Terrible! Racist place. From the moment I walk in. The front corner lady didn't even greet me when I walk in. She decided to keep gossip w another females. 1 minute later she finally acknowledge me. I sat down waited 20mins after my appointment, I decided to walk out when I gentlemen walk in and was seen right away. If your skin isn't pale. Don't go here. They will treat you terrible.

This salon is the best in town. They have great deals on the best products for your hair and skin. I recently got injured and could not even wash my own hair. I stopped into the salon and they didn’t bat an eye when I told them my hair was in rough shape because I could not wash it. Everyone at the salon is highly trained and very caring. They made me feel so great as I walked in pretty embarrassed over the situation. I came in looking a mess and left looking and feeling like 1 billion dollars. Thank you to everyone at the salon.

Always a wonderful experience at Uniquely Elegant! Veronica has been cutting and coloring my hair for several years and she is truly gifted. She is able to highlight my very dark hair to the perfect shade without tons of damage. She has also always given my kiddo great haircuts, HIGHLY recommend seeing Veronica!

I was able to book and get the service on the same day :) Everyone was very kind and professional and also dressed up for Halloween which was sooo pretty! When I showed the hair color I wanted, I was informed prior to service that I cannot get that color on the same day as I have dark brown/black hair. While I wanted to get balayage done, I kind of picked the color based on my mood that day and was perfectly willing to change to different color that would work out for me without severely damaging my already dry hair. We picked out 2 different color to pick from depending on how my hair would turn out after initial bleaching and happily I was able to go with the first color I picked out afterward which was purple. They definitely went above and beyond to help me out afterward as well which was very sweet and kind of the staffs. I couldn't schedule another session yet as my schedule is pretty chaotic right now with multiple things I am working on but I will definitely be returning!

LOVE this salon❣️ They are so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, not to mention gracious. I was in there earlier this afternoon when a disgruntled woman came in and proceeded to disrespect the salon front desk manager in the most abhorrent manor. The salon personnel maintained their dignity and integrity the whole time showing who THEY are as business owners and as human beings. And my hair always looks great & I get compliments everywhere I go! I'm an older lady growing into my gray & it's wonderful because of Uniquely Elegant Salon. Shout out to Veronica, Layla and Lene

Sam has been doing my color for years and always does an amazing job! The color is always exactly what I’m looking for, I get compliments constantly. The one time the color wasn’t saturated enough and faded in one spot she got me in within days to fix it for free. Everyone here is professional and so much fun to work with.

So nice that they greet you at the door and offer coffee or water. Came here to get my hair layered and the stylist I saw was so attentive. She really paid attention to what I asked for and made sure I was happy with the results. They really take their time and make you feel like you’re getting your money’s worth. Everyone in the salon was smiling and having a great time. Really nice place to be. :)

The most awful haircut I've ever had! Your business responded to my review that your salon was busy. 1st of all your salon wasn't busy at all. It was only 3 customers including me. 2nd, you are making up a story that I wasn't patient and left without letting your stylist finished??? She had finished and I said to her the right side is longer than the left side of my hair and the back is longer than the sides. She tried to fix it but she made it worse. She gave me an awful haircut and charged me 7O$. If you are SINCERELY apologetic, you shouldn't makeup a fake story about the whole situation. I don't trust your stylists to fix my hair. If your stylist wasn't confident, she shouldn't have touched my hair. I only asked for a simple Bob. I will never trust your business again and I will never come back there. Your response to my previously 1-line review, not only doesn't sound apologetic but it sounds rude.

The staff at Uniquely Elegant Salon are professional and provide excellent customer service! From the lovely receptionist Layla to all the wonderful stylists. Sammantha (Sam) has been my hairstylist for about a year and I have never been disappointed with my hairstyle (cuts and color). I highly recommend Uniquely Elegant Salon, you will not be disappointed.

Wanted to love this place because the stylist was so sweet/friendly, but nothing I experienced with the treatment went well at all. I wasn't going to bother with a review but I'm still dealing with the effects months later and want other people to be aware. I scheduled a fashion color dye job (touch up/root job for the same color that was already in my hair) and a light cut, just to get the split ends off. When she was finished, there were yellow spots in places that weren't bleached completely, colors missing from other spots, and layers were cut unevenly. She did offer to fix it for free so I went back in. She did alright and I was happier with the second result but the colors still weren't very blended/saturated. At this point I just wanted the whole experience to be over but it wasn't. The dye itself left my hair faster than any dye I've ever had in my hair, a week later my hair was faded almost completely. Months later I'm dealing with severe breakage, and my hair is thinning at the ends. I keep finding random pieces that are way shorter than the rest of my hair indicating she either cut it wrong or those pieces are breaking off from the damage caused when it was bleached. My hair had volume before this and now it's thin, brittle, feels like straw and the ends of my hair are breaking off. I didn't even notice how thin it was at the time because I was so distracted by the color, but the thinning is abundantly obvious when I go back to compare pictures of my hair from right before and right after the treatment. I spent close to $500 at this salon, more than I've ever spent to have this same dye/cut done, just to feel insecure and embarrassed about damaged and messed up hair that is going to take years to grow back to normal. I've been having my hair bleached and dyed with fashion colors for almost 10 years and have never ever had problems this severe.
