I really wish that they were friendlier I understand that there were items not stocked but being rude at check out on top of being followed around while they talked under there breath and being laughed at not a comfortable shopping experience

I went in to buy some perfume and all of the fragrances were locked up. I understand they’re locked up because of theft problems but there should be at least 1 tester out for each fragrance. Most people want to smell multiple different scents and do not want to ask an employee to unlock several cabinets.

Wonderful shopping experience! Clean, organized store, with many different products and brands to choose from. With the holidays comes the stress of last minute gift shopping… sometimes even the smallest gesture of someone going out of there way to help can make the world a much better and calmer place. I found myself today making one of those last minute shopping runs for my girlfriends stocking stuffers at Ulta in Yukon. The store was busy and it was later in the night. However, I was able to find my items without feeling rushed by the staff, and I had a wonderful experience with Juanita at the front. Juanita is extremely polite, patient, and efficient at the front counter/cash wrap. She is a great multitasker and goes out of her way to help. Being in management myself, I can tell she is clearly an asset to your company. Thank you Juanita, you’re doing a great job. 👏🏻 Merry Christmas!

This store does not even deserve one stat rating they look at you like you are trying too steal it’s 4 ppl standing at the register won’t even check you out or help you you have too search for help products out of stock had too ask the cashier is there someone too check me out then dropped my products all over the floor it was the only one they had left like really

I did an online order. I called a few days later and asked if I could pick it up on a Thursday (called Wednesday) and was told absolutely that would be fine.. I get there on Thursday and was told they just put it up today. So then she called her manager that proceeded to tell me the same thing. Yea that’s obvious. What is wrong with the world of customer service. The manager then asked who I spoke with.. what does it matter, it was her employee that assured me Thursday was ok. I will not step foot in this store again.

This was the worst salon experience I’ve ever had! Ulta, at least this location should remove certain hair services from their salon menu. You cannot accommodate black/textured hair! You cannot do silk presses so do not allow people to book those services. I left Ulta feeling like Katt Williams. Stiff a$$ hair. Valerie was sweet but seemed to be disengaged. She didn’t even know how to wash my hair. Not once did her hands go into my scalp, she kept patting my head and putting product just on the ends. When she sat me under the dryer for the deep conditioning, I had to manipulate the product into the scalp myself. The blow dry took 2 hours damn near because she used the comb. Then she passed that iron on my strands about three to four times. I pray my curl pattern isn’t destroyed. She also had someone else come to assist. Her name was Alex. Her attitude sucked majorly. You could tell she didn’t want to do it. The way she was combing my hair was awful, uncomfortable and it made me feel like I was the issue. If you want inclusion then you have to hire and train these people to be able to do all hair. Black hairstylists can do EVERYTHING and EVERYONE’S HAIR. There is no way my blow dry should’ve taken that long. There is no reason I had to tell her she should’ve used the brush to blow dry and to set the volume for the silk press! Inclusion consistently leaves black people out. This was a terrible experience and the coworkers consistently asked her “how are you?”, “how’s it going?” As if it was a problem for me to be there. She responded “it’s going” at one point and proceeded to state how tired she was. I booked this appt because tiktok has shown ulta to be able to accommodate but I guess Oklahoma locations need to train or remove those services because there’s no reason for us to come in there and have to feel uncomfortable. The subject matter in the salon between this grown lady and young clients are also problematic. Why should guests have to hear how much a person loves rednecks and hates Beyoncé? It was so uncomfortable and ridiculous. I should’ve left there with a real silk press! My hair isn’t even difficult to straighten. My ends need to be clipped a bit however, my usual stylist can straighten my hair without tugging on my ends. My silk presses usually come out amazingly. It’s not my hair, it’s the lack of ability within the salon and the lack of concern for other cultures. Do better

Out of a lot of items, they seem to be down sizing what's available in the store and the displays are up for items not in the store yet. Sephora is the better option.

I was wanting to book a balayage appointment because I go on vacation next week. I booked the appointment with their only hair stylist currently which is miss VALERIE G. When I say this girl MESSED UP MY HAIR… it’s beyond awful. We had great conversation and she seemed confident in herself but it took her 5 hours to finish the balayage I asked for… and she decided to do “highlights and lowlights” instead.. when I was finishing up she had another stylist rinse and style me and I was already in tears before I left the seat… this girl left me with tiger stripes and completely missed parts of my hair.. and tried to blame it on the dye saying “oh looks like it didn’t lift here” well yeah it won’t lift if there is no dye on it.. anyways she seemed very arrogant and I cannot explain how awful she did. She completely fried my hair to the root. Valarie girl, quit doing hair.. NEVER GO TO THIS GIRL SHE IS AWFUL !!!!
