Closed during the middle of the day. Stopped by today at 11:30 am 2/4/25 and doors were locked. In the 10 minutes I sat there to write this review 6 people tried to open the door. LOSING TONS OF BUSINESS! Maybe you should open during normal business hours.

Cheaper than Sephora in my opinion, ladies that work there are so nice and helpful. Wide range of items and every brand imaginable, and great for finding travel size beauty items!

I was in ulta and there was an extremely long line. The cashier Maddy was very rude. When I was talking to her and said you need more help she rolled her eyes and gave me my receipt and said have a good day with an attitude. Don't work in customer service if you can't even be respectful or nice.

Alexis did an amazing job on my eyebrows and was very professional and friendly. She did exactly what I asked her for and made sure I was happy with the results. Julianne was super informative and somehow convinced me to expand my make up collection and try some new things for a party I was going to. Glad she did! I got a bunch of compliments! Will be back again!

Alexis is hands down the sweetest person I know! She is very professional and kind and has the best hand for brows! I have been going to her for awhile and no one but Alexis is allowed to touch my brows! All I have to do is walk in and she knows! We need more brow people like her! I love this place. I try to only go once a year when I get my 20% off everything coupon. It comes at a great time (month of Dec) so I pick up a lot of my adult children's perfume and cologne for Xmas. I stock up on my shampoos/conditioners, hairspray, etc. I try to stay away from this place til the following Dec otherwise I find myself buying more than I need.

Super unimpressed with your staff working lunch time on 11-11-2024. No one offered to help me while I was in the store, I flagged down help looking for one item which I had pulled up on my phone from 4 separate people. I typically would be fine just wandering the store and finding things on my own, but I was on my lunch break and in a hurry. The 4th girl was the only one that brought me to the product and didn’t just tell me you guys didn’t have it even though I had it pulled up on my phone where it said it was in stock or bring me to a general area and walk away without helping me find the product. The first person I approached for help was in the corner talking with another employee, two older women, and they just seemed annoyed that I was asking for help. She walked me over to the product brand and then just walked away, and it was not the correct spot for what I was looking for. The next girl looked it up on her hand held device and told me they didn’t have it and walked away (there were like 20 in stock). The girl who actually helped me looked like she was 20 or younger. I let the cashier know which girl actually helped.

The perfume specialist Sam, helped me find two new perfumes and introduced me to a ton of other ones. She was also super patient! Will definitely be coming back for her.

I have been coming to Ulta on Keitzke for two years now. Jessamyn is the best!!! I have very fine, thin hair and she works her magic and it looks like I actually have soft, shiny hair. She gets my bangs right every time (I’m picky about my bangs) and the color is always spot on. Wherever Jessamyn goes I will go!

Alexis did amazing, she shaped my brows, added tint that wasn’t too dark and listened to what my brow goals were. First time ever getting a wax and she definitely knows what she is doing! She will be my go to.

Alexis has been my brow girl for years, and she is amazing! She always listens and executes what I want my brows to look like. Alexis always recommends the best brow products and shows me helpful tips as well. I even had the pleasure of receiving a facial using Benefit products during my brow service, which made my experience feel more luxurious!

Always fun and nice to get certain products. I bought the Kitsh bar conditioner/ shampoo. I really like it and definitely will go back. It's a treat to see what exciting products there are. Body wash and makeup of all kinds, oh, and testing fragrance. 🩷

Everyone at this store has been so helpful and kind to me regardless of whatever my Shopping needs are. I just recently went in and the manager and one of the associates went over and beyond to help me make some returns and it was greatly appreciated. Awesome work!

Good service and selection including premium brands. Makeup? Sure! Lashes? Of course. New hair, no problem. Brows? Ok! Don't like your nose? Sorry, they don't so that here. But who will notice when everything else is beautiful?!
