Tonight’s experience has left me with a frustrating few weeks ahead, and possible forever changing the thickness and shape of my eyebrow. This wasn’t my first time here, and I had started to trust them, which is key for me when it comes to eyebrow threading. My simple request, as always, was just to clean up the extras and leave the shape alone. Instead, one eyebrow ended up pointed—how do you even fix that? They offered a gift card as compensation, which honestly, is laughable. Why would I return knowing I’ll have to deal with my eyebrows looking like this? I’m beyond disappointed and really frustrated. This place is a hit or miss, so think twice before going. Also, their staff is extremely awkward in situations as such, not even an obligatory apology.

Ehhh I really wanted to like this place. I used to see Meet and she would do my eyebrows perfectly every time. I’m not sure where she went but since she left I’ve seen Kaavya, Meenu, and Geet based on the reviews. although I haven’t had a terrible experience the previous times I’ve seen them, my eyebrows were certainly not the same as how they were before. Unfortunately this most recent time I went it was just not a great experience and I regret having gotten my brows threaded. My eyebrow shape has completely changed and my right eyebrow is extremely pointy. Looks as sharp as a knife 😂 and my left eyebrow is softer but has a large Chunk of hair missing in a rather full area which makes it very noticeable. I let the person know and she spent about an hour trying to “fix” them but unfortunately the damage had already been done. I’ve never spent a full hour getting my eyebrows threaded. it’s not how I want to spend my Saturday morning. Not only did I waste my time but I left with uneven, blotchy eyebrows that I have to stress about regrowing now. If I could turn back time I wish I just didn’t go but it is what it is and thank god for eyebrow pencil.

I had an amazing experience with Meenu. She made recommendations to me on which product to use to make hair removal easier. He was friendly and very professional. I will definitely return to this place just for her.

My go to place for eyebrows and waxing . I have been coming here for months and haven’t looked back!! For its price and the service it is 1000 % worth it. Meenu is the sweetest person ever and I recommend coming here for her services

This place is awesome. They do a great job with waxing upper lip/chin and eyebrow threading. Their facials are very nice too and price is good too!

I've been coming here for years now to get my eyebrows threaded and they are the only people I can trust. The staff is super friendly and the establishment is clean. Meenu is best and always delivers! If you're in the neighborhood you should definitely stop by and get your eyebrows done here!

Will be my new place for getting my services done! By far the best thread/wax place I’ve been too! You can also tell they really invest in the workplace and customers for the aesthetics, high grade chairs and wine (never seen that offered anywhere), so it felt more like a spa. I did not have an appointment and the wait time was only 5-10 minutes. 11/17/24 UPDATE: Love my girl Meenu! She always does a fantastic job! Got a full face wax/thread plus eyebrows and she’s done an immaculate job with no hair left unplucked! She even ended with a face and neck mask to help with the irritation and I felt like I was in a spa. Much needed, thank you again!!

This was my first visit, and I’m so glad I chose this salon! I was seated immediately, and within just 45-50 minutes, Sabreena had completed my full-face threading and waxing for hands and legs. She’s an absolute expert—fast, precise, and so attentive to my needs. As a first-timer, I felt completely at ease thanks to the warm, welcoming ambience of the salon, and Sabreena’s incredible skills. I was thrilled with the results and can’t wait to come back.
