I had botox done here by a nurse practitioner and have seen absolutely no effect. Im not sure what was in that vial but its not real botox. Waste of time and money.

I will never come back to that place even for free. Maybe the use to be good...But what experience I have today was awful. First of all for facial 2 person in same time can you emergent specially during pandemic ..than steam was not working at all ...we talking about facial...and also the person who work with me not been with me even for 10 min...I came for just lie down in spa....Really?

Was recommended by my mother-in-law and I must say my husband and I loved every minute of our treatment. Would definitely be going back again soon, customer service was on point, from the beginning of booking my appointment to the very ending.......I would definitely recommend you try them out..

Worst place in brooklyn. I do not advise anyone. such institutions need to be avoided. The hairdresser is probably just learning.

Best place to get facials hands down. Friendly Russian folks that are very professional and aren't overpriced like most spas in Brooklyn. I go there once every few months and am always satisfied.

I bought Groupon for 1 hour facial. Be advised that you can use Groupon only Tuesday-Wednesday till 5:00 pm. Overall it was ok, but I’m not planning to come again.
