Salon Services! Jade did my hair! I want some inches off, long layers, framed face layers. She did an amazing 😻 job! I am so happy with the way it came out. I know my hair wasn’t easy as it was past my buttocks. I haven’t had a true haircut in many years. I am so happy with the outcome of my haircut. And the company was great as well.

I went in. I'm male 6'3, 430 lbs. Yes I was odd and did not fit in. I had to get a head band for migraines. The pressure helps my head. The lady cashier directed me to another lady when I asked for help. The other lady was very nice. I explained what I needed and we found a fit. She was knowledgeable and nicely dressed and seemed to care about my issues and needs. It was worth the visit. I can see doing Christmas shopping with them. They helped a clueless male.

I booked a blowout with Cassie, and was over the moon happy with the outcome! I had an idea of what I wanted in my head, but Cassie made it come to life. That style gave me so much confidence, she knew exactly what to do with my hair type!

I had an appointment today for hair and makeup lesson. Cassie was great. Love the haircut and she was great for explaining makeup things. I am not a person that has ever worn a lot of makeup and never really learned much. She listened to what I wanted to get out of the lesson and was able to help me out so much. She had lots of tips to give and I am so glad that she had an opening!

I have to say this is my first time in the store and was treated almost like I was stealing items. I was walking around with my air cast on and had to sit down my purse and the basket and I must’ve been circled by the gentleman with the dirty nails, several times he did not assist me, he wrote me off. I had to ask somebody else for help and then he talk to them not me. He quickly dismissed me when I told him I had issues with ordering online, which was the stores fault for not putting in my email correctly. I honestly will not shop while he works again. He was very rude and judging how many times he wiped his nose and touched items it was pretty unsanitary. I don’t mind spending $700 hauls at another Ulta on my day off.

I came in yesterday and decided to treat myself to some new makeup, and I believe the girl who helped me is named Caydence ( I'm so sorry if that isn't correct!!) . She was so sweet, thoughtful, and very knowledgeable on the items she recommended to me. She helped me find a new foundation, a new contour, and a nice brush!! Anytime I have more questions, she is who I will look for... I absolutely love the foundation and brush she recommended. However, the real test was the work day in the salon, and it still looked amazing!! Thanks, girl!!

Okay, first off, it's ULTA!!! HELLO ULTA HOW CAN YOU YOU NOT BE EXCITED!!! yea yall changed my whole outlook on where to go not just for my needs but you guys are the ones specifically at Rochester Crossings y'all got this unique spunk that continues to intrigue me and thats all it takes to have a faithful customer. If y'all need help ever, don't you ever be afraid to ask for that help. I am a shy person, but I tell you I walk in, and it's like I'm myself. Talkative kind of loud when something is found and feel comfortable with every single person I've met. From the woman to men y'all rock you really do. Don't ever change who you all are. There are a few of you I could hug so tight for giving me such advice. ❤️ Ulta beauty is a place I count on to help me out, especially if an emergency arises. C'mon girls, you know how shiz can happen, lol Try them they got everything, and then stuff I did not know was even around The employees make it the way it is. Rochester has so much more important stuff but every time I go to the plaza to shop ULTA always has cops there, stop wasting tax payers money over a lip gloss especially when Rochester has actual crime to deal with. Never seen a story with cops there as much as this one They also harass you if you have a baby stroller, any form of purse or even reach toward your pocket as if you are going to steal. If they suspect anything they follow you asking if you need help over and over and God forbid you chose not to buy anything because there are cheaper options on your way out they scan your body and stuff with their eyes as if you tried stealing

Second time I went to a store, one in Portsmith one and Rochester, where nobody was wanting to ask for help or welcoming the person at the register, was extremely rude, called the manager, and explain to her how terrible my experience was told me that she hopes that the next time I go, it’s better, but didn’t really resolve the issue or said she was going to talk to the associate about her attitude I’m sorry we all have good days and bad days. I work a job too, and I have to deal with people on a daily basis, but I never treat them poorly or ignore them regardless of the situation.

I went in looking for some hair products for my curly hair. 46 years old and now I decide to maintain my hair. Needless to say I found a small gift set that is for curly hair. It was only $10. I am glad I found it.. now I can try out the products and if I like them then I can get the larger sizes.

I wish I could give a giant hug to the consultant who helped me out today. Buying foundation is always a horrible experience for me. I've been told a million different opinions on my shade, texture, type of skin, etc and never really found one that worked for me based off the advice given. Today I walked in and decided to let the kind woman who greeted me help me find a new brand that might work for me. She asked me a few easy questions and happily led me to one she thought might work. The first one she picked matched my skin pretty well and it had a nice feel to it, so I decided to purchase. When I got home and put a full face on I could hardly believe how well it matched my skin & worked so perfectly with my skin type & texture. I'm upset I did not get her name but whoever you are THANK YOU for helping me find the perfect foundation I didn't think existed!
