I was really happy with the products they showed me and I finally can get rid of all the creasing and extra dry under eye area

Coming from out of town, it’s especially hard to trust someone new to do your eyebrows. But I had a great eyebrow wax & style from Kylee! Quick, pain free wax and on point, no regrets!

Orlando at Desert Ridge Ulta did an amazing job with my new haircut! He is attentive, asks the right questions before he begins, is skilled and precise, doesn't overwhelm you with conversation but keeps an interesting dialog. I love my new hairstyle and highly recommend Orlando - a true hair artist!

Pat is amazing!! She took me from total blonde to my natural dark brown in a couple hours. She is very experienced and has amazing technique. So happy I found her! She was so personable and warm from the moment I walked in and made me feel so comfortable. Thank you!

Their payment service and its customer service are very pathetic. At some point you will feel like scam is happening for payments through rewards credits cards. I would suggest never try to go for it.

Truly one of the nicest Ultas I’ve been to, and I’ve been an Ulta shopper forever! They are always courteous and professional. McKenna, especially, was so kind and helpful — and took extra care to help me find every product I was looking for.

Went in to find a new foundation brand& Courtney from Chanel is very personable but also extremely helpful! She is absolutely the best she took her time to show me the best products for me. My boyfriend loved the way my makeup looked like “I wasn’t wearing any” in his words😅 I look so flawless & I love it🫶🏼✨

$340.00 hair service where I got NONE of what I asked for despite showing several images for color / tone references. I was fed constant reassurance what I wanted was 10000% attainable. I already went in a little nervous as this had happened to me before…..maybe I was asking for too much but then to feel fully taken advantage of because a stylists wasn’t humble enough to admit the technique WAS beyond their ability. They’d rather F My hair up than lose a job. Now I have a second appointment somewhere else for an additional 250$ to correct all of what was done WRONG to my hair. Don’t go here for balayage hair painting or any multiple dimensional color work, they are only capable of roots, one color application and standard foils.

I went to this Ulta to get matched for my shade for a concealer, and was a little lost since I'm new to makeup. I have social anxiety and get very nervous speaking to employees and asking for strangers assistance. But Makenna made my process great and easy. She took her time to get me understanding my skin more and even got me to try a new product! Cliniques All Over Concealer! I enjoy the product and it's a great match for my skin! I'm grateful to have guidance and assistance from such great staff. Great service.

I’ve heard so many stories about how the employees would watch your every step without even trying to hide the fact that they’re watching you but did not believe it until today, I’ve never been so humiliated in my life, an ulta employee started following me since i’ve set foot there and was sooo open about it, looking at me and talking on her wakie takie and following my every step and than when I went to the shampoo section she ran and I mean RAN pushing customers put of the way to see If I was shoplifting, which even I was this was soooo unprofessional and HUMILIATING I’m never ever gonna set foot in ulta again and I’m not the only one with this experience ( the employee was wearing an orange sweater, black pants, black hair and glasses I believe she embarassed me in front of everyone

So disappointed in the Desert Ridge Salon. I had a $300 balayage that I didn't want to touch, but the stylist (Giselle, Desert Ridge location) suggested a "toner" that would wash out in a week or two. Well... she used permanent color because it never washed out!! A $300 balayage down the drain!! Now, (and, I have auburn hair) & the last several visits my hair has been orange. Yuk!, Come to find out that my color has been discontinued but she didn’t inform me. Ultimately, Ulta has some good (& honest) stylists, and some not so much…

Ulta refused to give me a receipt. They're were pushy at 8:30 trying to get the store closed. It was uncomfortable in the first place, felt very rushed. Then I made my order, and wasn't given any proof of purchase. Went back in to ask for proof of purchase, girls were rude and had attitude. One girl physically grabbed my phone because I was recording that they didn't give me proof of purchase. They're basically stealing my money if my order doesn't show up. Ulta wants people to have receipts but refused to give customers receipts. Shame And the 15/hr employees were rude and didn't wanna take the time to look up my purchase in the system, claiming they were closing. I went ahead and uploaded a video of them refusing to give me my receipt on YouTube to show people Ulta's shady practices. The minimum wage job is not worth your soul ladies.

I love ulta. This one doesn't have a lot of samples to try and none of the hair products but I can understand why. One woman working there was kinda rude but loved the arch expert Melissa (I think) and Rodi did a great job on my gloss

This goes to the dark-skinned girl on May 10 at check.out at around 4ish. You got to improve your customer service.skills. if you want to help your customer and keep winning them back. Have patience & help. Be ready to.answer questions calmly not with an arrogant tone or attitude

I love Ulta the have great products and reasonable prices. Today I experienced exceptional customer service from Bree! She was so friendly and upbeat, she helped me get approved for a credit card In just a few minutes. Since I shop here frequently this will be beneficial. Again Brees's customer service went above and beyond and it was a pleasure to have met her today! She is a fabulous employee!

THIS DESERVES NO STARS! I came inside this store to purchase a gift for a birthday. I didnt know exactly what I wanted to get her either makeup or perfume. I came inside with my baby girl in her carseat stroller. We went around the store trying out samples of the perfumes ended up feeding my daughter in the store and then found a perfume I wanted to buy noticed it was on sale too which was great. I also wanted to get her a Morphe eyeshadow pallet with the perfume so I put both items on the bottom of my cart which is viewable to the public not hidden at all. One of the girls with long dark hair at the desert ridge shopping center location in Phoenix Arizona approached me and said I had to carry a orange shopping bag with me store policy I had no idea of but I respected it and took the bag and the items and put it again under my cart which I couldnt hold cause I was strolling my baby cart so I had to put under the cart. The girl watched me the whole time I noticed she was going close by wherever I was even if I didnt touch anything she was eyeing me checking my cart making sure what I was doing which was just walking. I ignored her and then I decided I wanted perfume only because I didnt know if she might like the eyeshadow pallet so I went back and put the morphe pallet back where exactly I found it. Went to the cash registers and a nice girl helped me check out and she told me the price and I said it was on sale the price is on the back. She understood and told me she needs the manager to change price in the system and I said okay no problem. The line was already getting bigger the girls in the front werent really helping more customers the girl that helped me told me she will help the other customers because she saw they were making comments of frustration. The manager came and it was the girl that gave me the orange bag. First comment was oh where is all of your stuff you wanted to buy and the orange store bag you were roaming around the store. The way she said it wasnt to make a nice conversation it was totally to accuse me of stealing I said I only had two items the whole 1 hour I was there she acted like she didnt believe me. Shes like discussing the price with the other employee that called her and then she went back to get another managers approval I am not sure for price change. At that point I am still waiting there my baby is getting cranky I am trying to stay calm because this is crazy why would she care where is all the stuff I had in my cart like she said but I only had two items the WHOLE TIME!! She comes back and says where is your orange bag I said I gave it to your employee right next to you when I came to the register. She is like why didnt you let us put the items away for you? I said what are you talking about what items I only had this perfume set and the eye shadow pallet I put away where it belongs. Her employee that took my orange bag didnt even tell her anything while she was right next to her making it seem like I am lying. I told her you know what check your cameras make sure I returned the item I dont understand why are you telling me this I dont have the time to steal anything and I would never. I told her you know what keep your item I am never again purchasing anything from here. I always come in to buy my estee lauder foundations and eyeshadows here but never again because to be treated like a thief is DISGUSTING. I know I am not the only one there are plenty like me to deal with this. You guys need to change how you treat others not everyone is that low to steal.
