This is the 2nd time I've been here and the experience was less than stellar. No one greeted me. No one asked if I needed any help, When I finally got to the cash register, I was asked if I was ready after waiting about 5 minutes. I said yes. Then she said... Are you ready to check out...I said...... Yes again. Not sure what that was about.

This was a very good experience. With knowledgeable staff, you'll find the product you need. My daughter needed her hair cut, and we were able to grab a canceled appointment, which made her very happy.

Would give no stars if possible. The sales associates don’t know where products are in the store to help direct, are totally unaware of sales, can’t help if a gift card doesn’t work while trying to use, ask repeatedly the same questions because they don’t listen to questions answered or what was told to the initially, manager doesn’t step in for issues associates are having without being asked and she doesn’t smile!!!! It doesn’t not seem people are trained for their jobs or are just plain ignorant. Will not go back ever!!!

I love Ulta & normally enjoy shopping at all locations. Even at this store the 2 people who helped me on the floor were VERY nice. When I got to the checkout though, the dark haired woman who checked me out, after spending 20 minutes checking out 3 people & chatting nicely with each, suddenly couldn't spare a second for even basic polite greetings like "Hello." To say she was rude would be an understatement. Glad this isn't my normal store. Will definitely not go back to this location.

I wanted to share how great the hair salon is at this location. Everyone is nice and knowledgeable. However if you want a top rate stylist with a knowledge of color theory and able mix up the perfect color, choose Eliza! Great results just by showing her my inspiration picture.

Lots of great cosmetics; both high end and discount. Check the fine print on the coupons though, there is usually quite a bit

Really helpful employees to help navigate the massive amount of beauty products. I love how they have good better and best products so we can choose. My daughter loves this place and they give great brands to help her take care of herself and feel great!

I had an amazing experience getting my hair cut and styled by Eliza! She listened to exactly what I was wanting and executed it flawlessly. It was so easy to trust her and I will definitely be a recurring customer.

my only complaint is they offer curbside, but you have to walk in to pick up your stuff anyway because no one will actually come outside, even after a 15 min wait

I love shopping at Ulta. The staff is always awesome and makes my makeup shopping experience better. This store always has my favorite Mac foundation available in my tone, which is difficult to find and blush from Tarte.

Worst Experience here and this is the first time I have come to try this location and hair stylist Eliza booked the appointment at 4:30 and when I came, suddenly she wasn’t available anymore was seen hiding in the back. Despite the floor and store being completely empty, they were “completely booked”. Very poor service, I’ve never seen and Eliza, I guess you don’t know how to be professional either.

Didn't have black hair care products. Not diverse if you don't carry black hair care products. I've been from Oklahoma and Kansas and none of your stores carry black hair care products. Your diversity sucks

Horrible horrible management service. I use the Ulta app faithfully And I always list my daughter as the second person or alternate person to pick up my orders. Tell me why this time they didn't give it to her and we're fighting with her about it. I go to the app she's listed there for pickup and then call up to the store upset and this woman was going to try to tell me to stop yelling. No you all need to look through your system correctly So that way this doesn't require a phone call. I am not happy with this Ulta store at all and I always go to this store. If I'm yelling and let me vent and then fix the issue why I'm venting. Customer service sucks these days

So nice and clean, beautiful! Such wonderful, happy, positive people work here. Ulta Beauty Wichita is so worth it and prices really will keep me coming back for my favorites that Ulta Beauty has!
