Did an online pickup. When I opened up the bag, I received a lip gloss kit that was broken, and the box had come open. It was pretty obvious that there was a crack in it. Why the associate put it in the bag like that, I have no idea. When I called the store, I was put on hold. Usually, that's no big deal. However, when the associate got back on the line, she was rather rude about the situation. I came in the following day to return it, I stood in line for about 10 mins. There was only 1 cashier, I was one of 3 in line. There were other associates that came up to the front, but no one helped the other cashier. I can't remember her name but she was nice. I don't think I'll be back to this location anytime soon, though.

Great products, inventory, discounts; but needs improvement on Customer Service. Watch out for a younger employer with glasses, who was rude, rushed, and said a gift would be delivered had written down my address, but never received anything. I purchased the products during September, and now it's November 2024. It is not all about the gift. Would I come back there to get treated like that again? No way.

Customer service needs to be worked on. Overall cleanliness and access was good around the store. Displays were outdated with outdated sales signs.

I loved the help I got from the girly that rung me up and the girly that helped me pick up my foundation, the perfect shade. What I DONT like is how I think these two managers were talking to their employee…..it gave mean girl vibes. Other than that all good :)

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have a terrible experience everytime I come into this specific location. They NEVER greet me when I come in, however when someone else comes in after, they are greeted. So it's very blatant & obvious. I don't steal. I dont need to. I spend my hard earned money just like everyone else. The workers give me dirty looks & are very rude. Especially the bonde lady. I think she is a manager. I've even purchased a credit card through Ulta, so to be treated so terribly every single time is unacceptable. I'll try another location or buy online. Just overall uncomfortable experiences.

If you want terrible customer service then come here. They would not allow me to purchase an item because I opened the box to look at the item prior to checking out. The manager and employee got snappy with me about it so I decided not buy anything at all. Oh well, they lost money and a loyal customer. I will close my credit card as well.

As someone who has been in retail management for over 32 years, I must say this place has the most terrible customer service I've ever seen. The girls are clueless when it comes to product knowledge and will try to go out of their way to make sure your needs are not met. They are rude amd act like we as customers are a bother to them. I went in to claim my birthday gift and the girls behind the counter (big red head) seemed to enjoy telling me they were all out. I literally went to the Ulta down the street by Burlington, and they accommodated me. I even told them the situation and they were stunned, even telling me that if they rum out, they give the customer an option from a previous or future month and that Ulta stores ALWAYS have something they can give to customers as a birthday gift. I went on to purchase almost $700 worth of hair products from that kind girl that day. Needless to say I will never shop at this Marconi location again. It's truly pitiful how employers just do not do their due diligence in proper hiring anymore.

Every store should have customer service like this. With endless options of makeup & skincare, I truly appreciate the product knowledge of the staff. Meesha spent lots of time educating me about all brands and helped me make good choices. Other staff have been equally helpful on other visits. This store (Marconi) really stands out, even among the other Ulta's I've visited. Well done.

I NEVER write negative reviews, but my wife experienced the worst service ever this morning; she was totally ignored and offered no help in finding products she was seeking. Is it because of her gray hair? Unfriendly, very unhelpful. What a contrast to the Ulta at Howe about Arden...Their service is stellar, the Ulta at Town and Country is the polar opposite...Guess where she will shop next time?

This is my happy place, period. Everytime I come in everyone is so welcoming and patient with any questions I could have. They are a go-to when I want to shop for the best hair products. I really appreciate consistency of their products, including their people.

Came in at about 15 mins to closing but had a clear idea of what nail polish color I wanted for my husband's grandmother... got some great assistance from employees and I was in and out of this place in 5-7mins.

Great place for beauty and self care products. I actually go for the convenience of Happy Returns. They accept returns from online retailers, and they handle the shipping back to the retailer. You also get an instant refund plus a coupon for Ulta. Win, win.

Ulta is better than Sephora. I came to Marconi Ulta and they made me feel welcome specifically for a guy like me. I got helped from a nice lady to pick the prefect gift for my wife for our 25 years anniversary. Thank You Ulta
