Went in to buy a gift card for a Christmas gift. At check out the cashier was very adamant about me putting in a phone number. Without even asking me if it was ok she let the person behind me provide her number to add the purchase to her account. This put a really bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully the person behind me won’t be able to use the gift card I just bought.

As an Ulta customer for years with never any concerns, I will not return to Ulta for products as their customer service is completely lacking. People are told they are “too much” because I asked questions to which she couldn’t explain. I don’t have a problem with policies for defective items that were purchased 36 hours ago. But I do have a problem with people talking to you as you are the problem. I will not return. All products sold in Ulta are available to purchase online! Kindness is free but not at Ulta!!!

I walked in and had to look for help. I just wanted to see someone to help me find some fall looks…I requested someone to help me put something together and they refused. They said they did not have someone that could apply and all I wanted was someone to help guide me…I asked if I could apply it myself and they said “yes” but then walked away. I guess I’m frustrated that no one would even give me any guidance or help. Maybe a miscommunication but I can take myself elsewhere.

I regularly get my eyebrows tinted & waxed by Tiffany, and she rocks it! I don't trust anyone else to do the job! They look stunning, and she tailors my tint color to reflect my ginger/auburn hair. Price is not too high either, it reflects her quality work. Highly recommend!!

I went to Ulta yesterday because my ten year old wanted to buy her first thing there with her own money and Giselle checked us out she was so sweet gave her a coupon so she could save her a little so i really appreciate it and she was just very sweet and nice !!!!

I generally have a lovely experience at any Ulta. This location, however, made me feel like a complete inconvenience. I’ll choose BA or Owasso going forward. 👎🏼

The in-store shopping experience isn’t positive for me. Almost every time I’ve went there they have been out of stock of the shades I wanted. One product was missing so I finally asked and she brought it out to me, then another time a product was missing so I told the lady at the front to help me order the correct shade. There was a shipping delay and I waited 2 weeks without receiving it so cancelled the order. Next, customer service is a little shoddy too, seems like the employees are all giggling with each other while I’m left wandering around empty shelves. Whoever the Mac expert is was the most helpful one of them all.

Absolutely love my hair stylist, Krista. I needed a huge change to my hair back in October 2023 and I picked her on a whim. So glad I made the decision. She is so good at what she does. Not only is she talented but she is so easy to talk to and open up. Thanks girl!

I have been to many Ulta locations around the tulsa area, and this location, each time, majorly is a headache. The staff isn't helpful or friendly. They will judge and talk about you. They will leave things behind and are super unsanitary. They will either be great to you if you dress nicely and look put together. However, if i just want to come in relaxed in a chill outfit, no makeup, they will judge, will be rude, and ignore you. I would rather go 20+ minutes out of my way than deal with this location due to their staff and hygiene. Ultimately, it is just sad to see that it has been a constant issue for more than over a year. Shame on management.

Go to Robbi for your hair. She is quite literally the nicest person i’ve ever met. She goes through full consultation and is there for whatever you want !! Definitely recommend her she’s awesome !

I went in to see what foundations might better suit my needs. I was immediately greeted by a friendly associate, Teagan. She patiently listened to my needs and made appropriate recommendations. She showed me multiple brands and products, even steering me away from options that didn’t wind up looking natural on me. I was never rushed. I was able to leave with samples to try at home. I appreciate hardworking employees with good customer service skills. Thank you, Teagan!

Wendy cut my hair and from pictures she did a good job on others. I never complain about my haircuts but this time I am. Everyone that knows me church friends family and other friends tell me this is the worst haircut they have ever seen except when a child had cut their own hair. After a week of looking at my self I have to agree that it is plain awful. Sorry Wendy I guess you had an off day on me. Guess it will grow out in about 6 months. I am purchasing a wig It is after all just hair

Cecelia was there to help me select the right Clinque foundation for my skin tone. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the foundations, and help me match the correct one for me. She really made a great effort in comparing different colors. She really is a great asset to this store, professional, friendly and so very helpful!!!

They lie to their customers. I overheard while I was in line today 12/22/23, a conversation I couldn’t believe at checkout. “Do you have rewards?” “No” “Well just so you know you can’t return anything without a rewards account” “Ok i guess we will have to make one then since this is a gift”. This is all a lie. I am a former Ulta (thank god not this location) and even Sephora employee and they’re lying and saying this because they need a certain percentage metric of transactions with loyalty rewards on them. It will drop your percentage if you do a transaction without it. YOU CAN RETURN WITHOUT REWARDS WITH A RECEIPT. I feel bad for the guests falling for this. Moving on. I’m a common Ulta shopper. I live nearby this one. That being said, I will drive all the way to 41st location near Promenade because this location lacks customer service skills. I will show a barcode on my phone that has a coupon and the cashier straight up was talking to someone whilst “ringing me up” and took over 15 seconds to notice I was trying to get something scanned. Oh and they will literally cancel your buy online pick up in store order for no other reason than the fact that they don’t want to complete them. I kid you not, this has happened to me 2x. Placed an order, cancelled on their end. Called both times and asked why, they said it must be because they are out of stock. Drove down there the SAME DAY and all products were in stock both times. Ridiculous excuse for an Ulta. Pick any other Ulta. The drive will be worth it.

Wendy saved my hair. SHE SAVED IT. I had really bad highlights done the same day at a different salon and I was desperate to have them fixed before school the next day. Not only did she fix what was broken but she added a lot to my hair and it came out so nice. She is a really kind, genuine person and a fantastic stylist.
