I went to Farzana for a hair treatment and cut. She was excellent! She took her time, paid close attention to detail, and gave her advice based on my hair type. This Ulta was also clean and the other staff there were friendly.

I found my hairdresser! I have been going to Ulta Beauty since last 4 years for my haircut and recently I got a haircut done from Farzana. I will just say one thing- she is too good at her job. We spoke for almost 10 mins while she understood what exactly I wanted and I felt confident and comfortable with this conversation. After the hair wash she explained to me at every step how much length she was trimming off and how she wanted to add tiny modifications to the cut to suit my face. And she was so warm and polite(a plus). The end result was better than what I had in mind. It was the best haircut experience ever and honestly I’m not a person who leaves a review, so trust me Farzana was just amazing!

Can always find everything I need, no problems with parking and lots of help from staff. Also did a facial here once with Dermalogica I believe and it was pretty good! Team is always also really nice in terms of helping with products and making sure if I’m not satisfied I can return products with no problem. Also they never run out of anything

Got my hair done by Farzana and she was amazing! Loved how she took my reference photo, assessed my hair type, and put thought into her cut and style to tailor to my hair needs. I left the appointment with some great hair care tips as well. Definitely recommend her 10/10!

Hairstylists there are not friendly and treat you like how much they can make off of you. They basically blow you off and don't want to help otherwise. The cashier's are much friendlier but the hairstylists (yes plural) attitude kill the customer service level.

Disappointed in customer service-really none. Not one employee asked if they could help. I went looking and found two groups of 2-3 employees chatting it up, someone bringing out boxes while the recipient complained about “more”, and a cashier that was doing the best she could with an ever growing line. Very unfortunate as I had more shopping I wanted to do but couldn’t be bothered.

Eve always does a great job on my hair and gives the best suggestions on color, style, length, and hair products! She knows the perfect length to trim off my dead ends without leaving my hair too short. She also understands the state of my natural hair and takes it into consideration when cutting it so it always looks great even when I leave it natural and unstyled. I highly recommend Eve to all my friends and family who are looking for a great stylist in the area.

Having not had my eyebrows done since lockdown, I was very apprehensive with getting this service done due to the close proximity to the service provider. However, I felt so safe with Breanna. The instruments and even the chair were properly sanitized and she wore a mask and face shield. Not only did she take great care with ensuring both our safety, she did a phenomenal job with my brows. Definitely will be coming back again Highly recommend!

Just left here and the manager Alanna or Elana was super rude. She continued to tell me that there was no proof of any purchases on my account and refused to even exchange the makeup that I bought from Ulta. She was very condescending and rude and she insinuated that I stole these items even though I continue to show her my account because she could not see the purchases from prior to April on her end. They need to teach these people customer service skills because I work in customer service and this is very rude and disrespectful. Spend your money somewhere better. I also recommend recording the conversations. Alanna needs a better understanding of her job as a manager in RETAIL.
