My daughter hair was nice but, I was charged $50 to clip her hair. On the register it was labelled womans haircut. It was literally clipped ends.

Absolutely loved this place, however I recently went for a semicolor permanent and tracks for fullness 245 for my service , and I just feel so ripped off my style came out just okay, nonexistent the next day, I just feel for that price I could have gotten a better style maybe my error.. but then why wouldn’t the stylist mention.. I feel because I told her I was on a budget she felt offended in some way but that was just me being honest, and I was definitely going to tip. I left without making a fuss it was already almost 8 and my appt was at 2:30.. was tired and disappointed I guess 245 was small change and not worth the real effort. Well God bless no love lost just confirmation.

I had an appointment for a $120 highlight and blow out. I was told this was just a base price but then I was charged extra to have it blown out, another surcharge because she decided to do more highlights, another surcharge for having long hair, a forced tip. I paid $380, it was super uncomfortable because the owner stuck around just to make sure I paid. The highlights looked good but I was there from 1030am-until 830pm which is absurd. I went here because I thought they specialized in natural hair but when she was drying my hair she wasn’t even using a roller brush and at one point she just stopped detangling it before the flat iron. I could have just blown it out myself at home and saved $100. They were very nice and clean but the time I spent there for the low quality of the blow out was ridiculous.

Thank you to Ms. Trinity for taking great care of my daughter Alea's hair! Ms. Trinity is friendly and great with kids. My daughter has a headfull of thick, long, course hair and is tender headed. She never cries when Trinity does her hair and we are always pleased with the results. Thank you again Ms. Trinity!

They got me in to my appointment an hour before they opened after I told them I work nights and will need an early appointment. Everyone is very professional and won't keep you waiting (unlike most hair salons!) I recommend them! Give them a call and set up your appointment today, you won't regret it!

This salon has overall great customer service! My first time visiting the salon, I initially came for color and starter locs. I had an issue where the stylist for the color was late and did not color my hair the color that was discussed. The day after the appointment, I received a phone call from the owner of the salon, Tamiko, apologizing and offering to recolor my hair and repair any locs at her expense. She was very flexible with rescheduling my appointment and came to the salon on her off day to repair my hair! Upon getting my hair recolored, Tamiko EXCEEDED my color expectations and was very professional! I am in love with my new hair color and locs by Nala! Tamiko mixed the color perfectly and took her time. She was also skillful at keeping the integrity of my curls and was very knowledgeable about the process! Thanks again ladies for going above and beyond to remedy any issue and please your clients!

My first time visiting Unique Total Design was today and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I was serviced by Tamiko and when I say that she did a beautiful job...she truly did. The care and attention that I received was nothing short of amazing! Even the wash girl did an excellent job...the best hair washing that I've ever received. Unique Total Design offers the very best in an atmosphere that gives the same!

When my wife went in for a simple haircut. She was refused service. The whole place was empty.Website and window advertisements show white ladies getting there hair cut. Don't advertise a service you do not offer. It's crazy because all money is green.

I love going to Shavonne!! I took my daughter to her today. I had concerns about my daughter's hair health. Shavonne took time to teach and explain various things that I needed to know. She relieved my concerns. Shavonne is such a professional. And my daughter's hair is beautiful!!

If you are looking for a place that will help you get or keep your hair healthy this is the place for you! Tamiko and her staff will help you achieve it. Tamiko help me assess my weakness and showed me how to maintain my hair. She also suggested products for my natural hair. It was very clean and they abide by the COVID guidelines. The atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly. I will definitely be back again!

This business is 100% UNPROFESSIONAL! (This business is not deserving of the single star given...but I haf to give a star to leave a review). I scheduled an appointment for a full hair color and trim 3 weeks in advance. I live 2 hours from the salon, resulting in me taking off work to get my hair done. The hairstylist who does my hair been my stylist for 15+ years! The owner of the terrible salon, Unique Total Design, was extremely petty, jealous and unprofessional in letting my hairstylist go! In addition, she did not allow my stylist access to appointments resulting in: 1. Her not knowing I booked a 7:30am appointment 2. Me take off work unnecessarily 3. Me driving 2 hours for an appointment that was falsely confirmed by the owner and her system. The owners pettiness resulted in her not canceling my appointment, nor giving me an update on my stylist being let go. I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED because this appointment was a reveal of a new hair style and color for my pregnancy announcement video! Unique Total Design in its entirety is the definition of a COMPLETE waste of time! STOP GIVING THIS SALON YOUR BUSINESS!

I really was excited to go here after meeting the hair stylist at the store. Im a military spouse and new to the area with two small children and very pregnant. She told me she could take care of my sons hair. I made the appointment a few months ago. Confirmed it with them. Never once was told about a policy where it is 1 child per adult under 13. I came in and was told they would not allow my son to get hair done done because my daughter was present. I have no family in the area and my husband is deployed. We were trying to get his hair braided before daddy comes home. We were literally turned away because of something out of our control and we were never informed about. If you offer child services and are in a military location maybe consider those in the community with different situations or at the very least inform anyone with a child under 13 having an appointment about this policy. Im sorry i have more than one child and that my husband is deployed and cant help me. Ill never try this place again. Dont recommend for people who have small and multiple children (especially if you dont have help.. But maybe this will help others prepare for you go). Very disappointed 3 year old (cried in the parking lot because he didnt understand why they wouldnt let him in). Thanks for waisting our morning.

I never recieved an email i wanted to post the screen shot of my text which no where indicates that policy (it is actually on the website all the way at the bottom under special instruction). Also.. Before you comment do your research about the information you provide to your customers. Lastly, it didn't FEEL it was a waste it WAS a waste.
