this location is really nice! i love how clean they keep the store and there are always employees who are willing to help you out when you need it. my only complaint is that their stock inventory can inaccurate when you check to see if a product is available in-store on their website so i would recommend calling in advance incase

After much thought, I finally found the courage to write my first review, though I wish it could have been a positive one. First, I want to commend the beauty sales team—they are consistently helpful, friendly, and professional. I would rate them highly if I could, which is why I’m giving this review at least 2 stars. However, my hair appointment in May left me deeply disappointed, especially considering the premium price I paid. The service fell short on multiple fronts. My haircut felt rushed, and the stylist took an extended lunch break in the middle of my appointment, which I found unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. Worse, after the appointment, I experienced intense scalp burning and a lingering bleach smell that was so overpowering, I couldn’t sleep, even after hours of washing, cooling my scalp, and yes, even crying from the discomfort. When I called the following morning, I appreciated that the team promptly corrected the color. However, the haircut still didn’t match what I had clearly shown in reference photos. While I understand that everyone needs breaks, the extended lunch seemed to compromise the quality of my service, and it showed in the end result. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location for hair services. The experience felt unprofessional, and the cost did not reflect the quality of service I expected. Thank you for the lesson learned.

I had the most kind patient person helping me today. I came in with a list for a wedding coming up and expected to be there for a long time but Kaileigh helped me get everything I needed and also had some recommendations I took her up on. I was in and out of there in a breeze.

I called the day before to make an appointment for my daughter and they booked me only to come into the salon and wait for 30 mins and be told that she couldn’t be helped because the prior client was getting highlights and it was going to take the stylist a while never booking here again because clearly the manager also didn’t bother to have another stylist help me because there was another stylist but she wanted me to pay for an adult hair because the stylist didn’t do kid haircuts tell me how that makes sense she should have cut my daughters hair at the kids price. They wanted me to pay for a regular haircut they are so rude also.

Absolutely nasty here. Many products here are out of stock, and 99% of the testers here were separating in the bottle, as were the new, unopened foundations. How long does a product have to be sitting in the bottle like that for it to separate?? Let me tell you, it's definitely at least a year. I saw someone who was getting her makeup done on the counter...for the love of God I hope she doesn't end up with an allergic reaction. All the testers were dirty in some way, shape, or form. Some of them were just straight up stolen. It makes me want to go back to Sephora, and I'm not a huge fan of going there because customer service is inconsistent. This is my first time visiting an Ulta that was not up to standards. They either need to hire more people or assign someone to clean up the store. What good is it having clean floors when everything else above ground level is filthy? I was planning on purchasing foundation but after everything I saw, I had to put my items back on the shelf and walk out.

I love Ulta beauty I am a Diamond member and I feel like I get such great deals. I love when I go into the store, and I asked the associate about a certain product or that I need help with something, and they are always there to give their advice on what is best For my skin, I really appreciate that kind of service. if this is your first time or you’ve been there many times, you will not be disappointed in the products or the customer service.

I got my hair cut today by stevie, oh my goodness what an amazing experience! stevie was so kind, funny and comforting, I really felt like I was being heard with what I wanted. my hair was absolutely slayed by stevie😳🤭 my hair was so long we did a huge chop!🤭 I am in love with my new do. I came to this Ulta last weekend and made 2 different purchases because one of them was a gift. I noticed that for the more expensive purchase I made that my email did not pop up for the receipt so I asked the cashier about it and she said “that’s weird because it’s the same member number as your other purchase.” And she acted as if it was the system that messed up so she told me I would have to call customer service because “the member numbers are the same.” When I checked my receipt the member numbers were completely different so I’m not sure what she did but I’m pretty sure she stole my points 😅. I called customer service and gave them all the information from the receipts and they said I would get the points and I still have not and it’s been 5 days. Very weird experience, I gave 2 stars because other employees were helpful but the cashier was not.

I get my hair done by Stevie and I wouldn't go anywhere else. She always goes out of her way to provide the best service and great quality work. If you ever need to book at the salon make sure you're booking with Stevie.

Making the trek to Sephora from now on! Ulta pulled a bait and switch with me, so I wont be back. I received multiple digital coupons so thought I would come in and pick up a few essentials. However when I got to the register they were unable to honor the coupon for some reason, and asked me to DL the app. No thanks there's nothing in the terms that say I have to DL an app to use this coupon. Ulta has been filling my inbox with these stupid bunk messages for weeks -But you cant actually use the offer. HARD PASS perks are better with your competitor anyway

Came here almost 2 weeks ago for a haircut, I picked Jennifer but when I arrived I got someone different. I thought it was unfair. Be aware when you come here that this will happen. Not coming back again.

I bought shampoo and conditioner from here and the conditioner I bought was completely moldy. Someone must’ve had it sitting in their shower and returned it and the staff must’ve put it back on the shelf. They are so irresponsible.

I took my daughter here to find her a perfume but they had such a small selection of testers and most of them were empty. It was a bit disappointing. Everything else was locked up.

I went in to look for a powder that matches my skin tone, because it's always an issue. I was greeted by the manager Jenn who was so sweet and helpful in finding me the perfect product. She's so knowledgeable and I highly recommend that store.

my girlfriend came to this location because we had an issue with a product which we received via an online order. we attempted to resolve the issue over the phone but weren't able to and opted to go in person as this location was relatively close. i don't remember the name of the cashier who assisted us but she fixed the issue with the product, explained what to return and how to do it and also helped out with another item we purchased while we visited. overall, the store was very clean and well stocked. the staff were all smiling and looking like they enjoyed themselves. i'm sure we will be visiting this location again in the future because of our recent positive experience.
