Beware! A sales associate signed me up for an Ulta credit card without my knowledge. The secondary concern is that the associate charged the Ulta card AND my debit card for my purchase. It’s been over three months since this started and still not resolved. Very deceptive practices, please beware!

Has anyone ever heard of a gift card intentionally missing 1 digit of the access code and requiring customers to call contact guest services to receive the additional number "to make sure it's you who bought the card"???? Cause that's what the intelligent manager told me and wouldn't allow my daughter to use the gift card she received as a Christmas gift. So ridiculous and blatantly untrue. It was us and one other customer in the store, who was also unhappy. Not the end of the world but won't be going back.

I only got 4 stars only because it's a little bit pricey but I had 2 perfumes, and it was soo good. My husband bought it for me. Coach dream sunset and snif coco shimmy I'm obsessed.

Today is January 4th, the evening customer service manager was very rude to multiple customers while we were waiting for assistance. Then my 11 yr old daughter tried to pay with her gift card and it would not accept the code. The employees couldn't get it to work either. The manager claimed that some stores leave off a digit so that you have to call into customer service to prove you were the actual paying customer. I have never heard anything so stupid! We will never go back and suggest others spend their money where customers are appreciated and not treated with such disrespect.

My first time at the store and barely anyone to help you . It seems like Midwest stores are not customer friendly like the south. I didn’t buy anything . I walked out coz I couldn’t find what I wanted . The store set up is different from what am accustomed to . All associates were at the checkout.

The person who was helping me with concealer was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, the only reason why I give any stars. I normally don’t rate stores but this one had a spill that at least three employees saw happen, and no one bothered to put up a wet floor sign. I slipped and almost fell. No apologies from anyone. Then when I went to check out I had to wait for the two teenage girls to finish their conversation before acknowledging my existence. I like Ulta, but I sure don’t like it enough to go back to that location.

I really like this store and prefer it to Sephora, but I've had some frustrating experiences with Curbside Pickup recently. On my first attempt, I waited over 10 minutes in the curbside stall, I didn’t check in ahead of time, as it was my first time using the service, so I didn’t realize it was an option to Check in ahead of time. I ended up going inside when no one came out and had to wait in line behind five people, even though my order was already prepared and paid for. Determined to improve my experience, I tried again recently. This time, I checked in 15 minutes before arriving to give the team a heads-up. However, when I arrived, I waited another 10 minutes before calling the store. I was told someone would be right out, but it took another 5 minutes for my order to be brought out. Going in was not an option this time as I had my infant with me and was sick, so I didn’t want to get anyone else sick. I later spoke with the manager to see if I was missing something. She explained that their system is unreliable, sometimes holding orders and then releasing many at once. She recommended calling the store ahead of time when you are on your way and then again upon arrival to avoid further delays. While I appreciate the manager’s honesty and suggestion, I feel like the curbside process should be more streamlined to avoid these extra steps. Hopefully, the system can be improved so that it works as intended for everyone.

Ultra has anything you could possibly need for skin and hair at great prices. Insane selection. This location was very clean with a friendly, efficient staff.
