Store is beautiful, prices are higher than the websites with same products. Our cashier was DEFINITELY Slurring her butt off!! Tripping on some pain pills or hitting that bottle!

The women manager with dark Asian hair will not help black women or answer any questions. She is very rude and has zero customer service. Other Ulta's are more friendly.

I had a great experience with the manager Tyler. He helped me a newly transitioned woman start her journey into makeup . He helped me pick out the right color foundation and a color corrector for my face which I love ! Thanks again Tyler

Worst customer service of any Ulta I have ever been to. Not sure if it's the location but prepare to be stalked, stared down, and followed like you are trying to steal something, even if you are a long time Ulta customer and know exactly what makeup you are looking for.

Nice location. Clean store. Did not stay long due to feeling like I was being stocked/hunted/car salesmen pushed. I knew what foundation I wanted and didn’t mind browsing while I was looking for the location of the brand. Instead, after my first verbal acknowledgement that I knew what I was looking for and no I did not want help - I was watched and couldn’t even look to the next isle with the employee then moving to that isle and watching me browse. She then approached me again. Annoyed, I finally announced what brand and she directed me to that isle and I thanked her. THEN, I turn around and there she is watching me and telling me she can match me / did I know what color I needed. OH MY GOD. Had I not been completely out of make up I literally would have just walked out. I hate being out in public without makeup on and I was uncomfortable and asked multiple times to be left alone. I actually did have a few other things on my list but I was so annoyed and uncomfortable I couldn’t leave fast enough. Store was nice. Stalker pushy floor employee ruined my experience. I won’t be back.

Asked where the less expensive brushes are. The other Ulta on memorial has whole huge section of not expensive name brand. Clerk didn’t know I said thank you hear her tell her drama queen coworker whole has extremely loud voice and he all drama and loud. Won’t be back

Booked on Monday for a makeup application for prom for my daughter that Saturday. Drove 35 minutes to get there, only to be told their power had just turned on and they couldn't get ahold of the lady that was scheduled to do her makeup. I understand things happen unexpectedly, however I booked 5 days in advance so they should have had my info saved so they could have called me to let me know before I made the drive and was left with nobody to do my daughter's make-up. She did contact their Salon manager Matt who said he "might" be able to fit us in, but was really busy so he wasn't sure what time that would be, and would also be charging an additional $25 from what I had planned on paying for the original booking. No. I was inconvenienced so why should I have to pay more money? Thanks to them, my daughter not only had to miss getting her pictures taken professionally with her friends, but she also missed the ride to Norman (where her prom was) with her friends since we spent over an hour of what should have been her appointment, waiting for someone to call back and let us know if someone was going to show, therefore also causing me to be late to work so I could drive her. I have filed a complaint and have yet to hear back from anyone, and have also noticed that they completely deleted my appointment so it's not even showing on my past/previously booked appointments. Good thing I have multiple texts from them reminding me of that upcoming appointment so I still have proof!!

Floor associate was very helpful in helping me find a particular product without specific ingredients. Store clean and well organized. Parking lot is hit or miss on potholes, Avoid NW exit.

I am a 45 year old women who cannot read small print. I went in to get me some perfume for my birthday. I found one I liked and it was $156 which is more than I usually would pay but thought what the heck. I asked the sales associate Koby to help me. They did not seem very friendly at all on account I could not read the bottle to see which one it was. I told them I couldn’t read it and they were just rude. I will not be back to this location. Go to the one on Belle Isle they are wonderful. And Koby sometime in the future you will need readers and I hope people are more understanding to you.

I really like Ulta, just not so much this location. They don't carry Keys soul care but did offer to order it, but couldn't get the coupon applied and didn't even try, just oh it's not working...failed to read the coupon that came FROM Ulta. I will stick with driving further down to Belle Isle, they are more helpful in my opinion. Visited 11/18, coupon was good until 11:58 pm. It was 5 pm something.

Location is great, unfortunately the staff here made my 1st experience here terrible. Very nasty attitudes & unhelpful. I saw a similar experience to mine below, sounds like this location has colorists.

Made an appointment for makeup a week before a photo shoot. Get to my appointment, my makeup artist wasn’t there. Manager asked me to wait a few minutes and she’d be there any time. Well 27 minutes later I asked again, manager got a hold of makeup artist finally and she said “she had an allergic reaction and couldn’t come in to work.” Never thought of calling in to work sick, waited until manager called her. I am now scrambling with exactly 30 minutes to find someone to do my makeup before my photo shoot. So there, if you want for Auriel Parks to cancel your makeup appointment almost 30 minutes AFTER it should’ve started, then book there. Utterly unprofessional!

Took my best friends and myself to this location to do makeup for my wedding. Auriel and Brooklyn were our MUAs, and they were AWESOME. I felt so beautiful, and Auriel picked some great products because I was crying a bunch and my makeup barely smudged! Brooklyn was very patient and accommodating to my friend who prefers minimal and natural makeup. She kept the products to a minimum and the look still wowed. I’m so grateful to them both for being a part of my day! -Ezra
