An employee at this store stole my wife’s information and opened a credit card account (which is through Comenity Bank). Despite filing a police report as well as Comenity Bank’s admission that the card was opened on Oct 10th and was charged $470 the next day on Oct 11th, they found nothing suspicious about this. How would we have even received the card by then to charge that much money on it? The theft of one employee at this location has got my wife and I running around for over a year trying to delete this item off of our credit report and now we have to sue comenity bank to force discovery so we can have the derogatory item removed this way from her credit report. Ulta has been a nightmare and has been blacklisted from our family’s places to shop.

My hairdresser was kind, but she ruined my hair. I will go to the store and ask for a refund. My hair is a thousand and one shades of a completely different color. It's in very bad condition and I'm very upset. I had no idea before I left the store as it only showed the front part of my hair, but afterwards it was a big disappointment

I normally don't go into beauty supply stores, BUT Ulta can have some incredible sales on Paul Mitchell products and other hair care items that just flat out beat the competition. Store is fully stocked and really clean. Most of the girls working there are nice and usually very helpful. Parking at this location is a ruddy nightmare and spaces are limited. Overall it seems like a very nice store.

The store is well-organized and has a huge selection of beauty products, from skincare to makeup and haircare. It’s easy to find what you need, and they carry products for all kinds of preferences and budgets. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, answering my questions and even giving me tips on how to use a few new products. I also loved that they have testers available, which made it easy to try things out before buying. Overall, Ulta Beauty is a one-stop shop for beauty lovers, with a welcoming atmosphere and great customer service!

I had a hair appointment last night in their salon for the first time with Vanessa. She was able to thankfully squeeze me in at the last minute as the hairdresser I’d booked at a different salon canceled me last minute. I admit I was a little nervous at first as she is a newer stylist and I am kind of picky about my hair. But to my relief and joy, she did an awesome job! Better than some more experienced stylists I’ve been to in the past, to be honest. She got all my grays covered, and the color Is SO pretty! She was very gentle and gave me a wonderful head massage while washing my hair. I highly recommend her!

I was at ulta the other day and the girl on register was very sweet. There was a bit of a line and the lady ahead of us was being a bit rude to the cashier and calling her names and the girl kept her composure well. When I got to the front she was very apologetic and accommodating , I think it’s good to remember these girls are just doing their jobs and doing great at that! The manager (I believe ) with the colored hair and was also very helpful. I had some questions about the dior foundations and they were super helpful. I can’t wait to go back 😊

Immature Employees working the evening one named “Elizabeth “ acts like a little brat if you don’t buy ino signing up for the credit card she will have a toddler tantrum. Had to check her cracker box self right quick. Manager didn’t care so had to put her in her place as well. Tacky employees have no respect when a customer says NO TO A CREDIT CARD offer what a shame. Also they need makeup Classes they looked liked two clowns.

Her name is Kayla . She is working in the salon as a hair stylist. She is not only a hairstylist but also a big liar. When I show my picture to make sure she can make my hair style for my son engagement she said can do it definitely. She spend 3 hours and killed my time then she even though didn’t know how to make a pony tail. It was embarrassing and she was a big liar in the world. I was so mad because she wasn’t honest two months ago when I was booking. I gave one star just because of manager that she called to another branch to find another person to help me. Kayla not only horrible in job but also has very bad attitude and rude.

Don’t go to this Ulta. They only do the bare minimum and the new receptionist is something else! Go anywhere but there! If you like mediocre work! They will never go above and beyond for $100.00 and cost going up every month they should do better!

Called the store. Girl said they had my product and I let her know that I will be up there in a little bit. My mistake is I didn’t have her put it aside. I just went to the store. I couldn’t find it on the shelf. I asked the girl at front desk and then the manager, who said she asked everybody on the floor and no one had recalled talking to me. The manager asked if I was sure I had called Carmel Mountain, which I said I did, and then showed her cell to check phone number. She proceeded to tell me that that wasn’t their phone number and yet when I showed her the website, that’s the number that I used. She did apologize but I’m not sure why because apparently she obviously did not believe that I called and did not make made any effort to find my product in another store. I will never shop there again and neither should you!

I got my haircut by Katie yesterday and I’m obsessed with the cut. My ends were pretty damaged going into things and I was worried it would have to be a bit of a chop. Katie did an amazing job keeping the shape of my existing look all while freshening up the health of my hair. My hair feels so much softer and is at a length I’m very happy with as well:) Katie also did a great job talking me thru honest product recommendations to make morning styling easier, I usually don’t use product but the sea salt spray she used to style, really complimented my hair’s natural texture. I haven’t washed my hair yet and I love that I still have beachy waves over 24 hours since. But above all I felt very comfortable throughout the entire service which is really important to me as an anxious person. Katie was easy to talk to and we had a lot in common so time flew by. I will definitely be back in between haircuts for bang trims as well:) thanks !!

If you ever need your hair colored, styled or cut please see Jill at Ulta in Carmel Mountain. She is truly the best! She’s been my go to for everything for the past 5 years.. she even did my wedding styling!

Kayla did my daughter's first highlight and was patient, kind and did a great job trying to balance giving her what she wanted but also not damaging her hair. Appreciated her work- and my daughter's hair is very thick and long. We will be coming back for sure!

I decided for my first time to go and checkout Ulta beauty since it is cheaper than Sephora … I walked in there and no one came up to me to ask if I needed help or if I was looking for something, not even a smile or a “Welcome in” … there we’re hardly any costumers. I will never go back, at least to this Ulta beauty.

They are always so nice and helpful here. They are way more helpful than the Sephora down the street. And they had the Lancôme skincare product I needed. Sephora in Carmel mtn doesn't carry them anymore. 10/10 for Ulta!

They normally have a wide variety of beauty products, but this location stopped carrying Tresmme heat protector spray.
