I cannot say enough good things about Unblur. I have seen Sam for years after never seeing an aesthetician before. She immediately got me on the right track with my skincare. After regularly seeing her and using recommended products at home, I got compliments on my skin from strangers! That has never happened. Unfortunately I had to move out of Arizona and still use Sam/Unblur as my go to. I still get recommendations and all my products from Unblur because I haven’t found anyone even close to their level (and I moved to a big city). Sam knows her stuff when it come to skin. I’m pretty sure she should have chemist alongside her Esti title! Sam and her team know how to balance and give you a spa experience while seeing high level results. They are all very professional and always make me feel warm and welcomed.

Mia is so friendly and knowledgeable! Skincare is intimidating for me, but she made it very easy to understand. The studio is clean and trendy! The facial was calming and relaxing. Look forward to returning!

I came to Unblur after seeing their instagram for months. My face was really starting to get bad and I decided it was time to improve myself. I came to Unblur and met with Mia. She was very helpful and walked me through my skin, what it needed and how we can improve. She was absolutely amazing and my skin looks amazing as well. I definitely recommend coming in.

I went and had an amazing facial with Berkley! She was very meticulous during our time together, going over my current products, suggesting new products and of course giving an amazingly relaxing and renewing facial. I will definitely be going back to see her again.

This is an updated review after the owner misrepresented my experience online, further highlighting how unprofessionally this business is run. I recently had a facial here, and while the treatment itself was fine, the overall experience was uncomfortable, chaotic, and far below professional standards. The session lasted over 2 hours—much longer than what I had signed up for—with at least 30 minutes spent on the esthetician explaining products in detail. However, none of these products were shown or offered afterward, making the lengthy explanations feel unnecessary and entirely sales-driven. It was clear that the focus was more on promoting the owner’s skincare line than on providing a relaxing, client-centered experience. The lack of organization was apparent from the moment I arrived. There was no front desk staff, which was clearly a cost-cutting decision by the owner. This led to complete disorganization—so much so that my husband, worried about how long the session was taking, had to rely on a UPS driver outside to suggest someone might be inside. He made several attempts to get assistance before finally getting confirmation that I was still in the session. During the facial, I was pressured multiple times to consent to having my photo. I explicitly wrote “no” on the consent form before the session began, but the esthetician claimed that my written “no” somehow meant “yes.” This blatant disregard for my consent was completely unprofessional. Despite my refusal, the esthetician continued pressuring me and even claimed that I would not be allowed to return if I didn’t sign the release. This made the entire experience incredibly uncomfortable. The esthetician, who appeared very young and inexperienced (likely 18 or 19), also kept leaving the room during the session, which made it hard to relax. At the end of the treatment, she took a long time to return, leaving me waiting in the hallway. When she finally came back to check me out, she brought no products to show or offer, despite spending so much time talking about them during the treatment. After I left, I discovered that the owner had badmouthed my husband for trying to contact me during the excessively long session. Instead of addressing any of the valid concerns professionally, she misrepresented what happened online in an attempt to save face. For anyone accustomed to upscale spa treatments, this place will be a major disappointment. The disorganization, lack of respect for client consent, and pressure tactics make this one of the worst spa experiences I’ve ever had. I will not be returning and will stick to professional establishments that prioritize their clients’ comfort, privacy, and well-being.

I had my first visit with Mia 2 weeks ago and I was blown away! She was very professional, energetic, and knowledgeable. It was clear that she knew what she was doing. She took her time and didn’t make you feel rushed. The acne facial was amazing and the changes she has made to my routine have already helped. I am excited to continue my treatments with her!

Overall amazing experience! I cannot thank Carrie at Unblur enough! After my first session with her, I learned so much about using a holistic approach for taking care of my skin. She catered my appointment to what my face and skin needed. I love how all the products are non-toxic and safe. After my session, she sent me a thorough plan and regimen for me to follow for AM/PM skincare routine, diet/lifestyle/supplements, and gave me product information/recommendations as well. She was so kind and truly seemed to care. She definitely knows her stuff and is so knowledgeable! Thank you!

Great place! Everyone is very friendly. I love being able to go in and not have to be extremely specific about what I want, and they still do exactly what I needed! The massage portion is also excellent. I’ve been using the DMK line and love it.

I love ClearSkin. The ladies here are always accommodating to my scheduling needs and respond in a timely manner. The space is always super clean !! I have seen owner Samm (first time was years ago in her original location) and know ClearSkins training will ensure all estheticians will provide the same high quality experience. I recently visited this facility for a new client facial with Heather, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. The facility was very welcoming and Heather took the time to understand my skincare concerns and goals. She demonstrated a deep knowledge of her field, and her expertise was evident throughout the entire session. I appreciated the time she took to explain the process and provide me with recommendations to help fill in the gaps of my at-home routine. After just the first treatment, I already noticed a significant improvement in my skin's appearance. Overall, I highly recommend this facility.

Sami changed my life when I met her 7 years ago. I was 30, didn't know anything about a proper skincare regime, how to take care of my sensitive ginger skin or what anti-aging could do for my confidence.
