My wife went in to get her hair done and when she came out you could bairly tell the diffrence from when she wen't in! She chopped her hair and it is like 4 different colors the ladies name is Charlie I would not ever recommend using her shes a terrible hair dresser she literally had my wife in tears the next day when she looked at her self in the mirror. We called to talk to someone about it and they hung up on us very unprofessional!!!!

I called what seemed like every salon in Louisville and was either faced with sass or unavailability.(which was understandable given the time frame of roughly 2 weeks out until the wedding.) I finally was told to call this place and I'm so happy I did, they took the challenge of not doing a run through before my wedding day and my hair came out to be gorgeous! Hollywood gorgeous! I highly recommend this place! And I can't thank them enough.

I see Geneva there and have for years. I don’t trust anyone else with my color. I have naturally dark hair and she stepped me to a cool blonde pretty quick without undue damage to my hair. She has done fashion colors on me that were incredible and I always love the treatments she uses to keep my hair soft and healthy. She is a color master for sure!!

I started getting my hair cut by Geneva 6 months ago and I'm so glad I did! She also did a fabulous job coloring my hair through a color transition and I couldn't be happier I always look forward to my appointments. Geneva has a wonderful personality, is super caring and listens to what your looking for. I highly recommend!

The stylist rescheduled my appointment from Wednesday to Thursday. I arrived on time. No one was visible in the shop. After a minute, I said "Hello?". A man came out from the back talking on his phone. It turned out to be the stylist my appointment was with. He was clueless about the appointment. I showed him a style I wanted, but he dismissed it and gave me a stacked bob.( A cut I can do myself.) I am actually going to have to clean up the left side to blend in. There's a one inch section that is longer than the rest.

I went and got a balayage by Topher, and he was amazing and so knowledgable! He made sure I knew exactly what he was going to do and gave me visuals and talked me through it. The end result is gorgeous, I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely come back to him

Just got my hair cut with Alli for the first time! She was super nice and cool and did an amazing job even though I wasn't very descriptive about what I wanted. The environment of the shop is very warm and welcoming as well. I will definitely come back!
