Nelsey (I hope I’m spelling it right) is amazing! I’ve been getting my brows threaded for 20 years, SHE IS SO GENTLE. I didn’t even cry this time. Did such a wonderful job with the brows, I even got my lashes tented.

Nelsi is my go to lady. She literally knows how to deal with my curly brows and gets my shape perfect all the time. I always thread but something’s may get a tint and thread.

Absolutely awful experience!!!! I’ve had my eyebrows threaded here a few times but I’m not sure i will be back. This last woman that threaded my brows completely butchered them. I’m unable to fill them in with makeup so that they look presentable. I’m completely baffled by how you wouldn’t realize that you’re taking big chunks out of someone’s brows. I hate i didn’t get the woman’s name to warn others not to go to her. I came in with brows already filled in so she had a guide to follow, yet she completely thinned them out and took chunks off of the top!!! I’m disgusted!!!

I come here every time, my to go person is Shama, she is amazing, any service with her from waxing to threatening are great, I will drive 30 min to come here. The place is always clean and everyone is friendly and kind. Thank you.

I have been coming to this location for over a year. I came in today to just get a tint because I had just got them threaded a week prior. Not a long wait, but once the lady put the tint on and let it sit she moved on to the next customer. WHICH IS FIINE, but I’m sitting waiting till now she finishes the other lady which took 20 minutes. Mind you I know the tint doesn’t need to stay on that long. Still being patient. Finally, she comes over to wipe the tint and finish. She proceeds to tell me that I’m missing hair in the front of my eyebrow so she’s going to put more tint on it. At this point I was sitting there for a hour. She sees I’m becoming impatient and presumes to tell me that she’s going to put the tint on and I’ll just have to wipe it off when I get home! Wow. 1/2 way service! It gets worse, she then argues with me that I said I wanted them darker and to last longer when I NEVER SAID THAT. I showed a picture from the last time I was there. She calls her manager over (I assume that’s who she was) and at first didn’t want to offer a discount for the terrible service. I then show her the picture I showed the lady doing my lashes and then she agrees to offer a discount. I left the shop feeling UGLY! And my eyebrows are so dark with tint still on them. If I was able to, I would give them 0 stars. So disappointed and now have to find a new shop for waxing threading and tinting purposes. Highly don’t recommend. I had a big part today as well. 0/10

This is the absolute best place to get your eye brows done. Everyone there is so kind and attentive to your needs. Riya especially is amazing! She is knowledgeable of everything they offer. She has helped me with my skin and does the absolute best eyebrows

A faithful customer since 2016-17 at this location and the Cumberland one. I make the drive all the way from west Cobb for Nelsi. She’s amazing and worth the wait if there is one. Make a reservation in advance if you can. I love to get my eyebrows threaded here and have also done the tinting a couple of times. A lot of parking and it’s very clean and love the atmosphere. Nelsi is the absolute best. Perfect pricing and they have an awesome loyal customer program. Bring cash if possible as it is a preferred form of payment and tipping. They greatly appreciate it.

I’ve been to this location 3-4 times now. First few times? Amazing work. The last time was not good. Picture attached. I tipped bc it looked good in the chair. Once I got home it looked worse.

Today I want to tell you about a situation that happened to me on Wednesday while I was doing my eyebrows with thread with you, you gave me poor service, first the eyebrows were burned with the thread and second they left them the way I didn’t want them. have tried to communicate with you and also write a text via message but no one responds. Would give 0 stars if I could. I've never been here before and was looking forward to treating my mom and sister to getting their eyebrows threaded for the first time. The staff could not have been more prejudice. One look at us and they automatically judged. The one girl kept coming up with a reason to not take us back just yet. I can recognize behavior like that from a mile away, so me and my family left with dignity and will do business else where. Shame on this establishment and the girls that work there.

I moved to GA a year ago and was referred to Nelsi. She has been the best! I always did waxing and when I tried sugaring, I was hooked. I also always did waxing on my brows and switched to threading with her. After doing both services with her, I’m never doing anything else or going to anyone else. She is very honest with me about services I need and don’t need and not money hungry. I was getting waxed every 4 weeks and she told me to come every 6 instead. I’ve had a wonderful year going to her and have become a loyal client. Looking forward to a life long commitment and friendship. Thank you Nelsi!

I go to Nelsi for my brow threading which is perfect every time, my Brazilian and underarm wax that does not hurt at all and last a long time and my vajacials. I’ve just moved to GA from NC . It’s been a year and only place I’ve been too ! Love the environment! Very clean always smelling good! I usually go to Sabrina for my threading services ! She’s only there on certain days ! But I make sure to have her ! Everyone else is still lovely hard working ladies !
