I love all these unique locations but this one in particular has a young lady named Sana who is amazing. She threads my eyebrows with perfect and she does a great full body wax. I feel very welcomed and super comfortable in my skin here. Thanks 😊

I called to ask about the reward system in place (I have been coming here for years, and my account has 10,000 points), and the employees said "we don't know, its management's decision." I inquired who I should speak with to ask if I receive any rewards for the 10K points I have. After a period of gaslighting, hesitation, and trying to avoid the question, the person on the phone HUNG UP on me! What the hell?? Point system is a total scam and utter BS. Shady business behavior. But they'll gladly take your personal information

First of all, Nora is the BEST!! I have been coming to see her for years now and I'm always happy with her work. She's done everything for me from threading, eyebrow tinting to sugaring. Today she gave me an eyebrow stain, which is their new service. It is supposed to last longer and be similar to microshading. I'm excited about this because I was thinking of getting shading or blading and happy to try this as an alternative. Looking forward to these results in the coming weeks.

Amazing service from Nora, wax was painless quick and super sanitary. I have terrible, sensitive , dry skin, however was not a problem for her to take care of. Will only be coming to see her for now on.

Everyone is always so welcoming, and the service is top-tier and quick. Today, I had an express facial by Nisha, and she did a fabulous job. My skin was glowing, and she took the time to make my facial relaxing with serene music and calming lighting. Overall, I am very pleased with the facial, and I look forward to trying the European facial.

Maya is the best and they have started the complimentary mask after the Brazilian wax so it can close your pores and I did that today and I loved I recommend to try after the wax and I have been coming here scene long and the hygiene leave is 100% 😊 I loved the service. (Maya is my girl)

Nora is AMAZING. I’ve been coming to her for over a year now for eyebrow thread and tint. She always gets me right and is so gentle on my sensitive skin. 10/10 recommend Nora! The shop is always clean, peaceful, and all the ladies are so welcoming overall. My only complaint is today when I came, the manager was by the threading stations yelling at the ladies for over 15 minutes. I’m not sure why whatever situation it was couldn’t have been addressed in a room in the back. People come here to be pampered in a relaxing environment. The vibe was thrown off today. However I will definitely be back to see Nora!

I’ve been coming here for years and Nora is the best hands down!!! She cares more about the health of my lashes than the shape (which I must add when it comes to Nora, the shape is ALWAYS on point)! It’s just nice to know that my eye brow hairs are being taken into consideration.
