out of stock 😅 idk if that was an inventory issue or stock person but other than that, everyone was very nice and helpful!

I didn’t have a good experience at all. I booked an appointment and from the moment I was introduced to my stylist he seemed annoyed, shocked I was there even. He was not friendly at all and had bad energy from the moment we started. At one point he was washing my hair and pulled my seat closer to the sink without any warning or anything, which I thought was weird. I’m African American and the way he was caring for my hair was definitely…different. While washing my hair there was a point where the water super cold & another where the water was super hot. I stood up with water going down my neck & soap in my ears, which isn’t necessary. He burned me several times while straightening my hair and told me “it’s the heat” as if I can’t tell the difference between heat and a hot plate touching my scalp. I asked for trims and curls. He started curling my hair before the trim. I simply asked him if he should trim before curling, he goes “Can I do my job ? Can I do my job?”. I was asking because I had never had my hair done in that order before. I just canceled the trim because honestly I was uncomfortable and I didn’t trust him to do a proper trim based off the way he detangled my hair. I’m angry because even though I received a small discount for the experience, I’m upset that I paid for this and now I have to go pay to get my hair done AGAIN because this came out bad. I’ve been to ulta several times for services but this was the worst experience

Normally I have great things to say about the customer service I received at this establishment but the Newnan store was rude and rushed me off. I stood in line until a different cashier took me. I watched a floor sales person stand around avoiding me, until a cashier took me. She rushed to get the people behind me, it felt like she avoided me because of my race(I’m black) and when I asked a question about a product I was rushed out of the store. Never have I ever experienced this type of treatment at any other location. Dunwoody location makes the time for all customers Red orange or blue color

Book with Ulta Newnan location for August 17th my wedding day. Drove 40 minutes, waited 45 minutes. Manager then informed me (after I asked twice) my makeup artist said “he forgot to tell me he wasn’t going to work today.” I asked her twice while crying if anyone else could do it. All she said was “sorry.” Leaving out, I asked another employee who was a wonderful person & she tried to fit me into her schedule. The lack of communication & concern made this a horrible experience for me & my daughter who had an 11:00 appt

My son went in for a hair cut and they ended up cutting his hair like a girl which left him crying. We asked them at the front for his hair to be cut like the picture. But they still ended up cutting his hair like a girl. I told the guy how he wanted his hair cut and it wasn't how it came out.

The cashier was adamant that I needed to give my phone number and sign up for their membership . She also continued to tell me that I had to have a phone number with them to get a refund if I wanted. When I pulled up the website and showed her she was wrong she was very rude. I left without buying what I needed. I Will not be back .... It is crazy to say I have to give you my information. Ultra is not Costco!

I will never return to this Ulta … my mom and I came to shop the spring sale and we were profiled . I am African American and my mom is Hispanic and this older Caucasian lady was literally following us like we were going to steal … I don’t appreciate this at all … there was also no warming greeting upon entering the store but instead a dry hello … I will never spend my hard earned money here again Do better Ulta!!!!

A lady followed my family and I around in the store as if we were gonna steal! (We are a black family) contacted customer service and was told they would follow back up with me and they didn’t! Nothing was done. I will NEVER return to this Ulta. Update: This store never contacted me like they said they would after I was told to reach out to them. Will not be returning.

Called ahead to verify that a specific product was in stock. The associate that was helping me was very rude about the product not being in-stock. Responding that whoever told me it was instock obviously did not know what they were talking about as she walked off. Just a very rude attitude

I had to chase an employee to get help, one completely ignored me when I asked for help and looked at me up and down. Then I found another employee who was really nice, but didn't know much about the products, they are clearly understaffed. I bought 100+ dollars and was supposed to get a gift and the staff never mentioned it. I am really disappointed

I really debated on doing this review but I just feel like people should be aware. I went in on 12/15 for a trim with Aleks and don’t get me wrong was so sweet however when she asked me what I wanted I told her I wanted just a straight cut about 2 inches off with no layers. Well in the moment I thought it looked fine and I was happy but when I got home and started to play with it I realized that my hair is completely uneven and there’s some random patches where it’s longer than the rest of it and it looks like she actually did give me layers. If I were to get it fixed I would have to cut so much of my hair off so unfortunately I just have to deal with it for awhile. So just be cautious and pay attention

I went at lunchtime on a Monday. It was not busy and a few people were working. I found some items that I wanted but needed to ask specific questions regarding makeup. I asked a employee and she had no knowledge of the makeup at all. I decided to go ahead and purchase the makeup. I went to the front and the lady at the register was rude and not helpful at all. I usually go to the Peachtree City location not Newnan. I will not be going back to Newnan.
