El masaje más doloroso de la vida. Mientras hacen el masaje conversan entre ellos en chino. A mi pareja y a mí nos dijeron que estábamos muy tensos y estresados así que nos ofrecieron por $10 más aplicar una crema medicinal, la cuál era solo vaselina (mi pareja logró ver que era), después nos ofrecían más tiempo a lo que nos negamos, ya que el masaje más que relajante era casi una tortura. Cuando mi pareja fue a pagar le estaban obligando a pagar propina, pero él se negó y esto provocó el enojo del cajero. Sinceramente, no lo recomendamos para nada. Nosotros pedimos 10 minutos y fue puro dolor.

First and last time that I will go there, I feel like I was assaulted. I told him that I wanted the $25 package and then he offered me the $55 package and, in which I said yes. They're constantly interrupting you to ask if you want other services. I didn't ask for anything else and he charged me $100. When it was time to pay the tip it was obligated. I skipped it and was ready to pay. The employee went back and entered the tip amount himself. Debut and farewell. The massage is not relaxing at all. Horrible experience!

Fui con mi esposo y tomamos el masaje en la tabla, estuvo normal- pero todo el tiempo te preguntan si quieres añadir mas tiempo y con su poco ingles o español es difícil entenderles y al final hacen lo que quieren, teníamos dos masajes de 30 minutos por 40 dólares cada uno, lo que serian 80 dólares al final terminaron siendo 130 dólares ya que nos cobraron 15 dólares mas a cada uno supuestamente por tiempo que NO autorizamos añadir ( y que tampoco añadieron porque yo estuve pendiente de mi reloj al inicio y al final y solo fueron 30 minutos) y una propina obligatoria de 17 dolares mas 3 dolares por pagar con tarjeta, NO RECOMIENDO ESTE SITIO.

They refused to do massage unless I pay 15% of the charge as a tip though we were 3 and we were going to have massage for 90$ each ..the worst staff and service

don’t go here. these people take advantage of you the massages are terrible and don’t even tell you you have to pay 15% of tip supposedly is forced . Very rude and unprofessional wrongfully touching and disgusting costumer service im thinking of calling the cops on these guys idk how what they do is legal. My God after they finished my massage and was ready to pay the guy asked me if I was going to tip and I said yes then he didn't like how much I was going to give him and he asked x 18%. Amazing a tip is optional not a requirement! Never going back again! First and last

Best Prices in Doral! I’ve tried every chain and Asian parlor in Doral and no one beats the pricing here. In addition, the men actually target the muscles and tendons as opposed to just moving their hands randomly. The only recommendation I would make to ownership if they are reading is to add a glass front door to cut down on the mall ambiance.

I actually enjoy the massage here, but the people that work here dont know how to put a proper line in place. I had 4 people skip me in line abd nobody said anything. i wasnt even sure if they were there before but they showed up after me.

I actually used to come here every week for a feet Massage, but today the guy was giving me a chair massage and put on me a balm , when I paid he charged me 15 extra dollars for that I asked for the bottle and he said it’s 15 for one time use , additionally he asked me for a tip , never coming back

Wish I'd read these reviews before popping in here with a tight shoulder muscle. Very confrontation and aggressive about tips and upselling you while you're getting massaged. Wanted a 25% tip for a 10 min massage. Tried to change it on the machine himself when I said no. If you want more money, charge more for the massage. Left with tighter shoulders than when I went in! Don't waste your money

I was walking around for days with pain😫 I had no idea what to do. I seen this place and decided to give it a try and I must say the experience was great. I left with no pain 😅 way I can say they do proceed to move on with a different part of the body and longer time without notice 😟 that’s the only complaint. They are a bit rough, but I need rough I don’t need anything less. Thanks

My partner and I decided to stop to get a massage at this place but I wished we didn’t. They sat us down on chairs and started the torture on us. Yes the “massage” was pure torture of how painful. As they were torturing us, they were constantly speaking Chinese and would even pause to focus on their conversation. The quality was super poor better yet nonexistent and all they wanted was to keep adding time to the massage to charge more. Once the torture stopped they walked us to the cashier which by the way is in the back of the store and right above the cashier they have a super ghetto sign made by them saying 15% tips. My partner and I gave them $20 tip just because we didn’t want to be rude but this wasn’t enough for them. These Chinese, abusive and unprofessional men looked at us and said “MORE TIP” !!! They looked at us with bad faces and kept saying “ADD MORE MONEY TO TIP” !!! At this point I had to firmly say STOP and inform them that my partner and I were giving $20 tip to be nice but not because we liked the massage. We also stated to them that many ppl don’t even give tip, so they should show a bit more of appreciation and professionalism. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS MASSAGE PLACE EVER AGAIN.

