Corporate or Management need to retain their sales/cashier to deliver good customer service. Bad experience and never comeback to this location. Victoria was not friendly at all, it feels like it bothers her for us to be there.

This poor ulta is always getting stolen from. Those poor employees work hard and always have to deal with the most nasty customers. The store is always out of products or is always left empty, and they usually leave one employee to run the register even when the line is halfway to the back of the store.

Be careful when redeeming points, 950 points is equal to $36 but on our end it's about $80. Better to redeem all points instead of partial at check out. I had over 2400 points which is about $130+ (showed on my account) Redeemed $36 and my points went down to about 1300= about $54 (should’ve have had about $100 balance 😏)

Came here to buy a Cologne and perfume and everything was locked up behind a glass. I was not able to sample anything or get anyone's attention to help me so that I could purchase what I needed. I ended up leaving and went to the mall instead and spent $340 on a new Cologne for my fiance and a new perfume for myself.

I had the BEST hair service with Desi I was so nervous about my appointment and the big change I wanted on my hair. She welcomed me with a smile and asked me all the questions and went through everything she was gonna do with my hair. She is such a beautiful soul her energy, her knowledge, she definitely knows what she is doing, and you can see it in her work. Everything was going perfect until…. The Manager (Sarah) for came over checked something on her desk and gave Desi the most ugliest stare and stood there for a min it made me feel so uncomfortable I don’t think I ever witnessed someone looking at someone so ugly in my life it was so degrading. My heart dropped for her but she kept a smile on her face and kept working. I’m not sure how Ulta salon cares for their employees but I hope their employees are treated right! I did get the manager name before I left because it looked like she was going around pointing out all the wrongs and not uplifting her team. Other than that the whole salon was so uplifting, kind, clean and you can tell they have such a great bond with each other! I left there with beautiful hair and I finally found my go to hairstylist!!! Desi & Ulta Salon y’all are AMAZING! Minus Sarah ( the manager) shame on you! Learn to smile & uplift your team or you will lose amazing employees by the way you lead!

Need help with the colognes saw a worker just walking around so I asked her for help from a Samantha, she mad the ugliest face like I was bothering her. she was literally doing nothing. Huffing and puffing/sighing in front of other customers also , when the item I wanted was sold out I asked if she can check other stores and she stated she couldn’t but she was beyond rude making faces, ulta literally always checks the other locations for me. She was just lazy , rude and unprofessional. I called in to complain also, that’s crazy don’t bring in your bad days to work girl.

They never have product stock on the shelves. Seems like they aren’t organized enough. Staff are not friendly. I would not recommend this business.

I had an amazing experience at Ulta Beauty at 410 and Ingram thanks to Maya and Clarissa! Both were incredibly helpful in guiding me to products that truly complemented my face. They took the time to listen to my needs, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made sure I left feeling confident in my choices. Their professionalism and warmth were outstanding. I’ll definitely be back because of the excellent service they provided!

If you have a very important function such as your wedding DO NOT BOOK ANY any services with this establishment! I had a updo hair and makeup apptbooked with them this past Saturday for my wedding. Had 3 hours. After sitting and showing then my pic of the hairstyle the stylist hey name Chiquita blunt out said "she could not do that" I attempted to show her the quick tutorial video & she said"i don't need to see the video. I can't do that." I stated to her is there someone else that can because I asked this when I booked the appt a month before if the stylist needed to see the Pic and they told me no. That seemed to have upset her so she went and spoke with other stylist and then came back 10-15mins later and starts to brush out my hair. I was rather uncomfortable and uncertain so I asked her "before you start are you able to do this style?" Then she says "your making me uncomfortable i can't do this" and pulls the guard cape off of me and takes off very hastily. Next thing i know I'm guessing the manager or supervisor Aneesa comes up and tells me unfortunately I don't know what happened between the two of you but the only person that was able to do this doesn't feel comfortable and wont work on you. I told her in the client, I'm the one that was uncomfortable after she flat out told me she COULD NOT do the style. Anywho 37mins later didn't have a stylist su she'd is my name up still on, Aneesa stayed yes ur makeup is at 1245 that was 8 mins, so I was like fine I'll wait because i needed my makeup and hair done for my wedding!! Finally 1245 go and let aneesa know..my makeup then she goes and speaks to someone , doesn't even go to talk to me and makes her way to the back thru the back of the salon then the makeup artist vibes to me and says I'm sorry I dont have you till 130 p.m. after the aneesa had me waiting and told me 1245 she didn't even have the professionalism to let me know that she messed up. So here I was on a Saturday with 2 hrs left before my wedding without a stylist or makeup!! Thanks for nothing Ulta! You need to hire more professional stylist and a better manager/ supervisor that understands customer service.

Do not get your hair done by Destiny at ultra at Ingram mall she does awful extensions charges a lot and she does REAL BAD WORK!! CHARGED 800.00 and only put in one string of extensions claims she put more extensions in, she not a good person didn’t try nor did management there try to make things right for customer. I work I’m a professional environment this isn’t acceptable. Manager and and destiny are rip offs. Do not have you hair done at this place.

I paid $600 plus for my hair extensions/colored & Destiny left me with a HUGE gap!Hair extensions aren’t blended I even reached out to this girl & she wasn’t mindful or helpful & I’ve called multiple times for a refund so I can get it fixed else where ! My hair looks so bad& not one helped at this location! My hair is super curly & these extensions look thin! dangling thin long hair. I’m so upset 😭 i wasn’t treated with Care! &no ulta I don’t feel beautiful! I don’t recommend sorry not sorry . Im out here walking around like a hot mess ! I can’t even wear my hair down properly because it’s so ugly! They don’t care here 😞 && I spend money at ulta ! To be treated like this is crucial

Went in here to do a simple return. The system was down and I wasn’t able to exchange my product for something else. They said they called the customer service line, but when I went up to the counter again after browsing it was still down with no ETA given. I probably won’t come back to this location, they also didn’t have the cleanser I really like when it is in stock at other ULTA stores, they don’t carry the line at all.

I had set a pickup order for foundation, walked in to pick up my order noticed the foundation was used. Informed Samantha at the counter that it was used she told me to wait as I didn’t want to fetch my own products. When she said it happens I advised her that I do not want used products she had an attitude. If you choose to pickup, that should be a Convenience. Instead, it was the hardest time to get my order straightened out with customer service on the phone. It took 5 calls after to get the prestige discount that I used for this order back. This associate Samantha made my mind up to never shop this store again. I traveled over 30 mins to this location as it was the one that had the product in stock. A simple pickup turned into a headache.

I had the pleasure of getting assisted by Judith today. And she was so sweet and kind. She helped me scan every nail set that I was interested in to see if they were on sale since I had found a couple that were 75% off and she even helped me look up another product that was out of stock at their store to see who may have it nearby. Worst experience ever at an Ulta beauty location. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted asked if they had any extra in the back because they only had the sample available up front. Waited for somebody to come assist me after asking the lady in the front to send somebody to help me. Still no one came to help. Asked for a second time for help. No one ever came to help. Left to a different location.
