I want to thank Sammy and Paige for all their knowledge and support towards my weight loss journey. Nothing that I did before help me loose some weight absolutely nothing. I was scared at first but following Paige instructions made things easier. Before I was scared of the scale now I’m looking forward to it. Thank you so much Paige and Sammy!

The staff at Unicorn Medical Weight Loss & Medi Spa have really been helpful and supportive throughout my weight loss journey. Paige is great and very knowledgeable when it comes to nutrition. She’s very professional and makes my appointments very comfortable and stress free. In October when I decided to take the leap I was welcomed in by Sammy and he explain very well what medicine would benefit me the most. In October I weighed 287. My current weight is 265. In three months I lost 22lbs at a healthy steady pace. My goal weight is 230. I could not be happier and for a person that struggled with being heavy most of my life. It’s a breath of fresh air knowing I have the staff at Unicorn Medical weight Spa to help me with my journey. Big shout out to Sammy and Paige for my progress and support.

I’m all about Vibes and this is definitely a Judgement free zone!!!! Everyone is super nice and friendly, the office is clean and organized. They don’t pressure you to do anything you don’t want to do. They really want to help you reach your goals and educate you on your health. I’m so happy I drove by and decided to inquire online, Sammy reached back within seconds!! Paige makes me feel so comfortable that it was easy for me to open up and discuss my bad eating habits without making me feel bad about myself. Im excited for this journey with you guys!!!

I LOVE UNICORN HEALTH! Theresa is absolutely amazing and Page is always so helpful and Dr Navi is so much fun! These ladies truly represent amazing customer service and hospitality! Unicorn WL is my favorite place in Vegas for weight loss solutions. Teresa is helpful and the rest of the staff is amazing too. The Dr takes her time to educate, explain and make sure the program is best for you. It’s not a cash grab. They are very thorough & want what’s best for your overall health. They also offer various payment options. You have to give them a try! I never am disappointed.