The service was horrible. First of all, they overcharged me $10 for tip when I specifically said $8.25. She decided to put the card in herself and the amount of tip herself even though she clearly heard me say $8.25. Second of all, I had clearly said I wanted a 45 minute massage and she went over by 10 minutes and decided to charge me an extra $10 for something that wasn’t even my fault. I want my money back, this is unjust and if I played with their money, they wouldn’t appreciate it either.

I figured I’d give them a try because I’ve seen this place at the mall for years. DO NOT GO THERE. I did the 20 mins for $30 and the whole experience was 2 guys being rough and trying to upsell my massage to $50. When I was finally firm and said no $30 only one guy left laughing and didn’t even finish my legs. The one left was tough and wasn’t even a good massage. Then as I’m paying they automatically added $10 tip before i approved it. This is unacceptable. Won’t ever be going back.

If there were 7 stars I would give all to Toni for full body massage and jerry would get 7 stars for foot reflexology. If you are in Miami don’t miss this place for body relaxation . Affordable and great service . No appointments.. just walk in and they greet and massage you with smile . They know exactly where is pain and where you need pressure they work accordingly . Los masajistas me parecen buenos, los masajes son más hacia el shiatsu japonés que es un masaje fuerte y a veces molesto para quienes no están acostumbrados, quienes no han experimentado este tipo de masaje les puede parecer doloroso. A mi me quito la tensión del cuello y dolor de espalda.

My wife and I walked past this place as we were exiting the mall and thought why not. They have been at this location for a while so it must be decent. As it was already late we only opted for the 15 minute chair massage. The masseuse that I had was very rough and was speaking in Chinese to the guy next to him for almost the entire time. I like pressure but I’m not sure how to describe what was done to my neck. I’m not one to complain so I just endured the assault on my neck which was half of my 15 minute massage. I thought to myself this is very painful but how much longer could he possibly continue on my neck. He then proceeded to work on my right shoulder and back. It was painful but I knew my time was almost up. He then tried to get me to extend my time. When I repeatedly told him no thank you he started yelling in Chinese and slapped me around a bunch of times which woke my wife up from her trance. Her massage was much more relaxing than what I had. Will not be going back. Should have read the reviews first. I’m going to need a real massage to counter the effects of whatever this was.

Very dissatisfied with this location, decided to get a massage because I was super tense and I’ll be having surgery in a few days wanted to relax, I selected the 45 minute massage for $55 pretty affordable, it started off great, I was being massaged by one woman and another woman entered and started to massage my feet, i was like wow this is great never had 2 masseuse work on me at once, the lady massaging my feet then stopped and said did you like the massage? It will be $45 more for me to continue, I was a little taken back by this because I’ve never experienced a full body massage where they don’t include feet, I told I would pass because I thought it might of been a reflexology add on of some sort, she then tries to sell it for $35 i again declined, the woman doing my “Full body” continued to work on me, she didn’t include my feet in the massage at all and towards the end of the massage she says “15 minutes more” which to my understanding meant there was 15 minutes left of the massage, so to clarify I asked her this is a 45 minute massage correct? She agrees and continues to massage me. when it comes time to pay I gave her a $13 cash tip because that was all I had on me in cash, she then rudely says this is all the tip!? it made me feel terrible so I told her she can add $5 on to my card for an extra tip, she then proceeds to charge me for a full hour massage claiming I agreed to the full hour which I NEVER did. I let her know I even clarified with her I only wanted 45 minutes. I was not timing this massage myself but I should have! I had to literally argue with her until she agreed to only charge me a discounted rate of $48 but even after the discount I’m so upset and feel like they tried to extract so much extra money from me, I felt played and because of this I will not be returning to this place.

Don’t waste your money or time here. Me and two friends stopped in for chair massages. We all agreed the massage was painful and felt like these men did not have any actual training. We will definitely be sore tomorrow. Also seemed like my guy was distracted by other things during the massage as he kept pausing with his hands still on my back.

NOTHING WAS RELAXING ABOUT THIS 15 MINUTE MASSAGE! The entire time the guy kept trying to upsale the massage, when he finally couldn't convince me he literally pushed my face back down into the chair. The entire massage was basically poking my neck and pushing hard on my shoulder. It was painful! The guy clearly has no training in the field. At one point my husband had walked by and said the guy was just massaging with one hand looking around. I will never go back here again! I wish I would have looked at the reviews prior to wasting my money.
