I have never been to a hair salon I love as much as this one. Heather nails everything I ask for and makes the best suggestions along the way. I have really thick hair and don’t always trust people to cut/color it but I always leave UNdeux so happy.

Tatiana is absolutely amazing!! She does exactly what I ask for but better! Since seeing her she’s given me the best hair cut I’ve had in years. Not to mention - the color!! I get compliments on my hair constantly because of her! The salon is also conveniently located, stylish, calm, and clean!

Great salon with educated stylists! Heather cuts my hair and she is very good at listening to what I want for my hair. Even though it’s the Southside there is a decent amount of parking on the side streets.

Kimberly is a master of her craft. I not only love how my hair looks, but the salon experience is such a treat. I only recently started adding color to my hair and was a little intimated about the process, etc. but she has made it very easy for me. Also, I found UNdeux when I was new to PGH and the reviews were great. So glad I made the decision to book the appointment!

I’m suuuuuper picky about my hair to the point where I cut it myself for a long time but I keep coming back to Undeux because they do such a great job with my hair. The shop is very clean and Tati has fantastic attention to detail when cutting my hair. Even though I get a shorter cut it grows out beautifully (which can be hard to achieve with short hair, mine used to look style-less after a month or two but no longer). Most of the shop pics are of gorgeous long hair but Tati does a great job with my bob too.

Heather was supper nice and did a great job I am planing to come back once I have time for a trim. I think you do a good job listening to your customers and everyone seemed very nice I also really appreciate Heather taking the time to show me how to curl my hair in a less time consuming way.

I moved to PIT from South Florida in late 2021 and had to do research on salons in the region when I came across Undone PGH (formerly Classic PGH). The salon had stellar reviews and proof of their beautiful work on social media, so I took a shot and booked an initial appointment for extension consultation and hair cut/style with Kim. I had such a great experience and I truly felt like she understood what I wanted and was able to execute my vision perfectly. I trusted her work so much after that appointment, that I booked her to do my extensions for my wedding! I’ve been going to Undone PGH ever since and have had nothing but perfect outcomes with Kim and recently with Sami. I even recommend the salon to my mom who just recently moved to PIT as well and she now sees Cheyenne who is a true talent with color and cut/style! All the stylists are super kind, accommodating and knowledgeable, they actually take the time to listen to you and then recommend styles, solutions and products that work for your hair type. Very much recommend Undone PGH to anyone who wants the absolute best for their hair!

I have been going to Undone for a few months and have only had amazing experiences. Tati (cuts) and Cheyenne (color) have always listened to what I ask for and give me exactly what I want! The entire atmosphere is very warm, welcoming, and friendly as well. This salon does not disappoint!

This place is amazing! Everyone was so kind! Heather fixed up my botched coloring! She was so sweet! I was able to make an appointment and navigate their website so easily! This was my first time visiting and I will for sure be going back!

Everyone go see Heather! This was my first time at this salon, and I absolutely loved it. I only know the basics when it comes to hair and styling, so when I came in she knew exactly what to do with my hair type and suggested what would look best. She was so kind and I walked out feeling brand new!

I’m that annoying and indecisive client and she seems to read my mind every time. Can’t say enough about Chloe and this salon in general.
