Alyssa at the East Colonial Ulta was so kind and helpful. I really appreciate the time she took to help me find the perfect blush. I often get very intimidated by beauty stores. The staff at the East Colonial store was nothing but welcoming.

Jaz was so amazing and so sweet!! I have the hardest time finding a shade match and she found me one! we had to try so many different shades and she was not giving up and was so adamant on making sure we found the perfect shade while also focusing on something that would help my acne, and acne scarring. she was such a pleasure to talk to, and gave me lots of helpful tips about makeup application and even skincare, she was very knowledgable and explained every single thing she did and why ❤️ amazing experience here, I love my new products, and loved meeting Jaz!

I visited last week for the first time to get my hair done at Ulta, and I had an appointment with Katie. I was a bit nervous since it was my first time, but it turned out to be such a great experience! Katie was incredibly nice and made me feel at ease from the start. She washed my hair perfectly and, since I didn’t have a specific cut in mind, I told her to do whatever she thought would work best. She did an amazing job! Not only was the haircut exactly what I wanted, but she also recommended some great products for my hair that I absolutely love. I’m really happy with how everything turned out, and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

My daughters and I are all clients of Gio. We absolutely love how our hair looks once he has done it. My hair has never felt or looked better since I have been a client. I have been with him for 2 years. He is very knowledgeable and listens to what his clients want to have done. I have never had a bad experience with him. I highly recommend him.

I came here trying to find the right shade for my concealer and Kassie helped me and gave amazing recommendations along with amazing customer service. She took her time and was bubbly and upbeat. She also helped me purchase another item I was looking for. 10/10!!! She needs a Xmas bonus or a raise! :)

So as a male I felt so uncomfortable in your store because I was just walking around visiting your store on black Friday while my niece was shopping there i felt like I was being watched aaaand another' thing you should have a little seating area for men whom are patiently waiting on whoever they are accompanied with while they are shopping at your store Thanks for the experience

Weirdest experience today at Ulta on Colonial, where a male employee in all black saw me and decided to alert loss prevention and have her stand at the door. Sir I’m pretty sure the real shoplifters got away with your limited perspective and stereotypical views. This is discrimination and prejudicial. Do better Ulta.

Best customer service ever!!! Out of all Ulta store locations I finally felt comfortable and fulfilled… I was greeted, and asked several times for help. I was given in depth 10/10 customer service thank you Yasmine. She is the sweetest! So kind and caring towards each customer shes with. She listens, helps and suggests and that’s just what we need as a consumer! I recommend stopping in and visiting Yasmine at this location. Definitely an Ulta trip that was my most enjoyable yet!! Thank you for the kindest service from this whole team @UltaBeauty on East Colonial.

Dante at Ulta Beauty was amazing! He provided me with several great alternatives for what I was looking for and was attentive without being overbearing. His knowledge and helpful attitude made the shopping experience so much better. If you visit, definitely ask for Dante—he’s great!

I went to Ulta with a gift card present to shop and was completely overwhelmed. Not knowing much about makeup, skincare or what I really wanted, I’ve been hesitant to shop there. Ulta rep Erica stepped up to help me and was amazing!. Very knowledgeable, friendly and personable. She didn’t steer me towards expensive products but helped me find exactly what I needed. I would go back to this location solely for the assistance of Erica —-thank you!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at an ulta store..dealt with 2 rude managers ( Inna and Avery) very aggressive and 0 customer service, I don’t know how they were hired for an establishment like Ulta???? + both declined ulta returns saying we CANNOT accept your return due to excessive returns which is not true. I will escalate this corporate and make sure they hire better people. Avoid this branch at all cost. Edit: You have no right to claim that my return is a fraud, you guys are nasty and making false allegations and that was my first return to your store. I will make sure my lawyer hear about this and you shall get sued. Again 0 star, never deal with them guys, trust me you shall regret shopping from them.

Yasmin was amazing!! I needed help finding a new makeup routine and she spent over 30 minutes helping me out and was really sweet and helpful. She also did my makeup with all the products and never peer pressured me to buy anything like other sale reps, loved her!

A friend and I went to Ulta to find a foundation, they were super nervous about being the experience but Joseph Ortiz, Master Stylist came right up to us and offered to help, was super sweet, and suggested several amazing products. My friend was very happy with the customer service and welcoming they received. Thank you Ulta Colonial and Joseph for showing out !

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at Ulta. I interacted with a manager named Inna, who was very aggressive in her approach. Her communication felt more confrontational than helpful, which made the situation uncomfortable and unprofessional. I believe customer service should be handled with respect and understanding. I hope Ulta brings in a better manager who knows how to solve problems effectively and communicate respectfully with customers.
