There's no way these are real reviews. This was the worst massage experience I have ever had. Space isn't "warm" or "welcoming", instead loud and stale. I chose the option with a face mask and was literally left in the very cold room for 15 minutes with no music while being able to hear every conversation happening outside the room. It felt like I was in solitary confinement. After freezing there for 15 minutes, she didn't even bring a new bowl of water in, so washed off my face with the water that had been sitting there, also getting cold. I booked the appointment last minute because of some tightness around my neck/shoulders. The masseuse didn't ask where or what I wanted to focus on, just went and started without even an explanation on what was happening. Frustrating way to spend $200 expecting anything near nice and getting that.

Kathy ,was great. My body remembers everything. the massage felt totally professional!I was comfortable at all times . My body felt better for it and will recommend every one to go visit Kathy she is the best .

I opted for a deep tissue massage, and let me tell you, it was incredible! The therapist worked expertly to release tension in my muscles, focusing on areas where I felt tightness and stress.After the session, I felt a substantial release of stress and tension—my muscles were relaxed, and I experienced a heightened sense of well-being. The therapist even provided me with post-massage stretches to help maintain the benefits.

I've been visiting this Spa for deep tissue massages for two years. They do a great job addressing my specific needs and adjusting to my feedback. Their approach is straightforward and effective. If you want someone who listens to your requests and knows their stuff, this is a solid choice. the only bad thing about it you became addicted to massage. Highly recommended.

I got my first lymphatic drainage massage with Aleksandra. I cannot recommend this place enough! The rooms are very warm and welcoming + their work is amazing! She made sure I was comfortable and informed me on what the massage does for our bodies. It was incredible! I feel so much lighter and relaxed. I will be back for more! Thank you!

Great place for face and body massage! I have tried Brazilian butt massage, facial massage and muscle relief body massage! All staff super professional and friendly! Highly recommended! Check their Instagram for promos It’s a lot of free parking near the spa.

I absolutely love this place! The infrared sauna is a fantastic way to warm up before a massage. I’ve personally tried sessions with two therapists, Maxim and the owner Katya, and they’re total pros. My muscles always feel so released after the sessions. I also love a welcoming atmosphere with tea and snacks offered. Can’t wait to return!

I had my first appointment scheduled with Katya and received multiple texts/ emails confirming my appointment. When arrived, Katya wasn't in the spa and the different estetician greeted me and told me she will be doing my facial and that Katya needed to take her kids to swimming activities. Also, she called Katya when I was in the room and told her that I would prefer Katya to do it since she was recommended by my friend, but Katya said she is with her kids swimming... I left. What a disappointment, I came from work, driving over there, arranged someone to pick up my daughter as well. Katya texted me after and came up with some lame excuse of emergency. I understand there are things happen but at least some courtesy text to reschedule an appointment would be nice. She had time to arrange her replacement.. In conclusion, very unprofessional, and bad customer service, and definitely wont recommend it.

I had the endosphere body treatment which only targeted legs. The therapist was very sweet but never asked what I needed to focus on and I feel like the description was very misleading and extremely overpriced. There was also a lot of commotion going on outside the door during the entire service, someone walked in and lights were turned off and on. Wasn’t given a face cradle either while laying on my front so my neck was very uncomfortably cranked to the side. Not happy with services or experience in total and definitley not with paying over $200.

I have the most amazing experience every time I go to Unique spa. I think in large it is due to ability to make me feel right at home. I love Kate’s massage! I feel like I am treating myself like a special person every time I go. I am so glad I found Unique spa! You should give yourself a treat and check it out soon, you will love it!

I would like to share and recommend a massage master! I am taking a massage course on LPJ with master Ekaterina. 6 sessions have already passed, the skin has become better, most of the swelling has gone away, and most importantly, Ekaterina always greets you with a smile on her face! I am very pleased with the result now, although there are still 4 sessions left. I would also like to note the atmosphere, beautiful paintings, aroma candles, this is the place where you can come and exhale, relax and sleep during a massage!

One of my best massages ever. Katya is highly skilled and knowledgeable. I’ve had consistent shoulder back pain and she knew precisely which spots to hit to get all the aches out. Her precision, strength and the inviting ambiance keep me coming back !

This place was very bizarre. I had a 90 min facial and the women barely spoke English. It was my first time there and with this treatment. She didn't even explain what exactly she was going to be doing. When I asked questions she could barely understand. Another thing no music in the back ground so it was very awkward for 90 mins. Definitely over priced too....for what I got. The icing on the cake was they only took Venmo and when I went to send it and put my name & the service....she asked me not to put anything and she grabbed my phone and put a emoji of a gas in the subject. All very very bizarre. I think it's a bunch of Russian women running a weird business.I wouldn't recommend...just felt uncomfortable and un easy. But on positive note my skin did look good after. That’s why I’ll give them 3 stars. I just think they need to work on being more professional.

Unique Spa is the best thing that happened to me, lol 😅 ​​I attended laser hair removal procedures and recommended it to all my friends, because it is very high quality and effective. Also, I went to a couple massage with my husband, I had specialist Maksym, he worked out every muscle perfectly. Massage can't be compared with anything! Jana was a massage for my husband, and he liked everything very much. I had an amazing experience at the Unique Spa. So far I have done hydro-facial and absolutely loved it. I’ve received very personalized treatment based on my skin needs. I was referred to Kate from a friend that had received a massage from her. Being a competitive body builder it is often difficult to find a massage therapist that is able to handle my specific needs. Kate combined three different massage therapy techniques to create one hybrid massage using different techniques to target different problem areas. Kate was absolutely amazing! I immediately felt relief in tension areas that have been hurting for years. Kate made me feel so comfortable. I can’t wait for my next visit. I will definitely be making Kate part of my training regiment. If you are looking to increase your health and mobility you have found the right place.
