I understand it’s Christmas time. It’s very busy in the store, so much going on but disrespecting and treating customers unfairly is just unprofessional. Bad for business. I had planned to purchase 3 perfume gifts but I’ll pay more and go somewhere else.

I went in for hair services 3xs with same hairstylist only because I really liked the job that she did on my hair. Well my last visit in early September was not what I hoped it be and I been going back and forth debating whether or not to leave this review, but decided to do so to make others aware. I went in with a faded/orange outgrown balayage and left looking almost exactly the same. I was so mad about it as I was really looking forward to a nice color to celebrate my coming big birthday. I’m not one to complain especially when i really like the hairstylist so I didn’t say anything. But as I was heading to the register to pay I looked at the sheet I was given with pricing info and see that I was charged extra for a blow-dry. All i got was a blow dry and not even style. I thought the blow dry was already included in the price. Made me so upset and I was very disappointed in my hairstylist as I felt she was dishonest only to make a bigger commission. I’m sure the first 2 times I was taken advantage off as well. Because of this, I will not be returning to this Ulta. Make sure you check your receipt before you pay.

Leslie in the Clinique area really made me feel welcomed, heard, and comfortable! I really appreciated her kindness and willingness to help me as I have been struggling with feeling beautiful in my own skin. She embraced my imperfections and allowed me to feel comfortable expressing my recent struggles with my skin care routine! She helped me find a routine that suits my everyday needs, and helped me cover up my blemishes so that I can feel more confident on the daily!

My wife walked into this location where she usually shops and need some help and ask one of the benifit/cosmetic ladies for help and the only help she got was the employee saying “well you should’ve came to me instead of doing it yourself”. I was appalled that someone in customer service refused to help and instead insulted my wife.

CANDACE did an amazing job with my hair ! I was pretty nervous coming in but her expertise and communication was top notch. Every step of the way she walked me through everything she was doing to my hair. I couldn’t be happier ! Thank you so much !

Tried to return a returnable item. Was told it couldn't be returned even though I had receipt and it was the 30th day. For some reason, I could only get a store credit. After speaking to the manager, her solution was for me to get a "lesson" from a stylist to effectively use my $600 hair dryer. Manager asked my availability, as I work out of state, told me she would arrange the time with a stylist and call me. That has yet to happen. I am not happy with the customer service experience and still have a high end hair dryer that doesn't work for me.

If you're brown, they'll follow you around in the bad way, but if you're white, don't expect to be followed around in the good way--no customer service even if they don't assume you're there to steal. Hesitated to leave a review but unfortunately it seems like others have had had similar experiences.

A young woman named Liz was very helpful in the E.L.F. section. She helped choose the correct shade of foundation and blush, making sure I knew they did have a good return policy if I wasn't happy. Thanks Liz!

Went into this location earlier this afternoon, as I needed to return a red light LED mask, as it would not hold the charge very well after having it for a little over a month. Usually everyone is great at this location and the Park Place location. Unfortunately Livia, who I'm guessing is one of the managers, thought that I was up to no good. Her and her coworker didn't realize I was in hearing distance (as I was shopping for some other things) and I heard her on her walkie-talkie with someone in back to check if I had brought everything back that was in the box, etc. The two of them at the front kept whispering about the mask, talking about how Sephora has a Dennis gross mask (not sure why that even matters) ... After a few moments, whoever was in back, I believe confirmed that there was nothing else in the set that I returned, the two of them just dropped it. It was extremely awkward when I went to check out after picking a few other items up that I needed while I was in. Next time you guys feel like gossiping, make sure the person is not standing in an aisle close to you. It's extremely embarrassing for me, as I've been shopping here for years, and I think I've returned all of three or four items. You guys should be ashamed, that women come here to feel empowered and you guys just mock them and make them feel disgusting.

Had an amazing associate take the time to show me and explain the different makeup products I wad interested in and helped me choose which would be best for my skin and the colors that complimented my skin tone. I have received so many compliments since I have updated my makeup

The employees were very nice just feel like nothing was restocked nor clean. Was looking to buy the brand essence blush and contour sticks but every single one of them were used and dirty. ( ik it’s not the employees fault) but just the whole store seemed unsanitary as in the makeup products. i’d just say to keep a closer look out for customers and make sure they are only using the testers that clearly say “TESTER” on it and not use the BRAND NEW product of it just very rude and just gross.
