Every time I come here no one knows where anything is or if they actually have it in stock. Seems like no one ever really cares about what you’re looking for and are just here to collect a check, which I understand but at least try to make your shift as good of a shift for yourself? Just don’t trust the availability of a product here because they’ll tell you “we get shipments multiple times a week and it’s inaccurate”

I’m so surprised to see (at the time of writing this review) this store has a 3.9 rating. I’ve visited this (very busy) store multiple times, and the out-numbered and overwhelmed cosmetic specialists helping customers have always been gracious, kind, and helpful. On my most recent visit, when I was literally (and I don’t mean in the millennial sense) out of makeup ie. dried up mascara and empty foundation bottle in the bin, no back-up, Johnny gently offered assistance. I told him what I was looking for, and explained I have a hard time matching my color. He chose 3 or 4 different shades I think, and introduced me to Laura Mercier as another option. I was sold. After 30-something years of Clinique, I’m converted. There’s a quote that goes something like, ‘If you want good staff, hire nice people’. Johnny is an asset to Ulta Beauty and the brands you carry.

If you need help finding something don’t go to Vicky. kept walking away while my bf was trying to get help finding a product in the middle of him talking. manager did not care that her customer service skills clearly need some help. Would rather drive to a diff location than come here and be treated with such hate.

Store is clean, music nice, customer service sucks. Not even a hello when I walked in. Came in on a Sunday afternoon. One associate busy at the front. 3 others busy talking in the make up section. Not one of them offered assistance to me once. I walked around until I found the ordinary brand. Still no helped until I went checked out…Too busy discussing perms and cosmetology school. Very disappointed in the lack of assistance. Do better.

T was incredibly helpful. Not only did she color match me she gave me tons of skincare advice, asked questions to give me better recommendations, and helped problem solve my skin issues + find solutions. Blew my mind when she explained how my pillowcase was making my acne worse. Ask for T! She will help you!

I was told I HAD to give a phone number in order to complete my purchase even though I declined three times. I found this to be a complete invasion of my privacy and left without purchasing anything. I avoided shopping at ulta for months. Luckily, I decided to give the one near quail springs a chance and they did not try to force me to give out my number after I decline. It’s not that I never give out my number when out shopping, but at that time I did not feel like it as I was tired of all the spam messages. Why should I be required to give out personal information to buy hair dye??

Jackson has earned all the stars in the sky, in my opinion. I’m confident I’m not the only customer to take notice. My daughter and I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Jackson last weekend. We were immediately struck by his unique sophisticated style, poise and grace. (Think, Rita Hayworth. Stunning across the board in his outward presentation.) And yet, there is sooo much more than meets the eye here! Jackson’s catchingly dynamic personality, plus attention to customer care was like nothing I’ve ever experienced in the make-up, skin and hair care arena. That is a *period* statement. I’ve been in a high producing sales environment since 2008, and I can spot this type of talent from a mile away. Jackson has it in spades, darling. In spades! He was exceedingly attentive, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. He provided, on the spot, thoughtful responses to each question we asked. And I am here to tell you, he got it right. Every time. What’s more, he’s kind and genuine. I know that when I see it too, most especially in today’s culture. People like Jackson should be appreciated; commended for their excellent works! In short, my daughter and I couldn’t be more pleased with our visit to this Ulta location, and the products Jackson recommended. Huge kudos to the hiring manager responsible for bringing him on! Jackson enhanced our lives that day. I am confident that he will thrive and rise to the top in anything he pleases. He’s got it. Born with it. Thank you, Jackson! 🫶🫶🫶♾️♾️♾️

I walked in the door at 7:55p, knowing exactly what product I needed to grab and where to get it. I was greeted with “just so you know, we close in 5 minutes.” I wasn’t aware of how late it had gotten, however I would have been in and out in that window of time. There were more polite ways to greet a customer.

Weird to only have one cashier in an almost empty store with 4 people in line… Customer service is not going behind the counter, spraying sol de janerio all over you and staring at the line 3 or 4 times and then walking away after you CLEARLY saw a line formed and your coworker one manning it. Terrible customer service, at least smile.
