Placed a pick order last night. Got an email it was ready the next morning it was ready. Checked in I would be 10 min. Got there and waited in my car and no one shows. Decided I'll walk in and just let them know I can just pick up inside instead. Neither girls even looked at me. They have a line of people which is fine but, not even look at me or acknowledge hey, I will be with you in a sec? I waited so long I had to leave to go to my son's school. People literally have no customer skills at all anymore. I won't shop at this location or do anymore pick ups here.

Went in for some lashes but have been having extremely dry skin issues I couldn’t seem to get under control. Azalia Rodriguez Assisted me in figuring out absolutely everything to do with my skin type and how to treat it. Showed me exactly what to do and what products to use, even gave me some samples to try at home on top of completely giving my skin life changing results all just while I was at the store. I couldn’t recommend her more for ANY of your skin needs. She is absolutely amazing and one of a kind!!!! This store is incredibly lucky to have someone as awesome as her & I will continue to go to her for all my skincare needs from here on!!!! I’m SO happy to have met her today!!! Thanks again Azalia!!

Went in to get a travel size perfume, $50 and some change paid in store to have them deliver it to me since they didn’t have it on hand. So paid in the store, then when they shipped it they charged my card again. I’ve called and texted customer reps twice and they both told me the charge is pending and will fall off. It is NOT pending and I tried explaining that both times and they didn’t understand. It has cleared my account, and I have yet to see a refund. Next step is filing a fraud charge with the bank :( ETA: it has been six business days with no refund, filed a fraud charge with my bank. Shop here if you want your money stolen and the customer service reps to disregard you completely :)

If you are buy anything from ulta using afterpay services, dont go to this ulta to exchange or return. They will look down on you. Especially from the team lead or manager.

Customer service was not the best but I got what I wanted! I went in for the first time and I liked a specific cologne and I went to go buy it and the worker “ida” was not the best at communicating and went ahead did her own thing which lead to more things I did not want in the first place!

I almost always get my makeup here, and there's a huge range of products from cheaper to more expensive. They also have hair products, perfumes, and lots of body products. It's a great store for beauty, you could likely find something for anything. They also make returns and exchanges very easy! The people who work there are also very kind and helpful.

Went into this location for first time. Gal asked me if she could help, I asked her where I could find the Innersense hair products. She had never heard of it and told me Ulta didn't have that so try to sell me other curly girl products. I walked 2 isles over and found a whole shelf of Innersence products. Need to educate your staff! Also, she didn't know what a spray bottle was for hair! C'mon. 😆

Ashley greeted me very warmly and answered all my questions from the jump. I didn’t even come for a haircut appointment but she was so courteous and knowledgeable that I was able to get my hair done at Ulta which is some thing that I wouldn’t have done. Ashley’s customer service incentivized my purchase.

Don't EVER get a Ulta Beauty card! Complete scam! Especially when you order online. They double charge you when you think you're getting a good deal. No "points" are acknowledged, and even using a gift card. I tried calling customer service 3 times, either get hung up on, get told I have to wait 3-5 days to have it "cleared" even called after 5 days and they try to say they need a bank statement sent or else they can't fix it. I used my Ulta card and they can't seem to fix the problem. Never ever using Ulta beauty again!
