I attempted to purchase perfume for my daughter for Christmas....The store did not have my complete address in their system resulting in my purchase NOT being delivered to me...I am STILL waiting for my purchase. Moving forward, I hope it gets delivered to me soon OR my money back? I am very disappointed. I hope they update the store policy or procedures so this doesn't happen to anyone else....what I ordered was NOT cheap and my daughter did not get her gift....yet.....I am still waiting. I have talked to the store manager, sent email after email.....no results!!!

Thavashni went above and beyond for me today! She gave me guidance on skincare and retinols. She also went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. She deserves a raise for her knowledge, high quality customer service, and genuineness! Delta shores Ulta team should be proud to have such Thavashni as an asset on their team!

The color I got matched with wasn’t my color at all. The interaction I did have with the ladies seemed very like they didn’t want to answer my question and just gave the answers and really didn’t want to help me. I’m hoping Sephora will give me the correct match Walking in the store I was greeted but when it was checkout timeI stood at the register for a really long time waiting to see if someone would ring me up. I got looked at many times but nobody bothered to ask if I was ready to check out. The same lady who helped me find my match in foundation finally noticed me and proceeded to help me get ringed up. 7 out of 10. B-

I did a full color dye service plus keratin add on, and this is the worst service I had ever had on my hair. The lady kept trying to upsell other services to which I kept saying no, and then she insisted that I had to pay for a service add on which I had said No to from the beginning, and she said she must add on the Olaplex and I cannot opt out as this is something that gets added to everyone's color service, so I said okay that's fine then, althought this seemed rather unprofessional as I would have appreciated if when I scheduled my appointment in person they had told me that was required but they stated that, but it wasn't disclosed. Anyway, the lady then proceeded to blame my hair for being tangled as she yanked it with her tiny brush. I have never had someone disrespect my hair and blame me for it and then stated I needed to get a hair cut, I said no I don't want a haircut, I know my hair and I know that she should have used a detangler spray because my hair is curly and gets tangled throughout the day, which I had just come from a work shift so obviously my hair was bound to have some tangles, and I had mentioned this when I talked to her. Anyways, after the keratin treatment she blow dried my hair and started doing the straightening, she didn't fully dry my hair nor did she apply thorough heat protectant and so she burned my hair as she straightened it wet with an old overused straightener. Lastly, the keratin treatment was useless, my hair was still frizzy which could have been from it being burned, and the color faded in a lot of areas in two days. She mentioned at the end of the service that I should have booked a "multi color hair service" to which left me dumbfounded because here she was throughout service trying to sell me other add ons for the service yet she couldn't make an expert opinion from the beginning to tell me I should get that service instead. To which leaves me to believe that this is not a professional service nor is it one of value. It is an overpriced service that has no regard for people's hair. I am very much disappointed with it and the treatment received.

This store is always out of products, it’s so annoying, every single time I go there. I won’t be back. They need to learn how to keep their store stocked.

they are out of 50% of things in almost every brand. i asked someone for assistance and they sent someone to help me, but they didn’t have my shade. she just walked away instead of showing me to another brand or helping me find an alternative… i was just standing there like ?? also just FYI there’s no testers for anything. either they are just totally understaffed or nobody cares, but i think it’s the first one.

Security guard has a staring problem. I saw him make a group of girls really uncomfortable including a mom and daughter. By the looks of it it’s a recurring problem since another person mentioned it a year ago. Be careful visiting this location ladies.

Honestly, rude. Today is my birthday, Ulta supposedly gives a gift on your birthday. However, when I went in with the app, in person, they told me the coupon was in my app. It wasn't. The clerk showed me on her phone where it was in the app and I showed here it was not in my app. Some other woman came over and said that coupons were sent at the beginning of each month. I said "Like the 1st?" "Yes" she said. Well today is the 1st I told her and she told me I would have gotten an email today. I showed her I didn't. I asked if she wasn't to see my ID to prove it was my birthday, I'd already proven I had the app, she said No. You have to use a coupon. Then she said, "Well, reception isn't good in here," and I said I've already opened the app and checked my email so wifi wasn't the problem. At that point I decided, nothing that they would give me would make up for the lost time on my birthday. Needless to say, I took my business next door to Daiso.
