Loved Naz! I came in before an important shoot and I asked her to keep my eyebrows big because I’m growing them and she listened. She also waxed my nose & cleared my nose black and white spots for extra cost. I feel so fresh. She is so lovely and helpful. Definitely coming back here.

Came in as a walk in for an eyebrow threading - I did ask for them to make my brows a bit thinner since I felt like they had gotten too thick. However I feel they changed my eyebrow shape and made it way too angular, giving me permanent angry brows. I feel like this meme.

The reviews were good, but those were mostly for threading. I went for eyelash extensions and it wasn’t that good of an experience. They were rough near my eyes, and had little empathy for my concerns. The tissues they used to clean the eye area were poor quality so they left little white pieces around it. These things are red flag while dealing with an area as sensitive as an eye. Expressing concern and just asking them to fix it DURING the session led to big sigh and disinterest from them. They started ganging up and started speaking in Hindi while non Indian customers were there. It’s surprising that it’s services industry but they don’t treat customers with priority. In the end after I asked for specific fixings, they did all those with disinterest but the experience was not good. One thing good is that they are priced reasonably.

I suspect they will hide this review but this is a deceptive, shady business that will upcharge you thinking you are a tourist (somewhat understandable given it’s in penn station) and gaslight you into thinking they “asked” before doing it + getting annoyed when they get called out. Get ready to pay $90 for a subpar Brazilian wax (they used to charge ~$45) where they need you to do work for them 🙃 shameful practices, shameless employees Edit to respond: a Brazilian wax is a Brazilian wax - I never asked for additional services so I don’t know what the owner is referring to. But yeah, maybe I should’ve asked beforehand if I knew both employees would gang up on me and roll their eyes as if I should’ve known better. There are salons across the street providing the same services for the same prices, but they are much cleaner, much more service oriented and more professional, so this place is a hard pass. I hope this deters anyone looking to get a wax from this place. You will get hoodwinked.

So happy I found this threading salon! Naz always does a beautiful job with my eyebrows and she was able to fix them when the place I had been going to before made them crooked. She also is very light handed providing a painless experience which I appreciate as someone who has sensitive skin. I definitely recommend.

First time trying this salon and Rida was so thorough and had a quick, light hand! She takes the time to make sure my brows are even and look super clean. I've been getting my eyebrows for years now and will definitely be coming back.

Rida, was great, she helped right away when I walked in. She also did a great job on my eyebrows and suggested that I do my upper lip which was a great idea because now I can see a major difference on my face. I am hair free and my skin feels smooth. 100% recommend. Will come again!
