My wife is absolutely obsessed with cosmetics. I try to learn to with her to show I care but let's face it I'm a guy lol. The gals in here never let me down when I want to grab her something she really wants to try or needs. Ulta has everything and store is always clean and friendly.

Y'all need to be getting skin care tips and products from Lydia! Even if you're like me and you don't spend extra time on a skin routine, she knows how to help you. I just used a Clinique clarifying lotion (toner) on my face that she recommended and I promise I have a brand new face. Took a minute or less to wipe with a couple cotton pads, no fuss no muss. You don't know what you need, but Lydia does. And if you wear makeup, she's well known for matching foundations perfectly. She knows what kinds of products your skin type needs and what colors work with your undertones and all that jazz. Porcelain? She's got you. Olive? Boom, done. Ebony? You're beyond satisfied. And she makes you feel like a pretty princess on the inside and out. She's already your best friend, you just haven't met her yet. She's the best! Go see her!

They did such a great job on my niece’s make up for homecoming! Her eyeshadow was a work of art! It took way longer than expected, but the end result was stunning! Would definitely pad more time into our day for it next time.

Honestly best customer service I’ve gotten at an Ulta in a LONG time. Associates searched high and low for the one item I couldn’t find, and after not finding anything, even recommended other stores for me to look at and other solutions. So kind, so friendly, great customer experience.

I booked a curly cut appointment with Vida. This is supposed to be 1 hr 30 min service. As it should be since it takes that long for a true curly cut. I was there for less than 1hr. It was very clear from the beginning that she was NOT experienced in cutting curly hair. She cut my hair wet, used a brush and pulled my hair straight and then cut. Resulting in shorter hair rhsn i wanted. Furthermore she tried to get me to sit under the dryer. I left looking like a red frizz ball. I'm VERY unhappy with the cut I received. It was NOT even close to a curly cut. The curly cut service needs to be removed from her list of services she provides as she is NOT skilled in this area. So much for treating myself.. I can provide pics as well. A refund or a free cur by someone who is truly skilled in curly hair is what would make me happy.

Just wanting to say what a pleasant experience I had at tulsa hill's location. Jackie walked me to the product I was looking for Unlike another location where they just pointed across the store. Jackie explained to me about the product and how it worked. Hard to get good customer service nowadays but you certainly get it at this location. Ro was very nice also and I will definitely shop at this location from now on.

I was treated pretty bad by my cashier. I got a little confused because I thought the deal was 2 for $25 like the sign said but it ended up being 2 for $55. So, I went to return them and make sure everything was straight but she was really rude and gave my husband and I the worst silent treatment. Not too many friendly interactions here anymore.

I was nervous going in but as soon as I got the nerve to ask someone for help, Sierra was AMAZING!!! She helped me get a new healthy skin care routine going and explained the makeup we tried. She was amazing help and I definitely recommend her! Will be back!

The girl that checked us out was very rude because we would not give her our phone number that is up to me not her I'm 72 don't need a 20 year trying to manipulate me only there for a granddaughters present well merry Christmas Ulta Beauty !!!

Unfortunately I did not leave a satisfied customer. I did not know Ulta did hair treatments. Thanks to social media, I found that they did. I booked my appointment and was looking forward to my little spa moment. My 1 star rating is not against the store but for the lack of treatment I received from the beautician. I was supposed to be under the dryer for 10 minutes. She came and got probably after 5 minutes or less. There was another customer that was getting her hair washed while I was under the dryer. From the moment I was asked to move to the chair to rinse out my hair, to getting shampoo and conditioner....the lady next to me was still getting her hair shampoo etc. I didn't even get my scalp massaged. I also asked for a blow out due to the weather being cold. Needless to say, I walked away with my hair still looking dry and brittle as I walked into my appointment. And my hair was still wet. I even asked the young lady that helped me with selecting facial products to check my hair and she agreed it was still wet I could have saved my $40 and done it all myself. I was just looking forward to getting a little pampered and have some hydration to my hair😕
