I've been a loyal customer of Rosie for over 10 years, and I can confidently say that she is the best in town! She does amazing work EVERY TIME. She truly listens to what the customer wants and consistently delivers fantastic results. Her flexibility and dedication to her craft make every visit a pleasure. I've been coming here a few times. The last time I had black hair and if you know its the hardest thing to get out. The lady did an amazing job getting it to this beautiful red. Since then I've been coming here.

I went in for a blonde balayage with a silver toner and the pictures below are what I received. (Pictures taken 3 days after my appointment) Rosie had curled my hair before I left so I couldn't see the harsh line in the back. I paid over $100 and left. However, a few days later I washed it and straightened it and seen how awful it was. I called Rosie and said I wanted to come back to have the back better blended and she said to wait a week for the silver toner to "set", however in the pictures you can see how bad the bleach was. I couldn't even wear my hair down in public let alone wait a week. I didn't want to risk going back and it looking worse so I took my business elsewhere and got my hair fixed. In addition to the terrible job, Rosie was very unprofessional. She had another hair dye booked at the same time as me and then her daughter came in and demanded her hair to be bleached and dyed before her flight in 2 hours. So I sat in the heat lap with bleach on my hair for an hour and a half while she took care of the others. Needless to say, I will never be going back to Ultimate Salon and doing business with Rosie.

Rosie has been doing my hair for years. I have long dark brown/ black hair. Of course I love being blonde. I go to her shop at anytime and she gladly does my hair with a smile on her face no matter the time of day. She asks me what would I like done. I reply I don’t know you always do magic. I do not go anywhere else I’m very particular with my hair. I tell Rosie only take like an inch off the bottom and that’s exactly what she does. I’ve never been disappointed. I walk out extremely happy each and every time. I get so many compliments 🥰

Rosie did a great job. I called today and she got me in right away. First time she's cut my hair and she did a wonderful job, best haircut I've had in quite a while. Reasonably priced. I'll be back.
